Rooms are clean, towels are included, hot water is always available, fridge and air conditioner is perfectly working. I would recommend you to stay in this place as long as you can. City center is nearby, beaches also

I would definitely recommend staying here, the hotel staff are very helpful and attentive. The breakfast served was of high quality and simple, the overall atmosphere was very quiet and calm

Hotel and service is quite wonderful. Lady manager is pretty kind and will do you any favor. While staying in the hotel I haven't had any objections about rooms and its quality

The rooms were old, but the location was good, and especially the staff working around the pool area were very good. I enjoyed it.

Large group(s) of Danish guests and literally took over the whole bar and pool area. So much so we had to pay for taxis to star beach and use the sunbeds there every day

2 star so wasn't expecting an awful lot. The hotel was basic but clean. Room cleaned and towels changed every other day. We were on 6th floor and view to back of hotel

The place is very good and clean the staff is amazing l stayed for 5 weeks and three days and I was treated like a princess. Just choose golden moon apart otel

Had to go out to eat grubby and sweaty from beach all day and return late to be told power didn't come back on til around 11pm! The hill down to the centrum was steep but OK going down but we didn't venture back up again, used taxi instead

The service in the restaurant was exceptional, really high quality service at both lunch and dinner which is to be commended - and the food was great too! We went for a suite and, whilst very comfortable, could have done with a refresh but had everything we needed

The hotel is set out of Kusadasi so is much quieter and peaceful, but an easy walk (15/20 mins) to local shops and restaurants either in Kusadasi or Ladies Beach along a good route (nice wide pavements)

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the room was large and it had balcony with great sea views, although the bathroom could do with freshening up a bit. The hotel also as spa and an infinity pool

We had a fabulous experience at La Vista

All the rooms have an incredible sea view over a secluded bay and are west facing making for exceptional sunset pictures! There is a very clean pool and a nice bar / restaurant area also well-positioned to take in the views

My only negative observation was, the amount of towels placed on sunbeds at the beginning of each day. And it wasn't just the Germans

The pool bar was a highlight — perfect for enjoying a drink while cooling off. The food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the overall value for money was excellent

Spacious neat apartment with sea view 2 min walk from Ladies Beach, shops very close by. Great value! There is plenty of street parking close to the apartment.

Really, the service is 10/10 for the price paid, everything is perfect, no problems at all 😇 Get your breakfast, go to the terrace, the open buffet breakfast, the view is already superb, the atmosphere is beautiful, absolutely the best choice

The hotel facilities were very clean and the check-in was smooth. We were also able to arrange transportation for pick-up and drop-off. The sunrise seen from the hotel was very beautiful!

The view from the room was great, and the handsome guy at the front desk was polite. The two double-bed rooms are large, but the breakfast is relatively average and has few varieties

The sea view room we booked has a great view. We can see the spectacular sunset and the quiet moonset in the early morning. The balcony is huge with comfortable lounge chairs

And a little cafe at the roof terrace for some drinks. We haven't had food there, only some drinks while chilling at the pool. And also comparing to other hotels around it gives you the value for the money

The hotel has a nice and decent swimming pool on the roof top with sunbeds. Local restaurants are open until late and local travel companies can pick you up from this hotel for actives you wish to do

I would recommend to anyone to come here and stay. The rooftop is marvelous, the swimming pool saved my life as I was unable to move around, so my child could play for hours

Good location to shops and the beach. Owners cannot do enough for you. Even included us in their private party. Rooms are well portioned, cleaners are second to none. One of the best holidays I’ve experienced

Location was the top! Very close to the lady's beach, like three minutes walking. And also restaurants, bakery stores and shops. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed

There is a lovely pool,( though personally i prefer the beach and took the dolmush to star beach. )and a pool bar and restaurant. The apts are basic, but spacious and spotless

Rooms were cleaned daily by great ladies,again fresh towels and sheets as required. Food at the bar was good standard and reasonably priced

And why do people go back? Quite simple, you feel welcome and like a friend 🧡 Mahmut, Alp and Kağan and there to ensure you have a great stay and do their best to ensure this happens

Everyone is so friendly and honestly when I say they go the extra mile for the guests I mean they really do. The apt are basic but spotless, the cleaning team are just lovely and every day leave your place spotless

The place is well situated to a supermaket and bus station, the resort is about a 12 mins walk,but if you dont feel like the walk the guys will call you a taxi. The apt is spotless thanks to a great cleaning team

It has been in the owner’s family for 36 years, and you immediately feel at home there. I enjoyed swimming in the small pool as well. The rooms are basic and have air conditioning and refrigerators

The owner behaved just like a brother to me since I asked him many favors and every time he helped with an open arms and kindnesses. The rooms are clean and well-kept and garden is serene and tranquil

There are 10 units in two buildings. My well-lit upper floor unit had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and entrance, and included a spacious living room with a large wardrobe, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom

(The Turkish breakfast is sensational) Just 100 metres from the sandy Ladies Beach and even closer to 2 dolmus routes for getting into Kusadasi. You really can trust the 3 brothers with your life

The accommodation is neat and always clean, the swimming pool is a big plus for anyone staying there. Breakfast was large and well prepared. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to any couple or family

The pool area is very nice with a comfortable lounge area. The place looks pretty and idyllic with a lot of flowers everywhe. It's in a quiet street and the beach is only a couple of minutes walking distance

The dinners that I had there (chicken filet with greens; fish and chips) were well prepared and delicious. There is a bar area near the pool, and alcoholic and other beverages are reasonably priced

Stayed here a few times, cheaper than many others in Kusadasi. Very well run apartments, the owners & staff are amazing. Decent size pool & sunbeds always available

There was free air conditioning, free room safe, and free WiFi all over including in the apartment which isn't always the case with other hotels

The pool and outdoor bar area are wonderful places to spend the day and have a drink. Apartments are spotless and comfortable. Same faces / nationalities every year, mostly Irish, Scottish and some English

The pool and gardens were lovely, food in the restaurant was very nice and good value, and the staff were fantastic very friendly and attentive. Only 5 minutes by taxi to the centre

The pool and surrounding areas are lovely and lots of sunbathing areas and nice shaded areas in the garden if that's what u prefer

The garden and pool area is perfect, really a great spot to relax. Getting into town is easy, 2 minute walk and you are in the heart of Kusadasi. Mr Sezgin went above and beyond for us, and a special mention to Aydin

Basic facilities but just what I needed! Very walkable to the old town but outside enough to not be noisy at night. Pool was nice and well kept, breakfast was good and friendly staff

The only down side for us, we had a rental car, Google maps sent us down “streets” that were more like walkways. We found the hotel after about an hour of driving around the narrow streets

Small pool at the back of the hotel, and lovelly breakfast area. It was a plated typical Turkish cold breakfast, good selection, although alot of waste because there were many things I don't eat

As I am particular to cleanliness this is one of the cleanest hotel's i have stayed in ever, I can not fault it. *Bedsheets and towels changed and replaced daily and toilet roll

* Very cheap family friendly hotel, also caters for couples, groups of friends, solo travellers too. * Hotel is basic but very clean well organised and great host's, they are professional at what they do

*Rooms come with double bed/twin x2 single beds with plenty furniture to store belongings, drawers, bedside table and chair. Radio and phone in every room if need wake up call or any requests from room

You can enjoy breakfast on the shaded terrace in front of the hotel. It is not a suitable hotel if you want to lie by the pool all day. It is nice for a cooling dip, but the pool is not really big

Hotel in the center of Kusadasi. Ideally located to explore Kusadasi. Erkan, the manager, is a very nice, hospitable man who likes to take his guests with him

It is not a 5 star hotel, so don't expect too much from it. However, it is pleasant and cozy. For us a reason to come again!

Cozy and focused on Dutch people Cozy hotel in the center of Kusadasi. I've been in a holiday accommodation with Dutch people before, but this has something special. We all know the expression: "You make fun yourself"

We stayed for 2 days with my wife and small child. It was very nice in terms of location and cleanliness. We were going to the sea in 10 minutes by car to the Ladies Beach

First of all, the location of the hotel is very central, you can easily reach everywhere on foot. My first visit to Kusadasi, I was very satisfied with the hotel. Thanks to the staff, they fulfilled everything I asked

The rooms have been renovated, but we encountered some issues, such as water leaking from the air conditioner onto the terrace and the fact that the only power outlet was in the bathroom, so we had to take turns charging our phones

Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom. For the price, it's a decent option, but I would recommend addressing these issues

Food the norm, but it is necessary to come to the forefront, otherwise the meat will not get. With sunbeds on the beach problem, it is necessary to take early in the morning. The price matches the quality

Quite good hotel, unfortunately the personnel is not english speaking. Cleaning in the rooms is very poor. The shore is sandy but dirty.
