We stayed for a week last month and had an amazing holiday. The hotel and facilities are of a high standard. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. The food was excellent with a wide choice. We booked into the a la carte restaurant one evening and had a delicious 5 course meal. All the staff were friendly, professional and really helpful with particular mentions for bar staff Ramazan, Ali and Safak. The spa treatment was an amazing experience and we were made to feel truly pampered. There is nothing that we could fault with the hotel. We really enjoyed our holiday are looking to book again next year.

Hotel is great. Amazing food, room is clean with air conditioner. Staff is good, sometimes they don't understand english very well but they always do anything to make you happy. There was one thing that made me sad and that made me give them just 4 stars - I ordered iced coffe with soy mill from staff at the bar in the lounge. First time they made it with whipped cream, but as lactose intolerant person I asked them to be it without it. Second time they made warm coffe with rum. I told them I ordered iced coffe with soy milk without cream and withiut alcohol. They made me coffe with soy milk and something that may have been ice at one time but coffe was still warm. I didn't want to give it back for the third time so I paid (240 lyras, I can get coffe at Starbucks which would be amazing for that!!). It tasted horrible. Like I wanted to puke.🤢 If you want ice coffe go somewhere else. I am kinda sad coz' I am still there and I hoped for good coffe since I am in Turkey.😢 I didn't expected coffe like Starbucksy I just wanted their warm coffe (which is good) with ice. I don't know what happened and why it was that bad.

If I could I would give 6 stars on all categories. Staff is friendly, polite and very helpful in all situations, the room we stay in was just splendid. The Beach area with the restaurant/bar is just fantastic, the staff couldn't be any more welcoming and service minded. The food is just mouth watering good. I cant praise this place enough! Well worth the stay! If I go to Alanya again, this is the place I will stay at.

We spent a very beautiful week in this hotel! Everything was just excellent- the room, the food in the restaurant, the staff and service. Special thanks to the cleaners, who was changing towels, bedsheets every day. Hotel is spot clean. The musical events have been organized in the bar of the hotel, where everyone could take a part. In the cellar floor there is a nice SPA center, where one can get a quality massage. We will recommend the hotel to all our friends and relatives.

I don’t think this hotel is 5 stars status worthy at all, more like 3.5. I would stay there again. Especially for the exorbitant prices they are charging. Not worth it.

(Winter holiday) .. All inclusive hotel drinks are not all inclusive best drinks cost extra Air-conditioning in rooms is heating only because it's winter season. (you should have got full control for your self in rooms but the reception as blocked it from your room. The air conditioning) just like the T. V channels you only get news channels... Otherwise good hotel and clean

A truly fantastic hotel.
The rooms are modern, clean and bright and while there is no view, the room itself is comfortable and has a premium feel. I lowered my expectations for an economy room but wow it was great with a large comfy bed, with pillow options and lots of space.
Great food and friendly staff.
The only let downs were the lack of seating in the evening (perhaps due to the winter?) and there was not enough space to sit for meals on occasion so we had to wander around looking for space.
The food and drink made up for this!
Overall, you won't be disappointed but leave feeling relaxed and content.

We are a group of 15 people who had an Art and Yoga course for 1 week in the hotel premises. A first class hotel with fantastic service and truly a five star kitchen. The staff in the restaurant are so service oriented and baked a cake and congratulated our Yoga teacher on her birthday as well as a big delicious cake with a photo of our whole group on the closing evening! absolutely incredible! we are so happy and satisfied. We will be back!

Following a recent stay at your hotel I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the quality of my experience. This experience fell far short of the expectations one should have of a five-star establishment.
During our stay, one of our party suffered from food poisoning, resulting in two days of severe vomiting. Upon consulting recent reviews, it appears that this is a recurring issue.
The lack of any apology or acknowledgement of this issue from the hotel is deeply disappointing. A simple apology and the assurance that the matter would be investigated would have been appropriate.
I would like to acknowledge the kindness, helpfulness and hard work of the cleaning staff. They were a positive exception in our experience.
