I did not care about the distance from Izmir town center, because a cab can fix that issue. You cannot substitute the quality of the experience!

Unfortunately, the thermal spa was under maintenance and was closed during our visit. I had an hour-long holistic massage with an Indonesian lady named Budi, which made my stay much more pleasant

Hotel staff called Cisem replied me with a super serious face and tone without even giving any explanation on reason of not servicing or when it’ll actually be available even it was written payment with these apps are accepted

I felt like I’m in a highly bureaucratic, red taped government office. I’d just suggest you remove that thing till you really serve with these payment apps or at least train your staff on how they should reply clients

Great location near seaside of İzmir. Turkish style breakfast was very good. We ate supper at restaurant a couple nights and the food was great and service excellent.

It's just a few minutes' walk to the Aegean Sea. It's also convenient to buy food nearby. The hotel service is very good. The breakfast fruit is very rich, but sometimes it's not fresh enough

Excellent hotel. The food and drink selection in the club lounge is better than breakfast. It's just a shame the ducted air conditioner's shutters can't be adjusted, so it blows directly onto the bed.

A very lovely experience. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast had so many varieties The hotel located in the heart of the city and the ferry terminal is just 5 mins away.

No free parking, only valet parking is possible which costs 9 € per day.

I paid almost 200 euros for 1 room, so I expected a nice room, but I did not get this and the smell coming from outside is cat food smells very bad. They had put me on a low floor, unfortunately not a high one

The location of the hotel was right where I wanted to be. It's about 25 minutes from the airport. Everything was good but some of the staff don't speak English well, so there were some miscommunication

Hi everyone! My family and I stayed here for an overnight layover. We had an early check-in and were given a room at 11 AM without an extra charge. There's a mall and shops nearby.

The spa was great, the pool not as great as the sauna. The breakfast was really good! The staff was very nice and helpful. Do not stay in the rooms next to the lift as the noise levels from other guests is disturbing.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. The location is great and the rooms are spacious, making for a comfortable stay

Me and my daughter we stayed from 17th till 23th of november. my daughter got sick for two days badly. staff in reception was very helpful and friendly to find emergency department and help us to get there

All I can say everything was absolutely brilliant and I m thankful this lovely people for all help. its not easy when you travel with child and child gets sick. absolutely recommended this hotel

The location was good, not too far from the main attractions. 45m deep and not particularly large; it was only suitable for a quick dip. As per hotel policy, guests are required to purchase a swimming cap for 150 TL
