A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

Great 5 star hotel with spacious rooms. Spa service used by my spouse was excellent. The breakfast buffet was pretty impressive. A bit further from the Town but the area itself can get lively at night. I did not care about the distance from Izmir town center, because a cab can fix that issue. You cannot substitute the quality of the experience!

The location of the hotel is great. There is a seaside park at the doorstep, and there are warships that you can buy tickets to visit. This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view. The food is excellent in all of its restaurants.

The room we stayed in had a problem with water leaking from the shower into the bathroom. Instead of giving us a different room, they tried to fix the shower. The location and facilities are great.

Location is good, but the air outside is very much polluted, staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Steam room swimming pool and spa was good however they need to work on ventilation in the basement where the spa is located. There are no USB ports at the room.

After a rather stressful journey, Çağlar and Ayberg from reception did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We give you 100 points. When choosing a room, you do everything right if you opt for the sea view. The view is very nice.

Front office staff is very helpful. The restaurant staff is very polite and the meals are high class. Rooms are quite nice, a bit old but clean and comfortable. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Unfortunately, the average city hotel is no longer as meticulous as it was a few years ago.

We stayed for a 1-day trip, we did not have any parking problems. There was no noise at night, the bed and room were comfortable. The staff were friendly.
