We had followed the staff's advice to withdraw cash, but the ATM took my brother's card and didn’t return it. When we asked for assistance, the staff ignored us until we insisted on speaking to a manager. Instead of helping, they started shouting at us and providing false information. Even when the manager arrived, he failed to address our concerns or resolve the issue, which took two hours of our holiday.
Additionally, the entertainment options were minimal, leaving us with little to do in the evenings. The food was also a significant letdown—most of the meals were bland and unappetizing, which made dining a frustrating experience.
We heard many other guests expressing similar frustrations, indicating that our experience was not unique. The manager seemed unconcerned about the aggressive behavior of his staff. Overall, I cannot recommend TUI Magic Life Jacaranda. It was a terrible experience, and I’m relieved to be home. Save your time and money—choose a different hotel. If the hotel wishes to address these serious issues and compensate us for our experience, I encourage them to contact me directly.

We booked through TUI and flew Sunexpress for the new year period 2024-25.
The room and hotel was kept extreemly clean. The food was of a very good quality and quite varied. Unfortunately we didnt get to try any of the a la carte restaurants as the few that were open were all booked up. This was disappointing.
New years eve celebrations were fabulous, all the staff clearly made a big effort to make it something special and they nailed it.

Like, every other staff member have been absolutely delightful. However, that one receptionist checking us out of room 1412 wanted what was essentially a bribe. The other one was more helpful and allowed us 20 minutes to wash off at least. So yeah.
