Hotel Carina in Kusadasi

Disappointing
Besutiful views but bat service. Music was so loud it was thumping through the walls till 1.30am. My complaint was ignored. Pool was filthy and the floor was covered in dirt. We paid for breakfast and were told its not included.

Zero stars when checking in no mention of music being played loudly apparently up to 1am, it’s 23.05 now, extremely loud music, phoned reception will not return my 4000 Turkish lira, so I can check to another hotel, no manager available until the morning, what a rip off, recommend not to stay here, they have not been honest, they even took my money when we checked in.

Came here all the the way from South Africa to have peaceful one night gateway. Lovely location amazing view but I am Very disappointed 😞 it is 00.09 still very loud music which you can not sleep. Why don't you state on your website that states it is an entrainment kind of hotel? Charging high price and not allowing guests have a peaceful time 😌 staff also needs professional training.

I'm giving Carina Hotel 1 star due to a recent theft incident during my stay. Despite promptly reporting missing belongings and emailing the hotel, I have yet to receive any response in 10 days. While I understand I won't recover the stolen belongings worth over 500€, the lack of communication indicates they do not take thefts seriously, possibly even from their own cleaning personnel. Until they improve their response to such incidents, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the hotel was generally clean, and the pool area was enjoyable. However, the breakfast offered was poor, and the drinks at the buffet were ridiculous. The highlight of the hotel is its scenic view and convenient location, approximately a 10 minute walk from the center of Kusadasi. Do note that reaching the hotel involves a steep uphill walk.
Moreover, there is a bar restaurant on site that plays loud music until late at night. While this may be enjoyable for young guests like myself and my friends, it may not be suitable for families with young children or those seeking a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

Disappointing hotel experience. The hotel is run-down, old, and its glory days are long gone. The room was not clean, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The pillows had what appeared to be bloodstains or some other dark spots, though the pillowcases were relatively clean. There seemed to be mold on the mattress as well.

The staff appeared unprofessional, more like vendors from the local bazaar than hotel employees, and didn’t seem suited for the hospitality industry. We never felt completely safe during our stay, although in the end, there was no real danger.

The worst part of our experience was that the staff didn’t seem to care about the hotel itself; their focus was on the “restaurant” or “Meyhane” (as it’s called in Turkish). From 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM, they played loud, blaring music, turning the hotel into a disco rather than a peaceful place to stay.

The music was so loud and the partying so intense that sleeping was impossible, and it all took place right outside our balcony.

After the first night, I requested a different room. They moved me without any issue, but since the hotel is so small, the change only made a slight difference.

The hotel is located past the old castle on top of a hill, making it difficult to walk up and down. There is a small bus (dolmuş) number 5, which costs only 20 lira per person, but the hotel is far from the city center with only a small kiosk nearby.

The one positive aspect of this hotel is the great view from the rooms.

Stayed across the Carina hotel. God help the neighborhood.. Excessive loud music till 12.30 am.Not the fault of Altisaray hotel.If you’re a person that goes to bed early don’t book in this area . Wish I would have known prior to booking.

Extremely loud music untill 1 am. I just wonder it's legal in Turkey? In the most countries I can call police. The whole area suffers from you. Shame on you.
