I like the room , clean, n the hotel infront of police office i think that was good. When i arrived the lady so friendly, but during the night they change front desk staff different lady with curly hair , she was not friendly, i dont like it.

The room is big, but the light is a bit dim and you can't see clearly. The bed sheets may not be changed often. There are 2 parking spaces. It is in the city center. The owner of the B&B is willing to help.

Good location. There are no hooks for clothes and towels in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning, which is unacceptable in summer!

Thank you, all the staff were friendly, the breakfast was not bad, if you consider it as an F/P hotel, you will be very satisfied. It was very nice for us, especially that it was located next to the tomb and mosque of Murat I. In short, you can't expect Hilton quality for the price you pay, so I say go for it.

Perfect ski in ski out. Personally after scouting for 2 days I think it’s located the best out of all the hotels. Location is perfect and close to the chairlifts. Quite a small hotel but quite ok to stay here and convenient. The staff are nice, especially the doorman.

Great hotel for one night stay in lovely Bursa

Pretty good stay here. Mattress was a bit too soft, and pillows smelled of cigarettes. Room had good air conditioning, a television, an alright bathroom. Staff spoke very limited English, but were friendly and helpful. It was a 10 minute walk to get to any restaurants/cafes.

Basic room, staff were nice but little English spoken. When we couldn't find a bar to watch the world cup qualifying match they happily let us watch it in the reception! Thank you.

It was my first choice for a snow holiday. We were greeted with the friendly and smiling faces of the reception staff upon arrival. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We were greeted with friendly staff upon arrival. There was a family atmosphere. We also had the opportunity to spend wonderful moments on the hotel's own ski lift. The rooms are a bit outdated but it’s worth for the price. In fact, for the price we got such a large room so it was all worth it. All in all, amazing service and the thermal water is excellent! We also had a massage. Highly recommended!

I stayed one night in this place. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. The location is amazing; you are just next to all the pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. The suites are in the busy and lively area where everything needed can be found. However, the location is not close to the Bursa city center but there are many options to quickly get there. For business purposes - Trio is perfect.

Maybe its a bit small . But for sure its a very cozy place , clean and cheap. People working there are nice. I highly recommend Trio if you want a place to stay for couple of days , or as a stop point for rest.

The price is amazing for a 2 bedroom apartment, although the layout is pretty weird, the space is enough for 4 person. The reception is friendly and parking is provided. There is a working kitchen that you can use, and nearby grocery store is within walking distance.
