I'm currently staying at this hotel. It's a great 4+ hotel, with large rooms and a beautiful, atmospheric grounds. There's daytime entertainment by the pool, and in the evenings there are also entertainment programs and live music. The view from the room is stunning, and it's cleaned daily. The beach is nice, with plenty of space for everyone. The food is ok.

A great hotel for the price. The view from the window is simply unreal!!! There's food, but not much choice. The rooms are clean and cozy. The grounds are large and green, and there's a spa. Overall, a good hotel! ❤

I'm extremely disappointed with our recent stay at Blue Sky International in Kusadasi, Turkey. Despite being booked as a 5-star resort, the reality was far from it. The cleanliness was a major issue, with limescale buildup in the bathrooms, no shower gel or hand soap, and moul and rust stains everywhere. The furniture was old and dusty, making it difficult to even walk around.

The food was also a letdown, with the same menu (chicken and chips) for 5 days straight. The entertainment was virtually non-existent, despite the resort's claims of offering a range of activities for both kids and adults.

What was even more astonishing was the lack of English speakers at the resort. With over 3000 rooms, we were shocked to find that only 4 members of staff spoke English. This made it incredibly difficult to get any issues resolved or even basic questions answered.

Given the resort's rating and description, we were expecting a lot more. The lack of attention to detail and basic amenities was shocking. Unless significant changes are made, I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

It's disappointing that we had to experience such a poor level of service and amenities, especially considering the price and promises made.

Very Disappointing Experience – We Left After One Night

We booked this hotel expecting a 5-star, all-inclusive experience, but what we received was the complete opposite. This was one of the worst hotel stays we have ever encountered, and we ended up leaving after just one night.

Room Condition – Absolutely Unacceptable
• The room was not cleaned after previous guests.
• We found food leftovers in the fridge, dust, trash, and even glass pieces on the floor.
• The bathroom had yellow mold stains, and the shower barely worked.
• The balcony and furniture were old and in terrible condition.
• We didn’t even receive the correct room type we booked a double bed and were given two singles.

Poor Hygiene Across the Hotel
• The dining area was extremely dirty, with unclean dishes and uncovered food.
• The food quality was so bad that we didn’t feel safe eating it.
• The bar and pool area were also dirty, and although the hotel is “all-inclusive,” we were still asked to pay extra for cocktails.

Unprofessional Staff
• The receptionist could not answer basic questions and showed no interest in helping us.
• When we asked to change rooms or speak to a manager, we were told to “wait until tomorrow.”
• There was also a strong smell of weed throughout the hotel, coming from both guests and staff, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

We Had No Choice but to Leave

After a sleepless night and seeing the breakfast served in dirty dishes, we realized we couldn’t spend another day here. We checked out the next morning and booked another hotel at our own expense.

This hotel does not match the photos or descriptions online. It fails to meet even basic hygiene, comfort, or service standards, let alone those of a 5-star hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously.

The location in Kuşadası is definitely the highlight — the sea view is incredible and the private beach area is a big plus. The staff were generally helpful and the atmosphere around the pool and beach was relaxing. However, the rooms are a bit outdated and the cleaning could be better. The food was okay but got repetitive after a few days. Despite the flaws, I still enjoyed my stay thanks to the views and the overall vibe.

***Pre-warning, I promise I'm not a Karen but this is diabolical, do not waste your money*** I'm not quite sure what sort of squaller the other reviewers must live in to remotely describe this place as "clean". I have never ever ever been to a hotel and asked to change rooms (I was cabin crew so I am more than well travelled) and quite frankly, I'm even happy at a Butlins or Haven but this was quite honestly the dirtiest hotel I've ever stepped foot in. The photos look like were taken at least 20 years ago or FaceTuned because everything is dirty, stained, broken or needs repainting. When we arrived we had to move rooms 3 times, there were balls of human hair in one, dirty bedding left over from previous guests in another and dirt everywhere. I could have cried, especially when I'd been describing the "Turkish service" to people before I came and saying how last time it was the most outstanding service and hotel ever in Antalya. Quite honestly I'm sure a 2 star in Aiya napa or Tenerife would have surpassed this. The food is something I will struggle to even discuss, made me sick for days and spent half the holiday sleeping all day, all the food is served COLD, people were literally in full Usain Bolt sprint to get anything that was even remotely edible. It was mostly cold chips, rock hard bread and uncooked meat I wouldn't even feed my cats. Even to get the inedible food you were expected to stand in a que for 30 minutes, felt like we were waiting for a homeless food bank. The only decent thing going for the hotel is the entertainment team, they at least help you make an escape out the building for a few hours in the evening, if you go to a local club. I also have to mention the worlds rudest man who works in the pool bar, I'm honestly not sure if he applied for a job in a hotel not understanding you'd have to see other humans but his inability to comprehend manners was diabolical. He was making burgers and piling them into a big tin when cooked, then giving you stone cold ones when you asked for some. My friend asked for some hot onion rings and you would have thought she'd asked for an organ with his response, eyes rolled up, big sigh and even a tut. If I hadn't been staying another week I'd have probably turned him into a burger. During the holiday the room was either not cleaned or cleaned to a standard of a 8 year old that's doing a 10 minute job for pocket money. The floor, after being cleaned, was still black with dirt and I ended up using my own makeup wipes to clean some of the areas because I was that repulsed. I'm also fully aware that being abroad you get bugs and etc but on a day that there was rain we ended up with hundreds of flying ants and a few cockroaches on our balcony, bear in mind we were on the 6th floor it wasn't something I expected. I did nearly had a heart attack because I've never seen one in any of the hotels I've visited before, anywhere in the world but then again I do appreciate being abroad comes with d

The cleanliness of the room, something disgusting. The floor by the bed was dirty, the faucet extremely filthy, the glass by the bathtub dirty, generally all stainless steel materials uncleaned. We went to the reception, where they offered us a room change (which looked the same) or cleaning. After returning to the room, everything looked the same, dirty.
The food in the resort I rated as okay for the first 3 days, but then everything tastes the same.
We were there later in the season, but the water in the pools was terribly cold, even in the small kids’ one.
By the water with fountains that don’t work, it smells quite bad.
There wasn’t a single ice cream in the whole resort.

Grand Blue Sky Hotel in Kuşadası is truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious with a magnificent view of the sea and the hotel’s beautiful garden. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job, and any request we made was fulfilled within ten minutes by the reception. The pools are exceptionally clean and regularly maintained. The food in the restaurants is diverse and delicious, and although not as extensive as in some higher-category hotels, everything offered is absolutely tasty. The staff is dedicated and very helpful. The garden is stunning, filled with vibrant flowers and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, and it’s definitely worth the money.

DO NOT GO!! Place is absolutely filthy, i tried finding another hotel but everywhere around was fully booked. We were 1st given room 3311 which was an end room. We went in and AirCon wasnt working, neither was wifi. I went into the toilet and it was crawling with Ants all along the bath. Disgusting!! Reception reply was we can clean it for you. Ehm no thanks i want a clean room please. Food: It was repetitive! All hot food was luke warm & served outside. We ended up eating out in restuarants on ladies beach as my children didnt want to eat the same luke warm pasta, turkey, chips & onion rings. As lunch at the snack bar was Burgers, Chips & Onion Rings‍♀️ it had other food to catered for other nationalities but we would not be into that type of food Pool: Swimming pool area was filthy, flies everywhere, the pool bar the staff were Rude with no smiles on their faces. This is in NO WAY an ultra all inclusive, when i booked the al a cart italian we were told to choose off the menu there & then 5 days b4 our reservation. We didnt bother even going. This hotel needs a major revamp! I will not be returning or will i be recommending it atall. Management really need to take a look at hotel issues & staffing to make it a good hotel.

Please do not stay here. We were lucky that we only booked 3 nights. It was 3 nights to many. This is a big hotel that can't cope with so many guests. The public areas are so dirty and snack food and rubbish left out on poolside tables all day attracting more flies. The restaurant food is not covered so the food is covered in flies. When I went to wave a fly off some salad at least 6 flew out just one bowl this aas every nightin the restaurant . As well as on all the food they are all over the tables and chairs and sit on your glass or cups. I mentioned to a staff member who had the ordacity to say ' when it's hot outside they come inside!' Food was always cold. We booked the Al a carte for our anniversary thinking great we'll get served and HOT food, we were wrong. We had to send back 2 of the courses as they were cold. You could stick your finger in it and explain 'cold cold' and they would laugh and not understand. It was the same at lunchtime when we used the beach area. Every piece of furniture in the hotel must be at least 10 years old. The bathrooms are disgusting and so worn out. The pool area is one big disco with the animation team treating it like they are some big superstar DJ, music absolutely blaring to dangerous levels if you were trying to get in and out the pool where the speaker is. Men at the pool bar in the water smoking. People sitting on the edge of the pool with plates of chips feeding their kids that were in the pool. No cleaning of tables or rubbish round the pool walking round was like a skating rink so wet. No staff to be seen anywhere. Sunbeds are reserved from 7. 30am and no-one on them all day. All the reviews on here seem to be about how brilliant the animation team are and nothing else. Seems like they've been asked to make them sound good. The ONE and only good thing was the view from our balcony. But we didn't pay for just a view.
