We had lovely stay at this hotel . Staff was tlvery nice especially the night staff. They helped me to oder the food and delivery which was super nice. Breakfast was topnotch , manager was very accommodating, place was clean . Only thing could have been better is noise isolation from outside. But full marks to the staff . I will definitely stay again.

A very clean , spacious,and comfortable hotel. The staff is very helpful, we stayed for 2 nights in room 203 ,it was amazing, everything is available in the room and the bathroom. The hotel is in the center if the old city ,so you can walk to visit all the touristic places .

The rooms are nice, clean, the staff is great, the breakfast is not bad, the hotel location is great, the only big problem is that the rooms smell of cigarette smoke. The smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere in my room at night, the air conditioner brings in the smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms. That's why I gave a low comfort score.

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, parking was available, and it was in the city center. We were very pleased.

The room was very good, and the price for a twin bed was the same as the standard price, so of course I booked a twin. There's a supermarket about 5 minutes away, and there are several food shops. There seems to be a supermarket on the first floor, but I didn't have time to go shopping.

Beautiful. The location is excellent. The staff is very attentive. The rooms are comfortable and the furniture is new enough. The breakfast is also adequate. The only problem is the cleanliness of the rooms. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom furniture was very dusty (you could clean it with your finger). If I were to come back, I would stay there again.

The aircond wasn’t working it was more of heater. We had to open the window throughout the night. We we assigned to smoking room and couldn’t stand the smell of the room. Though I am sure they have non-smoking room.

Located on a hillside, it's a decent, standard hotel, within walking distance of the castle and museum, and across the street from the ancient Roman ruins. It offers good value for money.

I was on vacation with family and we stayed at Bursa Otel. Great reception staff and has great value. Free breakfast available and it was great breakfast.

Great stay! Excellent location, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the decor is simple and modern. Cons: The bathroom is very cramped. The toilet is positioned so close to the mirror that you have to stand sideways to wash your face. Also, the shower screen is too small, so the floor gets wet after every shower.

Everything was up to par at this conveniently located hotel in Bursa. I enjoyed the friendly service and the cozy room with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The pouring rain spoiled my impression of the city, but that's how it goes. I highly recommend it as a stopover during my trip around the country.

It was very warm in February, the radiators were hot. Slippers, soap, toilet paper, and good beds and a blanket. Our room was on the third floor, standard. It was quiet, which was a great plus. Breakfast was standard Turkish, but filling. Russian-speaking staff. Close to all the attractions. The reception staff was wonderful and helpful, thank you for your attention and kindness. It's close to the T2 tram, so it's easy to get to the bus terminal. The area isn't particularly touristy, so you can really get a feel for the local atmosphere. Such a charming and unique hotel! We were only here for one night but it was my favorite stay while visiting Turkey.

We chose the bigger room and loved the charming decor. Bed was plush and pillows were very comfortable. Room was warm and we did not felt cold. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, is difficult to manage with the stroller but the service and the location is good.

Convenient location, near the Bursa Grand Mosque and main bazaar. Lots of restaurants options and supermarkets nearby. Breakfast was good. Only downside is room being a bit too small and the soundproof is bad. Someone next door was partying until midnight one of the nights and it was quite loud. Luckily I didn’t sleep too early and they stopped before 1am.

This is a beautiful hotel, superbly kept. Breakfast is the best i had in hotels in Turkey, this trip. The area is new, lots of new contructions. So a bit dirty. You can easily walk to the tourist attractions from the hotel, which is truly a plus.

This relatively new hotel has clean rooms, very agreeable staff and a decent breakfast. The only problem is the location which is a good 25 minute walk to the middle of Iznik and there is very little to see or do on the nearby beach (at least in late October)

The shower doors had come off and couldn't be closed, and the cleanliness was below average. If these issues are resolved, it could become an above-average city hotel.

In this hotel you feel like in a luxury hotel. All the staff including the hotel manager Mr. Kurtulus did their best to make our stay unforgettable. We also used the ZOE spa area with Turkish bath, scrub and massage. A wonderful experience! Overall we can recommend to anyone in Bursa a stay at this lovely traditional hotel (since 1890).

We didn't have breakfast, parking was very easy, the room was clean and very comfortable.

This hotel wasn't particularly outstanding, but it was touching. We arrived around 2 AM that night. Parking was already quite difficult to find nearby. But after we circled the entrance for a moment, the receptionist came out and helped us find a parking spot, which was incredibly kind of him. I was also curious how he knew I had booked a room there.

It is a boutique hotel. The room is very clean, the staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also very tasty. What was particularly important to me was that it is centrally located. The famous Ulu Mosque, etc. are very easy to reach on foot.
