Good place & service is the best

Located on a hillside, it's a decent, standard hotel, within walking distance of the castle and museum, and across the street from the ancient Roman ruins. It offers good value for money.

I was on vacation with family and we stayed at Bursa Otel. Great reception staff and has great value. Free breakfast available and it was great breakfast.

The hotel has a large space and a good environment.

The biggest minus is that it is opposite a nightclub, unfortunately the room cleaning is terrible.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the old town. The rooms are clean and tidy, the hotel staff are friendly, and the breakfast is plentiful.

THE HOTEL IS GOOD IN TERMS OF LOCATION BUT IN A VERY NEGLECTED CONDITION. IT NEEDS CLEANING AND RENEWAL BUT IT IS GOOD IN TERMS OF PRICE.

Great stay! Excellent location, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the decor is simple and modern. Cons: The bathroom is very cramped. The toilet is positioned so close to the mirror that you have to stand sideways to wash your face. Also, the shower screen is too small, so the floor gets wet after every shower.

Everything was up to par at this conveniently located hotel in Bursa. I enjoyed the friendly service and the cozy room with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The pouring rain spoiled my impression of the city, but that's how it goes. I highly recommend it as a stopover during my trip around the country.

It was very warm in February, the radiators were hot. Slippers, soap, toilet paper, and good beds and a blanket. Our room was on the third floor, standard. It was quiet, which was a great plus. Breakfast was standard Turkish, but filling. Russian-speaking staff. Close to all the attractions. The reception staff was wonderful and helpful, thank you for your attention and kindness. I recommend it.

It's close to the T2 tram, so it's easy to get to the bus terminal. The area isn't particularly touristy, so you can really get a feel for the local atmosphere. They have nice rooms and bad rooms. They have a double bed and a single child's bed in a room. If you book a room ask for a room at the back away from traffic noise. Ask for a bigger room not the small room they will try to give you.

Location is very good. The hotel room was clean. Recepcionists don’t speak English practically, but this is something you will encounter throughout all Turkey. Breakfast was average and they allow people to smoke in the breakfast area, which is not good.

Convenient location, near the Bursa Grand Mosque and main bazaar. Lots of restaurants options and supermarkets nearby. Breakfast was good. Only downside is room being a bit too small and the soundproof is bad. Someone next door was partying until midnight one of the nights and it was quite loud. Luckily I didn’t sleep too early and they stopped before 1am.

The receptionist can speak well english so easy to communicate. She even help us to call uludag ski center to confirm the operating times and service. The room has all the basic necessities but the bathroom is very dirty. Other than that, everything is ok

I'm a solo bicycle tourer. I was recommended by a local at a nearby restaurant. The environment is very conducive and cleaned. It is also a very safe for my bicycle o to park in their garden (with gate) overnight. WiFi is very stable with nearby amenities (within 2-3min walking. We stayed only one night, we had to split a long road and I am quite happy we chose this hotel. The room was clean and nice and it was really quite in the night so you can have really good sleep. And there are some nice places to have your dinner next to the lake. You just have to ask for help your host and he will arrange it all.

Was there 18-19 june. Great place relaxing. The owner is so greatful and helps with everything. I will visit again.

This is a beautiful hotel, superbly kept. Breakfast is the best i had in hotels in Turkey, this trip. The area is new, lots of new contructions. So a bit dirty. You can easily walk to the tourist attractions from the hotel, which is truly a plus.

This relatively new hotel has clean rooms, very agreeable staff and a decent breakfast. The only problem is the location which is a good 25 minute walk to the middle of Iznik and there is very little to see or do on the nearby beach (at least in late October)

The room is big, but the light is a bit dim and you can't see clearly. The bed sheets may not be changed often. There are 2 parking spaces. It is in the city center. The owner of the B&B is willing to help.

I stayed for one night .. the hotel is clean but the AC was very bad.. the room was surrounded with glass and the AC unit is week.. which makes the room very warm and hot in the morning time.. it's a clean 2 stars hotel.. do not expect much .. the breakfast was not bad .. it was a pleasant 1 night stay but I will not come back to this hotel.. Okay, so I just randomly picked this place on my first night in Bursa. I was skeptical b/c the reviews weren't very good. I thought it was a nice and cozy place. Good customer service and a great location. Also the price is really good for this city. Apparently the poor reviews are from the time of the previous owners. I personally didn't have any issues.

It is a boutique hotel. The room is very clean, the staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also very tasty. What was particularly important to me was that it is centrally located. The famous Ulu Mosque, etc. are very easy to reach on foot. A clean guesthouse in the center of Bursa. The staff is helpful. The rooms aren't like typical hotel rooms; for example, there's no wardrobe, etc., but that didn't bother us. Since the walls are somewhat thin, noises from outside sometimes penetrate.

The hotel is centrally located, simple and nice. The man at the guesthouse was a quiet, friendly and helpful person. There were no issues with hygiene, only shampoo could have been provided for the shower.

MEDIOCRE IT'S A THING TO CHECK THE PILLOWS IN THE ROOM DURING YOUR STAY (THERE WAS A SWEAT ODOR). WE HAD TO CHECK OUT EMERGENCY DUE TO SPECIAL REASONS.

It was a clean hotel; the only problem was that the rooms were very noisy when someone walked on the stairs, it sounded like they were walking inside the room. Apart from that, we didn't experience any problems.

The rooms are nice, clean, the staff is great, the breakfast is not bad, the hotel location is great, the only big problem is that the rooms smell of cigarette smoke. The smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere in my room at night, the air conditioner brings in the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms. That's why I gave a low comfort score.

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, parking was available, and it was in the city center. We were very pleased.

The room was very good, and the price for a twin bed was the same as the standard price, so of course I booked a twin. There's a supermarket about 5 minutes away, and there are several food shops. There seems to be a supermarket on the first floor, but I didn't have time to go shopping.
