Flora Suites Hotel - All Inclusive in Kusadasi

I had the pleasure of vacationing in Kuşadası and staying at this hotel. All recommendations and the highest rating.

Our stay at this hotel truly exceeded expectations. The food was outstanding – diverse, fresh, and prepared with great care. Every meal offered something new, from traditional specialties to international dishes. The dessert selection and fresh fruit stand out as highlights that completed every dining experience.

The service was impeccable. The staff was always smiling, professional, and ready to help. Everything ran smoothly – from the reception and waiters to housekeeping. Their kindness and attention made our stay pleasant and stress-free.

The animators were simply amazing – energetic, charismatic, and creative. They managed to create a fantastic atmosphere at all times, both for adults and children. The daily activities were fun and engaging, while the evening shows were entertaining and of great quality. Their dedication and positive energy left a lasting impression.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect vacation filled with delicious food, excellent service, and unforgettable entertainment.
The animator Hasibe does her job really great, no matter if young or old , she always makes good mood.
The bartender Batuhan is a person of the heart, his always laughing and is always there for jokes and give you immedieately a smile as soon you see him.
The two do their job amazing.

First of all, I would like to emphasize the kindness of the staff and their communication skills, wonderful people who are always there for you in any situation and who do their job very responsibly. I especially have to mention the people at the reception who are the best for me, charismatic, communicative, always helpful, and their smile is beautiful. As for the hotel, let's first mention the food, the food is really excellent, not strong and is adapted to everyone's taste for food. There are two pools, the first one is nicely done, big enough for some water sports and cooling off due to hot days, surrounded by loungers, tables and chairs for those who don't swim but like to enjoy themselves by the pool. As for the second pool, it has two slides which are great. The hotel offers a few more interesting parts that you can see in the pictures and I can tell you that each part is a story in itself and an opportunity for children to relax and play.
The rooms are also good, if the room you get at the hotel entrance does not suit you, they have a handyman and you can change it. There are a lot of Serbian guests so you will not lack company of any age and that will make your vacation even more beautiful. Even if you do not find company, the staff will fill that void in you with their charisma, friendliness, and communication skills. In the evenings, the hotel has a lot of programs, magicians come, attractions for children in particular, I can tell you that even older people are sometimes intrigued by the evening program because they adapt it to all ages. The hotel is in a good location and you can get to any destination by public transport, I can only tell you that the city of Kusadasi is really worth seeing, and there are also a lot of mini excursions that will make your vacation more interesting, as for the beach, you will surely find some information on the internet.

There is nothing wrong with this Hotel ! , the problem isn't the Hotel , it's the people's expectations! This is a 3 star budget Hotel so do not go there expecting 5 star service or facilities ! If you go to Wetherspoons or McDonald's you would not expect Al la carte food so why go to a 3 star hotel and expect 5 star ! We had a great time and found the cleanliness good , the cleaning was great and the staff friendly, Yes there are things that could be improved as like probably every other Hotel in the world but if you are looking for a budget holiday and want to relax then you will not be disappointed. If you want 5 star then go pay 5 star prices and don't go to a 3 star and moan it's not 5 star ! You get what you pay for and fir what you pay here there is nothing wrong with the place !
