The hotel is beautifully situated with beautiful pools, but that's where the positives end. The renovated room had a hole in the bathroom ceiling, with spiders crawling out every day. The room service was the worst I've ever encountered: rooms weren't cleaned, and soaps weren't refilled; you had to ask for everything. I reported three people missing shampoo and bath products, but someone finally showed up and refilled them. The hotel's restaurant service was the worst I've ever encountered. They completely ignore the customer; they don't bring complete meals; you have to ask for everything, and they don't care. The food, in my opinion, is the worst; it's the same every day. When I asked about tennis court availability, I was informed that there was a court, but the hotel didn't have rackets and unfortunately, you couldn't play. After that, the staff member went back to checking their phone, which I'd picked up. The icing on the cake on the penultimate day of my trip was a large cockroach roaming around the bathroom. Overall, my objective rating is 1/10. P.S. The day before our departure, we booked a golf cart to pick us up with our luggage at 2:30 a.m., as we were traveling with a 6-month-old baby. Of course, no one showed up or even bothered to answer the phone at reception. After we arrived at the hotel with our suitcases and reported the situation, no one cared. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Loved everything about our 5-night stay — the food and service were great, the garden and walking trails were beautiful and the boho-style room design (comfort room) was very nice and new. There were plenty of pools, cafés and activities to enjoy. I don’t quite understand the negative feedback about the hotel, as our experience was really positive. Compared to Rixos Tekirova, I would personally choose Mövenpick instead.

The Dock Bar Hero and Dessert Heaven!
This is simply the best ultra all-inclusive experience we've had. The sheer size of this resort is just... wow. It has so many pools and a vast, beautiful beach. The best part? It never felt crowded. We had plenty of room to breathe, even with the hotel being full the whole time (and it was almost the end of the season).
The dining experience was amazing. Everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. And the dessert section? Oh, wow. The desserts were unbelievable. The many shapes and sizes of baklava, in particular, were crunchy, very sweet, and sticky in all the best ways—I definitely ate too much!
The general staff should have been friendlier. We were there at the beginning of October, so perhaps they were tired after a long season, but it was noticeable.
BUT, Muaz (hopefully we spelled it correctly), the main man at the dock bar, saved our trip! Muaz is a legend. The dock bar setting is beautiful, and he is very friendly and cheerful. He made incredible coffee that woke us up every morning. He is super polite and a genuinely good person. Big thanks for his service. Go there for the best coffee and tequila you'll drink!

I gave a star for the great people who made our experience in Mövenpick Tekirova slightly more tolerable. Kids club ladies : Anna, Piko, Anzela. Vladislav from bar. Aynur, who made us breakfasts. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, if you want your rooms to be cleaned or if you want to have a decent meal or just a cup of drinkable coffee - not a place for you.

Maybe there are minuses but when you talk about whole vacation we liked it. We came for sea and we had it all. Near mountains and trees we had a great vacation. Beautiful garden. Wide beach. We needed these. And of course Muaz made that vacation better. Best regards for hım. Hope to see next year.

From the moment we landed, the service fell shockingly short. Despite promises of complimentary food upon arrival, nothing was provided, leaving us hungry and disappointed. To make matters worse, we were overcharged without any explanation or transparency. When we approached the manager to address these issues, we were met with outright rudeness, with no regard for basic courtesy or resolution procedures that any reputable establishment should have in place.
Hoping to salvage our trip in this beautiful destination, we decided to cut our losses by staying just one night and canceling the remaining two. However, when we politely requested to check out the next morning, the staff refused outright, escalating the situation by threatening to call security and demanding we leave immediately—without processing our departure or refund. This aggressive and unprofessional behavior forced us to depart hastily for our own safety, highlighting a severe lack of protocols for handling guest concerns, disputes, or even basic check-out processes.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to enjoy the unparalleled beauty and safety of Turkey. Travelers deserve better than to have their dream vacation overshadowed by such disregard for customer care—choose accommodations that truly honor the welcoming spirit of this magnificent country.

I was here last year. The hotel just opened after another hotel. NoT everything at all was OK but I'm here now and I'm ready to cry and ESCAPE. Everything has become even worse. The servers in the restaurant is muuuuch to be desire. When you complain, the only answer you hear that it's OK but it's NOT! The rom, I'm staying thos time, is the same, Deluxe but the view is worse. The hotel is Ultra all-inclusive but in fact it's trash! No RUM, Tried Aperol and it's impossible to drink! I can't even remember when I was drinking such piece of sh.t! It was absolutely impossible to drink it. Nuts, as they are called here is another piece of ... because there are no nuts at all. They are disgusting. I've talked to barmen and they all say that before September, everything was OK. So, we paid a huge amount of money to get what - NOTHING? OH, NO loss of nerves, nosebleed because of all of these! My dream is to wake up at ANOTHER hotel , where CUSTOMERS MATTER!!! I feel absolutely exhausted and frustrated and totally cheated every minute here!

During my stay at Mövenpick, I received exceptional help from Aylin and Baris in the guest relations department. I had an urgent situation that required me to travel to another city, and Aylin kindly helped me purchase plane tickets online when I didn’t have access to my bank card. Thanks to her quick thinking and kindness, everything went smoothly. She went far beyond what’s expected in her role, showing genuine care and professionalism.

Had a lovely experience at this hotel. There was a confusion with the rooms but this was not the hotel's fault. One thing though, it is very difficult to contact them over the phone or in general, or even in English. ABout the food, sometimes the grilled items were not cooked well, but for the rest the food was good. Also shout-out to Aylin and Baris who helped my wife during a very difficult situation when I was not there yet.
