We decided to spend several days together with our family. It was a wonderful family holiday. Beautiful weather, its still warm day time and fresh in the evenings. Great food, fast service. Incredible sea view from our room. Thank you very much for a great vacation, we will definetely come back next year.
4 nights stayed,nice pool,area around.
Can’t complain about the room ,was ok.
As I had half board my kid wasn’t even allowed an ice cream ,had to resolve with lobby .
As my breakfast and dinner included I thought alcoholic drink is also included during this time ,an un educated manager barely took the glass of wine from me indicating to go to lobby in front of other guests which put me in uncomfortable situation also pointing to an old couple during their meal they should have their wristbands which from my point of view it’s completely stupid.
As my trip was spontaneous flying on second day after I bought the trip I spent quite large sum which other people don’t even pay for all inclusive ,all this situation left me and my family deeply affected.

Rested with friends in icmeler the area is beautiful. Hotel is in the form of a castle and is located in a beautiful place, it is very convenient to go to the sea, the territory is large and beautiful, the hotel has a lot of swimming pools, a training room and a kindergarten. everything is very convenient. the restaurant has a variety of sweets, meat, fruits, drinks, everything is very tasty. In the afternoon, a lot of activities in the morning yoga, darts, boccia, tennis, water polo and stretching begin. and in the evening various entertainment programs live music, dancing, karaoke and disco. many thanks to all the staff and the animation team 🥰 We were satisfied, we will come next year
This was our first time in Marmaris. Our family stayed in a villa with a very beautiful ambiance. Cleaning lady was so kind and attentive, she was bringing additional towels for us.
Food was delicious, we enjoyed turkish and fish nights.
Pools are clean, sea is a step away from the hotel. Special service at the beach surprised us. Very attentive staff. We will definitely come back next year.

Unfortunately there is no option to rate negative stars! Don’t stay in this hotel, there is not enough space here to describe why because the negatives are so many.
Such a shame, this is one of the first holiday resorts in Turkey and the way its managed now has turned this place to a worthless history!
