Consists of one 9-storey building Main Building (90% rooms with partial sea view) and 78 2 - storey buildings Club (sea view).
Total area: 421 000 m2. Algarve Sheraton features a small water Park.

Reviews
Except for the reception staff, most of the employees seemed unhappy and served guests with clear frustration.
Although the hotel is described as a family-friendly establishment, there were large groups of men whose behavior was disturbing to other guests.
The elevator connecting the hotel to the beach was out of order for an entire week.
At the bar, it was nearly impossible to find the cocktails you wanted, and the staff showed a careless attitude.
Seeing cockroaches in the open buffet area was shocking.
In addition, stray animals wandering freely around the dining area negatively affect public health. This is an issue that definitely requires preventive measures.
Worst of all, when we shared our feedback with guest relations, their indifferent and dismissive attitude was the final straw.
We sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to restore customer satisfaction, so that we can consider visiting again in the future.
The hotel itself is uncomfortable: loud parties at night, very poor soundproofing, and little chance for rest.
The buffet “restaurant” is badly organized. Long queues form at the food stations, tables are cleared very slowly, there’s not enough cutlery, and the area often feels dirty. Outside, it’s hard to find a quiet place due to constant noise.
I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to those who value privacy and peace. Service is rude, and the overall experience does not match the money paid.
The rooms are old, cleaning was inconsistent (trash was sometimes not removed), and even basic things like pens and notepads are not provided.
P.s. There’s no physical guest book at reception, only an electronic one.
So why did I give it only 3 stars? Because it’s not about great room service, perfect cleanliness, quality of housekeeping, or top-level service. The hotel is old and needs renovation. Some of the staff, brought from Russia, should really be replaced, while the Turkish staff are always smiling and attentive.
In short, I really liked this hotel. With the positive features I mentioned, it could be turned into a much higher-level, outstanding hotel.
It was one of the best vacations for our family.
Good luck to them, and I would be happy to visit this place again, hoping they improve their services.

The food was plentiful and tasty, and there was always something available to eat at any time of the day. We never noticed any excessive waiting in line.
