Rooms are sooo old. Toilet keeps running. Renovation of the entrance/complex is annoying but not their fault. Nice staff and breakfast though.

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view. The food is excellent in all of its restaurants.

We stayed in an Executive Suite in August. The rooms were clean but surprisingly small for one of the largest suites in the hotel – around 35 sqm. A particularly unpleasant incident occurred at check-in: although I presented my passport and repeatedly explained that the other passports were safely stored in the suitcase and that I would of course provide them later, the receptionist insisted that...

No swimming pool, no exchange currency service, people at restaurant, most of them rude with some exceptions, the location is good

The environment is noisy, the front desk service attitude is poor and lacks patience.

Good hotel, ideal for business travelers!

We spend 3 nights. Loved it. Big thanks to Manager Burcin (I hope i wrote your name correctly) -Over all staff was good with smile on their face and going extra step to help. Breakfast was good. -Centrally located. Having taxi station by the hotel helped a lot. End conclusion; we’ll go again and we recommend. -Front desk manager Burcin will help you all the way.

We stayed at the Ramada Plaza Izmir for one night in May. We booked an accessible room on the first floor, which met our expectations. I've attached a few photos of the accessible bathroom. The apartments are large and comfortable, and the service was fantastic, with just a message required to the whatsapp number provided. The management obviously cares about the property and ensuring guests are comfortable. The room service every two days is above and beyond so if you want a clean place then stay here! We stayed in room 107, which overlooks the marina so the view is lovely and open....

We (our family of 4) stayed at Iyon Pansiyon at the end of July 2023 in Room 10 (the biggest room available). Room size was ideal for our family, and space had exactly what we needed. The building is beautiful, the staff where friendly, the location is great and close to everything. We got the room with a garden view. I would recommend upgrading to the sea view room if possible. Our room was really tight and we didn't have much room to move in it at all. Thankfully we were just looking for a bed for the night and if that's what you are looking for then this room is perfect.

Don't go here if you want safe, decent,sailing equipment. We saw a catamaran dismasted due to lack of maintenance, narrowly missing the crew. The boats are all knackered and need replacing. Comments to the staff are met with a derisory ' I'll look at that', which is exactly what they do and sweet FA! . And don't bother writing to the CEO Mark Chitty, he does not respond .

Great trip, friendly team, even though the season is coming to an end they were still on top form. Recommend as perfect time for a quieter trip, still good weather and only half full.

Just back from a fabulous week with Mark Warner, our 2nd time here. Everything was excellent, it would be difficult to fault it. The pool was quiet and very clean, ideal for swimming. The beach was lovely. Sunbeds are the best with plenty of choice. The pontoon is a great addition to the site. I had an allergic reaction to something in the buffet, the local hospital was excellent. Wonderful resort, so clean and welcoming. Love that the Resort Manager greets every incoming guest on arrival. So professional!! Entertainment was great, having read some reviews I was cautious, but, Cristins team team how to act to these comments. Have already booked for next year!!!
