Rooms clean but basic, hot water was abit hit & miss , I did speak to the manager about it, he said we have solar panels to heat our water so I said well it should be red hot then as the temperature today was 36 degrees. The hotel is in a great location and is a 3 minute walk from the beach. It is next to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms are clean but don’t have much storage for clothes so we had to live out of suitcases for 10 days. The owners customer service is excellent. Only down point on this hotel is the noise at night. Right opposite a very noisy nightclub which goes until the early hours. Staff were lovely, Turkish breakfast was lovely too. Come here if you like the central location and hustle and bustle.

We had a lovely stay in Mersoy Hotel, kids loved the all inclusive buffet, stuff was very friendly and always responsive to our needs. Amazing location, well designed rooms and perfect management. Definetely recommended and we want to visit Pilos again.

This place is a hidden gem. No one knew about it. We just fell into this beautiful community of hotels by accident, and I have to tell you, it is the beachfront area they reserved for them. It's an 11-minute walk or a 1—or 2-minute shuttle that can take you there. It was amazing. They served food and drinks. The only thing that was lacking was music. I wish they had louder music at the beach. The water...

High season harici bir dönemde geldik ve çok memnun kaldık. Yemekler ortalama üstünde , kahvaltı oldukça keyifli. Otel calisanlari çok misafirperver.

The service and food were good, but the balcony of the room we reserved with a sea view was blocked by trees. There was a picture of a water park in the pictures, but when we went there, they said there was no such place and they did not know who uploaded the picture.

Wonderful hotel. Wonderful hotel, the suites are spacious and modern, all areas are well kept and clean. Lovely pool area. The food was excellent. The only drawback is that there are many steps around the accommodation if you struggle with walking it may not be suitable.

We spent 5 days here & loved everything! Rooms are very comfortable, staff is very helpful and food is amazing. There is no need to look for any other restaurants in Turunc, simply hotel restorant is amazing. I would definetely recommend this place whoever is looking for a relaxing stay in the wonderful nature.

The hotel is at the top of town, conveniently located but not „on the *****“ so it’s quiet and comfortable. The staff are brilliant, so helpful, full of suggestions and ideas for what to do. Breakfast is delicious and varied (do try the soup!) and fills you up well for the day to come.

This is a wonderful hotel, which deserves a higher rating than its 3 stars, in our view. Although we only stayed for one night, it was a great experience. The only (very slight!) criticism (and this is nit-picking!) is that they need more towel hooks/rails in the bathroom. Other than that, we would say it is one the best hotels we have stayed in!

The stay was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Especially Mr. Özgür, Mr. Koray and Mr.Ali was super helpful and attentive. One friendly feedback though, sometimes we felt like we need to have frequent conversations with the staff when we were eating. I know they all come from a good place, but a little more privacy would be appreciated. Overall would recommend this place for its cleanliness...
