My daughter had fever at midnight and they sent an infrared thermometer and a bowl of yoghurt right away. The pool was closed due to off season, but the weather was great

So the staff anticipated the guests' wishes and opened the pool impromptu. Shout out to our housekeeper Nazire who was our host for the second time ❤️

Despite booking in advance, the hotel was nearly full upon arrival, yet they went above and beyond by upgrading my room to a higher floor with a beautiful sea view

We will definitely come again. Very large beautiful territory, wonderful spa with a large pool, interesting sauna. One of the best hotels here in Izmir

The hotel has a very beautiful swimming pool and artworks are adorning the hotel. It has a very good valet parking service but you have to pay for it

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! Great 5 star hotel with spacious rooms. Spa service used by my spouse was excellent. The breakfast buffet was pretty impressive. A bit further from the Town but the area itself can get lively at night

I did not care about the distance from Izmir town center, because a cab can fix that issue. You cannot substitute the quality of the experience!

Unfortunately, the thermal spa was under maintenance and was closed during our visit. I had an hour-long holistic massage with an Indonesian lady named Budi, which made my stay much more pleasant

It was 4:30 when I arrived at the front desk. Fortunately, the check-in was fast, and I was upgraded to a sea view room (but the floor was very low, on the 4th floor), and I could see the sunrise in the room

On the seafront rather than a beach, but good views nonetheless. The area surrounding stays quite busy with tourists and other activities

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

Rooms are sooo old. Toilet keeps running. Renovation of the entrance/complex is annoying but not their fault. Nice staff and breakfast though.

After a rather stressful journey, Çağlar and Ayberg from reception did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. When choosing a room, you do everything right if you opt for the sea view

We used this hotel for just a night for airport the next day. Service was phenomenal from check in to restaurant. We had dinner at 9 pm with only 2 other tables. We were concerned about the food, but it was fantastic

Convenient for independent travelers: 1. Very close to both the M1 metro and T2 tram lines, about a 6-minute walk. The hotel is connected to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient

The hotel's cleanliness, service, and facilities are all good, and the breakfast offers a wide variety. The sea view room with a balcony allows you to enjoy the sea view and watch the sunrise, which is very pleasant

They have valet parking, a great view of the sea and the entire city, and they are located right next to the Istinye Park Shopping Mall with a lot of great restaurants and shops

We stayed in Room 111, which featured a spacious private terrace with both mountain and sea views on either side, a rare and beautiful combination

As a tourist in Izmir, I first saw the Hyatt Hotel from the parking lot of the Istinye Park Shopping Mall. And when we started to look for a place to spend the new year, I wanted to give it a chance

The restaurant was nice and clean the staff was friendly and attentive. The eggplant kebab is phenomenal i recomend it. Ozan and Begum were on point with bringing the food out hot and ready with smiles on thier faces.

View from the side of Folkart Tawers, a nice panorama of the city at night. There are plenty of atmospheric restaurants within a 15-minute walk. The service was fantastic, very friendly and helpful

Very nice hotel, good location, close to everything, close to the coolest things, you can get to the hotel, there is a taxi stop nearby and a city train station

Here, even if you did not make eye contact, someone would still acknowledge you, which created a very welcoming atmosphere. The housekeeping team and all other staff members were friendly, attentive, and professional

The rooftop pool though small but has splendid panorama seaview and mountain view. The room layout/size is spacious and good for 2 persons with 2 big luggage, and furnitures are modern

Hotel staff called Cisem replied me with a super serious face and tone without even giving any explanation on reason of not servicing or when it’ll actually be available even it was written payment with these apps are accepted

I felt like I’m in a highly bureaucratic, red taped government office. I’d just suggest you remove that thing till you really serve with these payment apps or at least train your staff on how they should reply clients

It was written that Alipay and WeChat is accepted at the hotel check in desk/reception. Then I asked whether i can pay with these apps and the reply was very unapologetically no in a rude manner

Great location near seaside of İzmir. Turkish style breakfast was very good. We ate supper at restaurant a couple nights and the food was great and service excellent.

Fabulous hotel, located in a lovely part of Izmir right by the harbour. We were met by a lovely member of staff called Dursun who took our things to the room and showed us how things worked

The location of the hotel was right where I wanted to be. It's about 25 minutes from the airport. Everything was good but some of the staff don't speak English well, so there were some miscommunication

However, despite this being my second stay, I was dissatisfied with the fact that only two bottles of water were provided in the minibar, with no additional water available in the room

I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration. Additionally, as the slippers are single-use, an extra pair should be provided

I was shocked that I reserved a 4-star hotel and paid 133$ per night, then I found nothing, just a bed and low-level breakfast, I asked why that 4-star hotel has nothing - no pool, no restaurants, no view

The overall experience of EN Boutique Hotel Izmir is very good! The hotel has a stylish and exquisite design and a great location, within walking distance of the seaside avenue and the main shopping area

Across the road is the seaside, lucky to see the sunset of the Aegean Sea, but the room can not see the sea

Hygiene: Overall very clean; The indoor lighting is a bit dim, the decoration style depends on personal preference, the room I stayed in is orange. The location is also on the seaside, 30 meters away is the Aegean Sea.

**The service is particularly commendable**-the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the valet parking service solves the trouble of parking in the city

It was a little small, but that was expected, and it was as advertised. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning powerful and effective. The bathroom was clean and well fitted-out, with a big rainfall shower

When we arrived the front desk guy wasn't helpful at all. The rest of the staff totally the opposite. At first I thought I picked the wrong hotel, but everyone else made up for it. Rooms are nice and comfortable

A cool and chill place near the sea, its rooms are pretty fine, the breakfasts are delicious, you can always go for a walk at the walking path near the sea.

Rooms have air-conditioning, coffee, minibar, and Wifi. For the sea view side of the hotel sitting out on the balcony watching the world go by is a must

I have been staying in the executive, luxury room twice. However for the executive class I would expect the coffee and tea facilities to be served with bit more tea and coffee and not lacking coffee milk or crema
