My daughter had fever at midnight and they sent an infrared thermometer and a bowl of yoghurt right away. The pool was closed due to off season, but the weather was great

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

Great 5 star hotel with spacious rooms. Spa service used by my spouse was excellent. The breakfast buffet was pretty impressive. A bit further from the Town but the area itself can get lively at night

I did not care about the distance from Izmir town center, because a cab can fix that issue. You cannot substitute the quality of the experience!

However, the hotel entrance doesn't have a proper ramp. İt is just a bump over the ground that my partner needed help to get over it

It was 4:30 when I arrived at the front desk. Fortunately, the check-in was fast, and I was upgraded to a sea view room (but the floor was very low, on the 4th floor), and I could see the sunrise in the room

Enjoyed the stay even more, than expected. Great service, staff is very welcoming and ready to help. Non-smoking sea view room on the 8th floor had gorgeous views and was neat, clean and very comfortable

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

We preferred a non-smoking room, they smoked until the morning in the next room, the smell came from around the door into our room, even when they sprayed perfume, we could smell that smell very easily, you can hear conversations very easily anyway, we couldn't make sense of that door

The room we stayed in had a door and you go to the next room, similarly when the person staying in the next room opens the door, they go to your room, there is a security vulnerability, the insulation between the rooms is almost non-existent

The highlight is definitely the thermal spa — large pools with naturally warm mineral water, clean locker areas, and a very calming atmosphere. The spa team is professional, and the massages are excellent

As a tourist in Izmir, I first saw the Hyatt Hotel from the parking lot of the Istinye Park Shopping Mall. And when we started to look for a place to spend the new year, I wanted to give it a chance

The restaurant was nice and clean the staff was friendly and attentive. The eggplant kebab is phenomenal i recomend it. Ozan and Begum were on point with bringing the food out hot and ready with smiles on thier faces.

The rooftop pool though small but has splendid panorama seaview and mountain view. The room layout/size is spacious and good for 2 persons with 2 big luggage, and furnitures are modern

Hotel staff called Cisem replied me with a super serious face and tone without even giving any explanation on reason of not servicing or when it’ll actually be available even it was written payment with these apps are accepted

I felt like I’m in a highly bureaucratic, red taped government office. I’d just suggest you remove that thing till you really serve with these payment apps or at least train your staff on how they should reply clients

It was written that Alipay and WeChat is accepted at the hotel check in desk/reception. Then I asked whether i can pay with these apps and the reply was very unapologetically no in a rude manner

It was very polite of her to check whether if there’s anything she can do. But I couldn’t understand why she asked our room number as she didn’t do anything afterwards

Great location near seaside of İzmir. Turkish style breakfast was very good. We ate supper at restaurant a couple nights and the food was great and service excellent.

Restaurant food was ok, but staff certainly need some training and are rather inattentive. We were happy with the advertised price and even happier when we received a substantial discount perhaps because we are retired

Stayed here for three nights while having appointments at the Ege University Hospital. Absolutely ideal as the hotel is situated within the Campus and so all departments are within walking distance

Ate in resturant 1 night, i had the fillet of beef i enjoyed, daughter had the seasonal veg and meatballs, the meatballs was undercooked, we were also harrassed by 2 girls begging they actually stole some of the food off our plates 4 of the male staff did nothing ignored, a customer who was having a drink actually chased them off

The overall experience of EN Boutique Hotel Izmir is very good! The hotel has a stylish and exquisite design and a great location, within walking distance of the seaside avenue and the main shopping area

Across the road is the seaside, lucky to see the sunset of the Aegean Sea, but the room can not see the sea

Hygiene: Overall very clean; The indoor lighting is a bit dim, the decoration style depends on personal preference, the room I stayed in is orange. The location is also on the seaside, 30 meters away is the Aegean Sea.

The only episode was that the room suddenly lost power on the first night of stay, and the room change process was a bit cumbersome, but the front desk responded quickly and upgraded the room type as compensation

**The service is particularly commendable**-the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the valet parking service solves the trouble of parking in the city

Although the breakfast selection is not rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the Turkish specialty cheese and freshly brewed coffee are worth a try
