Nice man at the reception,hotel is very run down No hot water for a shower And we got bed bugs bites

Booked here through Love Holidays as the place looked really good in the photos, upon arrival at 2 am we was met by what is known as the security guard, he took us to dirty and filthy room, that had stained sheets on two single beds pushed together with a double mattress on top, there was only one plug socket available to use, we left the hotel for a couple of hours to get food and water, upon return the reception was empty, we went back to the allocated room and put towels over the stained sheets, and went to sleep, the next day we complained about the room and was given another room that was equally dirty, it had a fridge that didnt work, and the inside of the said fridge was absolutely disgusting, part of the shower doors was missing, the lift stopped about an inch before the floor causing a trip hazard, and to top it off we found someone's insulin needle on the floor which proves the place had not been cleaned, again we complained about the shower door, and was told it would be sorted, we asked where breakfast was as not been informed, it was on the 6th floor, the coffee machine was bound together with masking tape, and the hygiene of the place put you off eating, we asked where the pool was only to be told it was closed, we did some snooping and the pool area was been used as a laundry area with sheets and towels hanging all over the place, the pool had about a foot of dirty water in it, that contain crap that had blown into it, we got in touch with Love Holidays, their initial response was there is nothing we can do, so I threatened them with legal action and Trading standards and that I would trash them on all the review sites, they finally saw sense and offered us another hotel in which we agreed to take, then there was no availability at that hotel, so they then offered us another hotel, which we accepted and moved too, I really can't stress enough to anyone DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, IT IS NOT ANYTHING LIKE WHAT THE PICTURES SHOW, IT IS A TOTAL DUMP IT HAS BEEN LEFT TO GO TO RACK AND RUIN, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!

Friends, please note that the hotel (!?) does not have a refrigerator and you have to pay between seventeen and twenty liras for one and a half liters of cold water, and considering the heat of the air, this is a big problem because the water heats up quickly. There is no tea maker and of course there is no news of boiling water or tea. The rooms are not soundproof and you can even hear the sneezes of the next room. The pool is unusable and full of dead insects, leaves, and garbage that I put in the pool. The internet is at the speed of a turtle only in the lobby, and most of the time you don't connect, you protest and say there is a problem. Because the water is heated with a solar water heater, there is no hot water in the early morning. The breakfast has no variety and the hotel is full of old Turkish men and women. The only advantage it has is its proximity to Lady Beach and nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms will not be serviced until you request. There is no mention of a double bed, and two single beds are stuck together, and in the middle of falling, the beds slide and separate, and usually Iranians are not given sea view rooms. Because smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, you will breathe in a halo of smoke, especially in the hall and lobby. The safe box has two keys and there is a front desk, so if you need anything, you should look for the desk. If you arrive half an hour early, the room will not be delivered to you. The service of faucets and wash basins is ours as it was fifty years ago. Decide whether it is worth going or not. Actually, there is no hair dryer, and the TV has been placed for a long time, I think it is 14 inches and placed on the table....

Very bad expirience, hotel rooms are demolished, beds are terible, food has been the same every day with very poor chooise. Moschitos rule thiese place cause dors and windows are old and improvised. I bought new bed sheats and pilow cases cause the provoded ones war dirty. No internet connection in room. Close to the beach but thousend problems with hotel.
