For those who is looking for relaxation its not recommended as there is bar and very noisy at night. The cleannesses is area of improvement specially restaurant items. Also the breakfast options are limited. Swimming pool very bad condition and water is discoloured. The stuff is very helpful and friendly

The hotel was very central. It is close to the tram station and taxi rank. Shops are within walking distance and getting anywhere is very easy and convenient. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Definitely a hotel I will return to and recommend.

We stayed here for one night. It was arranged by our tour agency. Suprisingly, it is clean and comfy. The food prepared mostly met our taste preference. My most preferred dishes are the yogurt based salad and egg plant dishes. My recommendation is to put name on the dishes for foreigner like me to know.

While the room is pretty clean, the single bed mattress is probably used for years and in very bad shape as the edge of the mattress crumbled and definitely need to be replaced immediately. The Hotel is very Comfortable The rooms are not very big but clean and warm. the Person who is responsible for the Spa is very polite and kind and treat you with so much respect. I found it sad that's they don't speak English at the reception.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and large, but there is one problem, which is that the hotel is located near a slaughterhouse, so the smell of livestock reaches the rooms. Other than that, everything was beautiful.

Hotel is located just opposite from Ulu Cami and Koza Han, which was our primary reason for visiting Bursa. The room is quite spacious, and we definitely appreciate the large King-size bed and elevator. All in all, the perfect place to rest after an exhausting trip down from Uludag mountain.

The hotel very clean and tidy not new but good. The staff are so friendly and cooperative and speaks English. They have very safe garage to park your car. The location is in center so, it is surrounded by all services, malls and restaurants also, you can take the mini bus from Kent medan which is 100 m a way if you want to visit cumalikizik or the Ottoman village and spend some time there.

We visited Kaya Uludağ Hotel with our family for a winter holiday and had a wonderful experience. The service quality was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We were very satisfied with our stay. The ski slopes were also very good and well maintained. Overall, it was a great holiday and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Kaya Uludag for 3 days with my wife. It was simply tremendous. We had our best ski holiday experience after going for ski holidays almost all around the world. I arrived early on a rainy day expecting to leave my luggage and return at check-in. I was given a room right away by the receptionist and was surprised what a wonderful room it was. Its good place for budget stay. Its between bursa main area and uludag mountain. Economical. Only have basic breakfast and no lunch and dinner. No lift in hotel so please ask at time of booking for lower floor room. But view is better on upper floors. Staff is excellent and very worm in dealing. So basically a nice environment and low budget is name of the game.

We had lovely stay at this hotel . Staff was tlvery nice especially the night staff. They helped me to oder the food and delivery which was super nice. Breakfast was topnotch , manager was very accommodating, place was clean . Only thing could have been better is noise isolation from outside. But full marks to the staff . A very clean , spacious,and comfortable hotel. The staff is very helpful, we stayed for 2 nights in room 203 ,it was amazing, everything is available in the room and the bathroom. The hotel is in the center if the old city ,so you can walk to visit all the touristic places .

The shower doors had come off and couldn't be closed, and the cleanliness was below average. If these issues are resolved, it could become an above-average city hotel.
