The hotel's interior is very dated but well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, fairly clean, and have comfortable beds. Hot water in the bathroom only works in the shower area; there's no hot water in the sink. The location is centrally located, close to shopping centers and several dining options.

Definitely worth recommending and clearly a 5-star standard. An amazing sense of hospitality from the very beginning starting with Kaan Bey at the reception and the outstanding service from Mary and the entire Guest Relations team. Thank you this is certainly not my last stay!

Our 8 night stay here has been amazing! The location is perfect for walking to many restaurants and shopping centre. The hotel staff were sensational, always checking in to see if we needed anything. This hotel is not too large, but the atmosphere is very homey. Its location is strategic, close to shopping areas and public transportation. I enjoyed staying at this hotel with my wife. I stayed for 4 nights.

There's no trace of the old Çelik Palas, but its location is a hamam, and the pleasure it brings to those who know it is meaningful. If you were to visit for the first time, you'd only give it two stars.

This collection is located in the Click Plus Hotel in the Osmangazi area in the city of Bursa. The hotel is beautiful and the spa area is complete. There is an athletics room, various regular and sulfur swimming pools, massage, and a Turkish bath. The area is beautiful and quiet.

We had a night stay at this hotel thank goodness! it looked like an abandoned property very few guests. Hotel was on old fashioned and needs an update. Rooms were left open when we walked in which was unusual for us. Parking was on the street first come first serve with few spots. Very very satisfied. Clean and tidy. Even a little bit luxurious. There is a free Turkish bath and spa (charged) on the basement floor. It is my favorite hotel in the entire Turkish bath. Turn right and take bus No. 96 to reach Bursa bus terminal. Turn left and take small bus No. 1c to reach the Grand Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The hotel is elegant and comfortable, and the price is not expensive.

In this hotel you feel like in a luxury hotel. All the staff including the hotel manager Mr. Kurtulus did their best to make our stay unforgettable. This hotel wasn't particularly outstanding, but it was touching. We arrived around 2 AM that night. Parking was already quite difficult to find nearby. But after we circled the entrance for a moment, the receptionist came out and helped us find a parking spot, which was incredibly kind of him. We were welcomed with a big smile. If you are into old hotels/houses, this might be for you but after staying here for one night, I read I prefer more practical and modern hotel rooms to old ones.
