Recently stayed at Swissotel, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the hotel itself offered a sense of luxury and comfort
It's not a hotel, it's an institution. It's full of history, timeless interior, art and good food. You can approach anyone and ask anything and they will help you right away
Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. Highly recommend Swissotel for a memorable stay!

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best
If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view
The food is excellent in all of its restaurants
Very much liked, it was not the last visit...
Rooms are sooo old. Toilet keeps running. Renovation of the entrance/complex is annoying but not their fault. Nice staff and breakfast though.
It's clean, well serviced, high levels of security, but still a 30 year old hotel without character or humour.

Nice and clean. The staff is very humble and friendly, especially Gozde Hanim and Aykut Bey. We are happy. Only the pools were closed, so we did not stay long
(Stayed during a Ciconia tour in October 2024). Except for the dog located across my room that started barking at 6:30am incessantly, and even well after calling reception, I have zero negative feedback
This hotel is right alongside the sea wall. Our room overlooked the water and because we were several floors up, looking out the large windows gave you the feeling of being on a ship
Mini fridge had multiple options for liquids and snacks. Options to tame your salt or sugar cravings are available for purchase. Pricing is a little high for the area for each but not uncommon in a five-star hotel
The hotel, in my opinion, is in a perfect location as it gives you the chance to enjoy the amazing seaside view and the numerous cafes and restaurants nearby
Typical bathroom amenities and anything forgotten can be requested. Breakfast options were plentiful and could request customized items. Coffee with some of the better tasting that I've had

The spa is the most enjoyable part of our stay and is fully accessible, except for the outdoor swimming pool. They provide a portable seat to assist in transferring a disabled person into and out of the pool
We had an amazing time in this hotel. Everyone is polite a s helpful , especially in reception Sinem always helpful and kind. The front desk girl very helpful as well as the girls for the massage have really good hand
Great 5 star hotel with spacious rooms. Spa service used by my spouse was excellent. The breakfast buffet was pretty impressive. A bit further from the Town but the area itself can get lively at night
Unfortunately, the thermal spa was under maintenance and was closed during our visit. I had an hour-long holistic massage with an Indonesian lady named Budi, which made my stay much more pleasant
I did not care about the distance from Izmir town center, because a cab can fix that issue. You cannot substitute the quality of the experience!

I’ve stayed in this beautiful hotel 9 times , I always choose this hotel cause it has a parking lot and we feel safe for our car or our motorcycle, the staff is very very polite and friendly and very eager to help us out
The ac was strong, room was clean, bed was comfortable, tv had a lot of channels, and the rooftop lounge was a bonus. I had a quiet stay; I never heard my neighbors

Location is good, but the air outside is very much polluted, staff are friendly and helpful. Steam room swimming pool and spa was good however they need to work on ventilation in the basement where the spa is located

One will scenic ferry ride from Passaport, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, to explore the other side of Izmir. The abundance of nearby restaurants and cafes added to the convenience and charm of the location
The location of the hotel is very good, there is free parking and valet service. The staff is very respectful and very helpful in every way. The rooms are very clean and useful. I recommend it to everyone.

The location is in the center close to the beach, room service and reception is very good but the hotel is actually two stars, it doesn’t deserve 4 star
Good included breakfast, free valet parking and best place to enjoy amazing sunsets of Izmir! Excellent value for the same ambience of more expensive hotel chains on the same strip (or with an inferior view on the street behind Kordon Otel Pasaport)
The rooms may be slightly outdated compared with the brand-name competition next door, but knowing you support a local small business is worth more than looking at some blend cookie-cutter hotel furniture IMHO
We had 2 days in kordon otel it was great Location is near everywhere It has roof that you can see sunset very well and cozy place. Breakfast wasn’t wow but good 😊 Murat bey was very kind and helpful.
Ate in resturant 1 night, i had the fillet of beef i enjoyed, daughter had the seasonal veg and meatballs, the meatballs was undercooked, we were also harrassed by 2 girls begging they actually stole some of the food off our plates 4 of the male staff did nothing ignored, a customer who was having a drink actually chased them off

The transportation is very convenient, there are tram stations, bus stations, and a large parking lot, which is self-driving friendly. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is super large
The receptionist is beautiful and enthusiastic, with good English and smooth communication. The Izmir Grand Elevator and the museum in the hotel are very close and can be reached on foot

IWe stayed at this family friendly hotel with our 2 year old and had a great time. The hotel personnel was excellent and did their best to help us with our requests
It is clean hotel and the food is excellent! The hotel doesn’t have a proper playground and it could do with an indoor play area for kids too

Stayed in bungalows 2 years ago and almost everything was exceptional. excellent beach and water, food and rooms were outstanding. "Ilica" probably has the best sea and beach all around Turkey
Great ambiance at the beach bar. Breakfast buffet is quite good but small with constantly refreshed. Bar drinks are quite pricey but the location is quite trendy and outgoing for young turks vacationing on the seaside
Beautiful hotel build in terraces. Great location on the side of ilica sand beach. Water is not deep for the first 80-100yards. Individual or twin bungalows: spacious with terrace and large and clean bathroom
Nice hotel with spectacular sea view....the food also was great...
Eat dinner outside the hotel to taste some traditional plates and desserts

The desent was to give 4,5 stars to that hotel. Big, clean rooms, good breakfast. Very polite staf, willing to help you if you need something. Because you need a taxi to go to the center of the town
When we arrived, our room smelled strongly of cigarettes, but the staff quickly took care of that with a machine and a few minutes later most of the smell was gone
Nevertheless, I have to deduct one star because the smell was also in the bed covers and didn't go away
Thanks God you pay just around 100 to 140 turkish liras for that purpose

After a rather stressful journey, Çağlar and Ayberg from reception did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. When choosing a room, you do everything right if you opt for the sea view
It's pretty good, very close to the beach, the front desk lady helped me choose a room with a sea view
It was nice because it was in the city center and on the beach. There was also a gym so I could work out. I wish there were more breakfast options.
Location is great, just a walk away to the seaside. The room needs renovation but it’s cozy and clean
Good location but better options available for the same money. Helpful staff but hotel smells of smoke in areas and shower never got hot. Also swimming pool out of order when I went.
