We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a pleasant stay, and the breakfast was very good.

The cleanliness was merely a distraction. The room was neglected, like a mountain chalet abandoned to its fate. Breakfast was merely a matter of convenience... The internet was good. The tea bags, water, and coffee in the room are a plus. The price is reasonable, so it's good for a good night's sleep, but if you're looking for comfort, please stay at the Hilton... (Note: These are for standard first-floor rooms at the top of the stairs. I don't know about the other rooms.)

Overall, everything is good. Friendly staff, the room is quite clean, but due to poor ventilation, unfortunately there is a smell of cigarettes.

The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the city center. I'd say the value for money is good. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Good option for not a lot of money for one night sleepover in winter. Parking lot is secure and I could see my car through the window. The hotel is very easy to find and reach if you drive a car.
In winter it's too hot in the room because the heating is full on. Could hear all the neighbors like they were talking in my ear and elevator was too close to the room - that's a big minus because I couldn't sleep well half of the night. The elevator is so small that I barely fit with my big backpack- but that's minor issue.

We called before arriving and they helped us arrange parking. There were only two slippers and towels in the room, even though there were three of us. The breakfast was very good. They were very helpful and we were pleased.

We stayed for 5 days for a business trip. The hotel staff, 2 of us, were superb. We felt at home. It's not a hotel. It's a family atmosphere. They helped us in every way. I would like to thank Mr. Cihan at the reception, Mr. Erkan at the reception, Ms. Aynur in the kitchen, the housekeepers whose names I don't know, and all the staff.

A clean and hygienic hotel for your accommodation. Friendly morning breakfast. Excellent kitchen staff. Friendly, open buffet with a wide variety of breakfast options.
