The hotel's location is great, with a large mall just a five-minute walk away, making dining very convenient. However, the room facilities are a bit dated, and the shower drainage isn't very good, leading to water pooling. Breakfast is basic and doesn't offer much variety.

My experience at Sheraton Hotel – very disappointing
Unfortunately, my stay at the Sheraton Hotel was far below the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
• The reception staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and had a poor attitude. Their way of speaking felt more like dealing with a problem center rather than welcoming hotel guests.
• The rooms are old and clearly need renovation.
• The bathroom lacked basic amenities:
– No toothpaste or toothbrush
– No body loofah
– No hair comb
– The hand shower needs maintenance
• One of the towels had visible stains and did not appear clean.
• Upon arrival, no one offered to help with carrying the luggage or assisting us to the room, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
Overall, the experience does not match the hotel’s rating or price. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service quality.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! It was our honeymoon, and everything was just perfect. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and so cute! They made our experience even more special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. 💖

Very professional staff at reception and during check in.Well trained and very kind and helpful. Rooms are at US Sheraton style with good equipment no need for renovation on my eyes. Sleeping quality, internet speed, free coffee are positives.Breakfast was also okey. Recommend to stay.

This hotel is really nice! The staff are super friendly and helpful — honestly, it’s the first hotel where everyone speaks good English. The place is very clean and comfortable, and the location is great — away from the noise and crowds but still easy to get around. It’s not our first time staying here, and we’ll definitely come back again. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in!
