You went with my children, it was great, we enjoyed the hotel very much, we rested in the spa and thermal baths, we swam and the staff were very kind, they hosted us nicely and the food was delicious, there were nice guests in the evening and in the morning. Honestly, this was as good as a mid-term holiday for us. Everything was programmed to make us comfortable.

The rooms were good in terms of cleanliness, I liked that the rooms had balconies, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The thermal pool had two options: open and closed. It offers the opportunity to swim in hot water under snow or rain in winter.

Since the facility was an old facility, there were some problems. There is a problem with the drains in the room and they constantly overflow. There is a strong smell in the toilet. Hello, I was extremely pleased with my accommodation. I would recommend it to everyone. Staff interest is high. Even though it is an old hotel, the innovations are noticeable. I had not noticed the innovations in my previous accommodations. The thermal pool was warm. I had a garden view room. We would like to thank all the friends at the reception for their interest.

The Turkish bath was great. Spa space was mostly made from marble. Gorgeous spa space. There were small hand buckets made from copper. Even the details were perfect. I got massage for 350TL for whole body and head. The masseuse did it quickly but still was good. I liked it. There were spacious rooms outside the hamman to rest after spa and sauna. The reception, attention and information were perfect. We don't come across such devoted staff (Barış Bey) very often. The hotel is located very close to the center and Uludağ. The hotel's interior is very dated but well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, fairly clean, and have comfortable beds. Hot water in the bathroom only works in the shower area; there's no hot water in the sink. The location is centrally located, close to shopping centers and several dining options.

Definitely worth recommending and clearly a 5-star standard. An amazing sense of hospitality from the very beginning starting with Kaan Bey at the reception and the outstanding service from Mary and the entire Guest Relations team. Thank you this is certainly not my last stay!

Our 8 night stay here has been amazing! The location is perfect for walking to many restaurants and shopping centre. The hotel staff were sensational, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The hotel's location is great, with a large mall just a five-minute walk away, making dining very convenient. However, the room facilities are a bit dated, and the shower drainage isn't very good, leading to water pooling. Breakfast is basic and doesn't offer much variety.

We had a night stay at this hotel thank goodness! it looked like an abandoned property very few guests. Hotel was on old fashioned and needs an update. Rooms were left open when we walked in which was unusual for us. Parking was on the street first come first serve with few spots. This hotel is not too large, but the atmosphere is very homey. Its location is strategic, close to shopping areas and public transportation. I enjoyed staying at this hotel with my wife. I stayed for 4 nights.

Parking space is available if you come by car. Clean room & hygienic toilet. Good shower. Comfy bed & pillow. Good wifi. Good lighting & sufficient power points in the room. The hotel very clean and tidy not new but good. The staff are so friendly and cooperative and speaks English. They have very safe garage to park your car. The location is in center so, it is surrounded by all services, malls and restaurants also, you can take the mini bus from Kent medan which is 100 m a way if you want to visit cumalikizik or the Ottoman village and spend some time there.

Very very satisfied. Clean and tidy. Even a little bit luxurious. There is a free Turkish bath and spa (charged) on the basement floor. It is my favorite hotel in the entire Turkish bath. Turn right and take bus No. 96 to reach Bursa bus terminal. Turn left and take small bus No. 1c to reach the Grand Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The hotel is elegant and comfortable, and the price is not expensive.

When I get here rooms towels were old, mini fridge was not working and room was smelling bad. Then after I reported it they immediately took after everything and changed my room. All service personnel was eager to solve my problems, special thanks to manager Mr. Ugur.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet and green place. Clean, spacious room, lots of lamps, king size bed, coffee table, two armchairs, snow-white sheets. Half an hour to the city center (walk to the bus stop and take any bus). Cleaning every day. Nice people at the reception. There is a thermal bath where you can order an individual steam bath for 500 lira.

The aircond wasn’t working it was more of heater. We had to open the window throughout the night. We we assigned to smoking room and couldn’t stand the smell of the room. Though I am sure they have non-smoking room.

Superb foods. Arrived here at night and among many dish, served soup and creamy spinach, which both were awesome, among of the best I've had. The staffs are helpful. Room was okay, pretty standard, good view of surrounding area which is nice. There is a train station just about 5minutes walk. Plenty of shops there if you looking for foods, snacks, or drinks.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and large, but there is one problem, which is that the hotel is located near a slaughterhouse, so the smell of livestock reaches the rooms. Other than that, everything was beautiful.

Hotel is located just opposite from Ulu Cami and Koza Han, which was our primary reason for visiting Bursa. The room is quite spacious, and we definitely appreciate the large King-size bed and elevator. All in all, the perfect place to rest after an exhausting trip down from Uludag mountain.
