Nice old hotel with spacious rooms. Horrible breakfast. Had to search for someone to order. Empty breakfast area.

The hotel is excellent but the guests smoke inside the rooms unfortunately. I wish the hotel management to tighten control over non-smoking in the room.

The hotel very clean and tidy not new but good. The staff are so friendly and cooperative and speaks English. They have very safe garage to park your car. The location is in center so, it is surrounded by all services, malls and restaurants also, you can take the mini bus from Kent medan which is 100 m a way if you want to visit cumalikizik or the Ottoman village and spend some time there.

I liked this hotel for many things: 1.Hotel location very good and easy for any one. 2. Room was cleaned and the size good. 3. Breakfast was good every day and same quality. 4. Excellent choice for accommodation in the heart of beautiful Bursa. Close to everything. Just steps from the Bazaar and great places to eat and drink. A lovely, clean, new, and very pleasant hotel. The reception staff was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very central. It is close to the tram station and taxi rank. Shops are within walking distance and getting anywhere is very easy and convenient. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Definitely a hotel I will return to and recommend.

It is a boutique hotel. The room is very clean, the staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also very tasty. What was particularly important to me was that it is centrally located. The famous Ulu Mosque, etc. are very easy to reach on foot. There is also a metro station (underground), tram and buses very close to the hotel. I can definitely recommend the hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights as 3 couples. Gölyaka Hotel is a neat, clean, family run hotel where you can stay with pleasure. Rooms have bathtubs. Gölyaka is a beautiful place where you can escape from Istanbul and wander and relax. I would recommend.

We were greeted very nicely by the owner of the hotel, Mr. Emrah, I can say that the hotel is very cute and the cleanliness is 10/10. In addition, the rooms were both spacious and peaceful in design. The Hotel is very Comfortable The rooms are not very big but clean and warm. the Person who is responsible for the Spa is very polite and kind and treat you with so much respect. I found it sad that's they don't speak English at the reception.

The tap was leaking. There was still waste from the previous visitor in the waste bin. The ceilings were so low that I had to constantly duck to get to my room. I was really disappointed with this hotel. Despite the nice host, not worth repeating.

The hotel has beautiful views over ski mountain. Serkan did a great job with Check-in and helped with information. He speaks very good English. I usually don’t give 5 starts but because he was nice I make an exception. What I didn’t like: Music noise until 01:00 am when I called front desk told me they have life music in the cafe 😫 I asked for high floor when I booked online not given. No tissues...

Very nice hotel and with family having a great holiday especially in snow season while the kids play outside in different activities and inside in the kids club, and the whole staff were very helpful and support all the time and provide anything guests need.also, having all inclusive package with great food and drinks all the time.

The hotel is great located in the mountain next to skiing activities and hotel service are great specially the restaurant and cafe staff you don’t even need to ask for anything they are always around asking to offer you drinks/food everything

Got moved into 3 different rooms, 1st room curtain was broken. Next 2 rooms the shower leaked a lot. They upgraded us which was nice but then downgraded when we told them the shower leaked, moved to a smaller room with a leaking shower and broken shower head holder. One side of the building is very loud from the street. Bring ear plugs! The bed was comfortable. Location was amazing. Walkable to lots...

It's incredibly close to major tourist attractions, and the hotel interior is truly beautiful. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The atmosphere is very antique, and the staff are friendly, so I was able to wander around without worry. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Bursa.

There were broken things. People are kind even though they can't speak English. It's a really normal place.

Not very good sound isolation between rooms other problems aren't so critical.

Good location near the historical places, it's cheap and good but the wooden floor make sound when you walk on it especially from the upper floor.

My family and I stayed in the hotel during the winter break. We took the suite which consists of 2 rooms. It was really clean snd comfortable. The services given in return to the acceptable price are relatively goood. The hotel is so cosy with winter vibes. We were welcomed with a big smile. If you are into old hotels/houses, this might be for you but after staying here for one night, I read I prefer more practical and modern hotel rooms to old ones. Wi-fi wasn’t working and morning prayer was very loud. Floors and ceilings were cranking. Breakfast was average.

This hotel has great potential since it's a 170 year old motel with amazing antique furniture and rooms with creaky floor boards and a fire place over looking a beautiful stream. We had visited the place in winter as a stop onwards to Uludag. The service was a total let down. The only reasons I could think of their poor service was may be the language barrier or may be the few guests that we're staying...

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, is difficult to manage with the stroller but the service and the location is good.

Wide rooms and comfy bed. The only think can bother you is the wedding parties hosted in the hotel. Couldn't sleep properly because of the sound.

An old house turns to a farm hotel consept. There is a garden for weddings and dinner. It's inside botanical garden and very close to the zoo. The place is okay,not bad but not very good.
