This is simply the best ultra all-inclusive experience we've had. The sheer size of this resort is just... wow. It has so many pools and a vast, beautiful beach. The best part? It never felt crowded. We had plenty of room to breathe, even with the hotel being full the whole time (and it was almost the end of the season).
The dining experience was amazing. Everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. And the dessert section? Oh, wow. The desserts were unbelievable. The many shapes and sizes of baklava, in particular, were crunchy, very sweet, and sticky in all the best ways—I definitely ate too much!
The general staff should have been friendlier. We were there at the beginning of October, so perhaps they were tired after a long season, but it was noticeable.
BUT, Muaz (hopefully we spelled it correctly), the main man at the dock bar, saved our trip! Muaz is a legend. The dock bar setting is beautiful, and he is very friendly and cheerful. He made incredible coffee that woke us up every morning. He is super polite and a genuinely good person. Big thanks for his service. Go there for the best coffee and tequila you'll drink!
From the moment we landed, the service fell shockingly short. Despite promises of complimentary food upon arrival, nothing was provided, leaving us hungry and disappointed. To make matters worse, we were overcharged without any explanation or transparency. When we approached the manager to address these issues, we were met with outright rudeness, with no regard for basic courtesy or resolution procedures that any reputable establishment should have in place.
Hoping to salvage our trip in this beautiful destination, we decided to cut our losses by staying just one night and canceling the remaining two. However, when we politely requested to check out the next morning, the staff refused outright, escalating the situation by threatening to call security and demanding we leave immediately—without processing our departure or refund. This aggressive and unprofessional behavior forced us to depart hastily for our own safety, highlighting a severe lack of protocols for handling guest concerns, disputes, or even basic check-out processes.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to enjoy the unparalleled beauty and safety of Turkey. Travelers deserve better than to have their dream vacation overshadowed by such disregard for customer care—choose accommodations that truly honor the welcoming spirit of this magnificent country.

The rooms were comfortable but the cleanliness was not good :/ . Socks get dirty as soon as you walk on the floor. The towels were changed only once during our 5-day stay. The gardens were very well kept and the grass was always beautiful and cut like a straight carpet.
It's just a pity that such a beautiful resort is hampered by the cleanliness of the rooms.
On the day of arrival at the hotel, the room was not ready at all. We are traveling 5 adults at full price, rented the DIWA ROYAL FAMILY SUITE. It does not correspond to the photos on the site.
there was nothing in the room, or rather nothing at all. there were not enough towels, no robes and slippers. there were none of the stated toiletries. they save on everything. the coffee capsules are not original. there was no place to sleep for the fifth person. after we went to complain 4 times they just made the sofa with stains with a sheet and threw an unmade blanket with stains and hair. this was my first time staying in a 5 star hotel where I made my bed and cleaned up myself. yes, regarding cleaning, there was none at all. the floor was really dirty, dust, dirty toilets, stuffy cabins that squeal. cobwebs and crushed mosquitoes smeared on the walls. this hotel does not know what cleaning is.
about the food, it is not tasty and there is no choice, they manage to cook even the simplest dish poorly. the hotel service does not correspond at all to 5 stars. especially for such a price.
If you, like me, value comfort, don't choose this place.
