The hotel I initially stayed at offered only around 4 Mbps, and the connection was frustratingly unstable. Another nice stay at this hotel. It is not the cheapest but provides a good service and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The showers are particularly nice and powerful. Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

Ege Palas was a great place to stay, it really made a difference in my visit to Izmir, especially Meriç, a receptionist, who was really kind and helpful, and spoke a bit of español! Onburo was also very helpful. The hotel is located in a very well connected, safe and beautiful area, almost in front of the sea. I recommend you consider it if you're visiting Izmir.

There was no minibar when it was advertised to have one. We asked to have one but they never brought it so no cold drinks. Also need some English speaking channels on TV. The rule stating no outside food or drink in your room is ridiculous

Hi everyone! My family and I stayed here for an overnight layover. We had an early check-in and were given a room at 11 AM without an extra charge. There's a mall and shops nearby.

The spa was great, the pool not as great as the sauna. The breakfast was really good! The staff was very nice and helpful. Do not stay in the rooms next to the lift as the noise levels from other guests is disturbing.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the breakfast. Unfortunately, the quality of the juices was not up to the mark, as they tasted old and had an unpleasant aftertaste. Additionally, there was a lack of variety in the breakfast offerings, which is unexpected for a 4-star hotel. I hope you will consider these points for improvement.

The area around the hotel is a wasteland. Parking is inconvenient. There's no indoor parking, and the street is blocked. The reception staff is unfriendly. I caught 15 flies in my room (based on the first floor). This is a hotel I wouldn't return to.

My experience was generally good here. While the place is a little worn out, they have gone through periods of remodeling that have beautified and modernized. Lots of good channels on the television.
