The hotel's location is great, and the staff are friendly. I just want to mention two drawbacks. First, the breakfast options were very limited. Second, the pool closes at 6 PM. If you plan to explore the city and then use the pool afterward, you won't have enough time. If these aren't major issues for you, I definitely recommend this hotel.

There is no entertainment for children. We tried to find the hotel with our own means, no one directed us.

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. I stayed for around a week and only 2 of the days I had hot water.  They could not solve this issue.  I didn’t expect this from this brand.

We booked room 145. The air conditioning sucks. I had the maintenance men change the air filters which was black with dust. He removed them and never replace them with new ones. The dust is all over the room now. Otherwise the hotel is good in a hot room.

On the sea and close to the main markets and sites in Izmir. Good variety to dishes at breakfast. Cut salad would be a nice addition; on my visit there were cucumber and tomato slices, as well as greens, that can be used to "make your own".

Lovely hotel in a great tree lined avenue on the edge of alsancak with some great bars and eateries. We had an upgrade with a balcony which had a fantastic view. The location is in the center close to the beach, room service and reception is very good but the hotel is actually two stars, it doesn’t deserve 4 star. The bathroom is old rusty and the showers has mold even with hard working cleaning ladies the place will still need remodeling.

The room was cold, there was a lot of noise from the construction equipment, and we were disturbed because we were on the first floor at the front.

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Izmir, but this time the housekeeping was not good. They entered the room for cleaning purposes but did not touch the bed at all. The duvet on the double bed was for one person. There were soap residues on the toilet seat and they had forgotten the sponge used for cleaning in the sink. They did it very carelessly.
