Evrything was Ok. But when we make check out we ask for invoice, tha staff promised us that they will send the invoice next day via WhatsApp. The invoice didn't reached us yet. Without invoice the company will not compensate us.

have stayed at this place, the hotel is getting old, the furniture etc. They have free parking and a nice buffe breakfast. Location is good, the room that we stayed - the handle bar of the window was broken, so it was not possible to close the window, because of that it was noisy from the sound in the street. And it seems like, the walls are so thin, that you can hear what is your neighbour doing...

Just right next to Basmane Gar Station. Nearby Agora Open Air Museum and Konak Pier and Clock Tower. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good with stable hot water. There is a tv but couldn’t get it to the right channel to watch anything as it was in Turkish. Excellent location, 3 min walk from Basmane station, where there is direct train to the airport. Room is clean, breakfast is good, and staff is very friendly. The only problem is that the building is under renovation so the windows are boarded up so room was dark.

It was fine for 1 night. Cheep and not to far from the airport. We stayed with five people. It was a little old. The people were nice. We arrived in the night and left early in the morning so we didn't do much there

The place is safe, the rooms spacious, but the kitchen was neither equipped nor clean....quite a pity as the place has lots of potential.

The hotel is decent, but there's no water heater.

The room itself was pretty good overall, and the location was convenient for getting to the subway station. It was also very quiet at night. However, the hot water wasn't very reliable. The front desk told me I'd have to let the water run for ten minutes before it got hot, but it only ever got lukewarm. For a winter trip, the water temperature wasn't quite hot enough for a proper shower.

Great little place. They stayed up for me for a late check in which was great and it was perfect for an overnight stop over. Breakfast was lovely and the room had everything I needed at a very reasonable price !

The hotel is located practically in the city center. All the sights are within walking distance. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly. There's a wonderful cafe nearby. You can also get coffee at the hospital across the street. The downsides include a peeling wall in the bathroom and a view of the construction site.

The best thing about this hotel is location. The rooms are fine but there should be a few more lights in the rooms, the hotel needs renovation for sure. The breakfast was just okay.

Stay was great. Lots of restaurants and bars just outside the hotel. My only complaint is the room to the door is quite thin and blocks little sound. With the elevator just outside my door, I could hear everyone walking past. I would stay again.

There is literally no choice of breakfast. It is for 1 person, 3 people ate it. If breakfast is not a problem, you can come.

There was no heat in the jacuzzi and it was not working. The room was nice enough and met your requests. The breakfast did not come as shown in the pictures. It would be good if you specified your egg preference. There were 3 small boxes of cherry jam for dessert.

The hotel has free parking, which is convenient for self-driving. The room is large and although it is a bit old, it is still clean and tidy. The hotel has complete facilities and it is convenient to eat, drink and have fun around.

Spotless room, exccellent value. Helpful staff Booked last minute but was so pleased with the newly refurbished room , huge room, modern bathroom and a balcony over looking the bay. I parked my Harley outside front of the hotel and the guy who checked us i kept an eye out. Plus breakfast was lovely . Would recommend 100%

We needed a room last minute. The receptionist was a nice person. He tried to speak English and explain to us. The property needs some renovation. We had a big room with 4 twin beds. Rooms need some better cleaning it smelled weird and bathroom was most dirty. It is a budget stay but need to be cleaner than a hostel.
