This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. I was in İzmir for work and urgently needed a stable, high-speed internet connection for a video conference. The hotel I initially stayed at offered only around 4 Mbps, and the connection was frustratingly unstable. I even checked the Marriott nearby, which had slightly better speeds at 10–12 Mbps, but still not ideal for video calls. Then I tested the Wi-Fi at Mövenpick—and was genuinely impressed...

Ege Palas was a great place to stay, it really made a difference in my visit to Izmir, especially Meriç, a receptionist, who was really kind and helpful, and spoke a bit of español! Hi everyone! My family and I stayed here for an overnight layover. We had an early check-in and were given a room at 11 AM without an extra charge. There's a mall and shops nearby.

The spa was great, the pool not as great as the sauna. The breakfast was really good! The staff was very nice and helpful. Do not stay in the rooms next to the lift as the noise levels from other guests is disturbing.

Very nice Hotel, close to airport. Rooms was very clean and modern, restaurant food was delicious for dinner and breakfast. Would definetly stay here again and reccomend.

Amazing stay in Izmir We had a wonderful stay at Armis Hotel. Tour companies book here for their guests. That means there can be peak hours at the restaurant or at the elevator line. We stayed here 2 nights thanks to Jolly Tour. The hotel’s place is very convinient. All staff was vey helpful. Rooms are clean, well and newly furnished. Breakfast was tasty!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always willing to assist with anything I needed. The room was very clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The location is also ideal — short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

Internet is lousy, and then you have to ask for basic room ammenities. Location not in a nice neirborhood and not all the people in tbe counter speaks english..... not to be back again

The hotel rooms on the first floor are right next to the road, and there's a lot of noise at night, especially from motorcycles whizzing by. The rooms are small, stuffy, and the air conditioning controls are unreliable. It's similar to a Home Inn in China.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the breakfast. Unfortunately, the quality of the juices was not up to the mark, as they tasted old and had an unpleasant aftertaste. Additionally, there was a lack of variety in the breakfast offerings, which is unexpected for a 4-star hotel. I hope you will consider these points for improvement.

A bit old N8ce l9cation Big room Setvice is so so.

The location is in the center close to the beach, room service and reception is very good but the hotel is actually two stars, it doesn’t deserve 4 star. The bathroom is old rusty and the showers has mold even with hard working cleaning ladies the place will still need remodeling.

I was shocked that I reserved a 4-star hotel and paid 133$ per night, then I found nothing, just a bed and low-level breakfast, I asked why that 4-star hotel has nothing - no pool, no restaurants, no view. They said it is a boutique hotel, so I am really paying for just the bed. I don't advise this for more than 50$ for sleep.

Booked a family room, the room is large, modernly decorated, breakfast is rich, except a little expensive, there is nothing wrong with it. Across the road is the seaside, lucky to see the sunset of the Aegean Sea, but the room can not see the sea.

Hygiene: Overall very clean; The indoor lighting is a bit dim, the decoration style depends on personal preference, the room I stayed in is orange. The location is also on the seaside, 30 meters away is the Aegean Sea.

The hotel is average, but the price/performance ratio is good

The hotel was very clean, and the receptionists were very welcoming. It's close to the beach, and there are Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious, and the water pressure in the shower is great. The breakfast is just so-so.

We stayed two days. The doorman took care of parking and carried our suitcases to our room. The breakfast was plentiful, with two homemade drinks. The room was compact and comfortable, with a powerful shower. The location was excellent, and we walked to various attractions both days.

The room was clean, but there were no duvet covers, not even in the room. I had to call the front desk late at night to inquire about it. Eventually, a staff member brought a duvet cover. I don't know if this is the default arrangement or if it was just an isolated incident. The breakfast selection was limited, but the taste was good.

The hotel staff were very friendly, but the breakfast wasn't very plentiful. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach.

It should be considered the city center. The location is convenient, very close to the restaurants on the beach, and you can take a walk on the beach in ten minutes. Free parking at the door. Colleagues are quite satisfied.
