The hotel was quite old and not really worth the price. However, it was very clean, and the staff worked with passion and a positive attitude. In particular, Gülcan Hanım was very kind in the morning and asked if we needed anything before we left.

The location of the hotel was right where I wanted to be. It's about 25 minutes from the airport. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was good but some of the staff don't speak English well, so there were some miscommunication. But I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Izmir.

The location is somewhat noisy and set in an industrial area; however, it does offer easy access to nearby cafés and is only a short walk from the port. Room are clean and well furnished, just a bit on the small end. But the staff is very helpful and friendly AND the location is great. 4 minutes walk to the tram and Izban for public transportation. Direct transportation from the airport and 10 minutes walk to the waterfront, shopping, nightlife, restaurants etc. We will definitely stay here on our İzmir trips in the future. Due to a lack of communication we waited 1.30 hours to be picked up. Nobody told us there is a second exit from the ruins. It was my accommodation in Izmir. The price-performance ratio is very good... The location is very good. There is a police station right next to it and it is safe... There is no parking problem after 19:00. You can park in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The location is good, there are delicious food nearby, and the price/performance ratio is high. It is old, the facilities are average, the carpet is very dirty, visible to the naked eye, and the pillow is very collapsed. I had neck and shoulder pain for the next few days. We used this as a cheap overnight stay near the airport having arrived past midnight into Izmir. Very functional for that purpose. Had a family room. It's spacious. AC works. I stayed in Hotel Balca during my visit to Izmir. The room had everything that I needed, making my stay very comfortable. The place was nice, clean, and quiet, nestled among cafes, bars, and great restaurants. I would like to thank the whole staff for being extremely attentive.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, always smiling and happy to chat with guests. The hotel is very centrally located and in the heart of the action. It can be noisy at night (especially on weekends), and you can hear other guests walking in the hallway or closing doors, or even guests in upstairs rooms talking in the bathroom. There's a parking garage nearby, a 7-minute walk away.

Very accommodating doors are loud and traffic so as long as your a light sleeper you’ll be ok I wouldn’t pay for the breakfast it was terrible and they wouldn’t refund me for that for the duration of my stay but other than that clean decent for price

The hotel is located in the city center, and parking is inconvenient. Valet parking is available at the front desk, and overnight parking costs 250 TL. Parking outside during the day will result in a ticket (don't ask me how I know). This wasn't clearly stated in the description, otherwise I wouldn't have chosen this hotel. The location is in the center close to the beach, room service and reception is very good but the hotel is actually two stars, it doesn’t deserve 4 star. The bathroom is old rusty and the showers has mold even with hard working cleaning ladies the place will still need remodeling.
