Formback Thermal Hotel Bursa in Bursa

I decided to book this hotel thinking I will have a nice vacation and rest with my family. Instead I was disturbed by constant noises upstairs and downstairs with rude receptionist who didn't do anything other than tell us to wait for maintenance to be over. The place smells bad as there is no fans in the bathrooms. The bathroom door doesn't even open. Even though it said it was a four star hotel it was actually just an apartment building scamming people. Do not waste your time or money here

The room wasn’t clean when we checked in, the bathroom is disgusting to say the least , we booked a connected two room, we had to close one bathroom and only use the one in the next room because of the smell, and when we complain they’ed simply spray some air freshener and leave, the problem was in the piping and wouldn’t go away with cleaning, when we asked to change the room they refused , when we asked to cancel the rest of out stay because of how bad the room was they refused to refund us. We were told there would be a laundry machine like in other rooms but there wasn’t. Whenever we asked room service for something they would answer with “ok” then ignore it. If i could give them less than a star i would.
Oh.. and there was a cockroach in the only usable bathroom.
