Rooms are small and located upstairs to which there is no lift and stairs are steep. Washrooms are not provided with accessories. Despite snowfall, the room was warm.

I have no comment about the room as i am aware of what i am paying. The location is great, just a few minutes walks to Kozahan & Ulu Cami. I walked to Uludag telefrik as well from the hotel, but to walk up there required a lot of stamina as it’s uphill. Location of the hotel is only good We stayed for only 1 night. But it is worth in terms of amount. Keep remember that there is no lift or elevator in the hotel. We had to carry our luggage to first floor but the reception guy helped us.

Positive points: The location, friendly staff. Negative points: Very old furniture, bed and sheets as well, very noisy room because of the passing of cars all day and all night so difficult to sleep well.

The ski room is inside the hotel, after putting on your clothes, you can get on the chairlift after 10-15 steps and go up. We visited Kaya Uludağ Hotel with our family for a winter holiday and had a wonderful experience. The service quality was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We were very satisfied with our stay. The ski slopes were also very good and well maintained. Overall, it was a great holiday and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Kaya Uludag for 3 days with my wife. It was simply tremendous. We had our best ski holiday experience after going for ski holidays almost all around the world. The Hotel is very Comfortable The rooms are not very big but clean and warm. the Person who is responsible for the Spa is very polite and kind and treat you with so much respect. I found it sad that's they don't speak English at the reception.

Its good place for budget stay. Its between bursa main area and uludag mountain. Economical. Only have basic breakfast and no lunch and dinner. No lift in hotel so please ask at time of booking for lower floor room. But view is better on upper floors. Staff is excellent and very worm in dealing. So basically a nice environment and low budget is name of the game.

It's incredibly close to major tourist attractions, and the hotel interior is truly beautiful. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The atmosphere is very antique, and the staff are friendly, so I was able to wander around without worry. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Bursa.

We stayed here for one night. It was arranged by our tour agency. Suprisingly, it is clean and comfy. The food prepared mostly met our taste preference. My most preferred dishes are the yogurt based salad and egg plant dishes. My recommendation is to put name on the dishes for foreigner like me to know.

While the room is pretty clean, the single bed mattress is probably used for years and in very bad shape as the edge of the mattress crumbled and definitely need to be replaced immediately. We were welcomed with a big smile. If you are into old hotels/houses, this might be for you but after staying here for one night, I read I prefer more practical and modern hotel rooms to old ones. They have nice rooms and bad rooms. They have a double bed and a single child's bed in a room. If you book a room ask for a room at the back away from traffic noise. Ask for a bigger room not the small room they will try to give you.

Location is very good. The hotel room was clean. Recepcionists don’t speak English practically, but this is something you will encounter throughout all Turkey. Breakfast was average and they allow people to smoke in the breakfast area, which is not good.

Okay, so I just randomly picked this place on my first night in Bursa. I was skeptical b/c the reviews weren't very good. I thought it was a nice and cozy place. Good customer service and a great location. Also the price is really good for this city. Apparently the poor reviews are from the time of the previous owners. I personally didn't have any issues.
