Small economical hotel, one of the first hotels of this region. Situated on a mountain, so there are many stairs, sloping corridors and terraces.

Location: 75 km from the airport Izmir, in 3 km from the centre of Kusadasi, on the coast. To the ancient city of Ephesus is 18 km away.
Consists of two 5-storey buildings 4 three-storey and two 3-storey buildings (70% of rooms with sea view or pool).
Total area: 28 000 m2.
The hotel has 310 rooms.
Beach: own sandy beach, pontoon, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach promenade. The length of the beach 200 m.
Food. The hotel works on system "all inclusive"
The program consists of Breakfast (07:30-10:00), the latest Breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:30-21:30), served in the main restaurant. Snacks such as hamburgers, cheeseburgers, sandwiches and chips is available in the cafeteria of the pool between 11:00 and 18:00 and the beach bar Santi. Clients are offered a pizza and spaghetti from 11:00-17:00 at Santi. After lunch-time tea and coffee with cakes and biscuits from 17:00-18:00 at the bar terrace. Midnight soup is offered from 24:00-01:00. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like wine, beer, cocktails, cancer, beverages, Turkish coffee, tea and mineral water offered in the lobby bar, cafeteria, beach bar, Santi bar and terrace. There is also a disco (23:00-00:00, free entrance) and the beach bar (11:00-18:00). Each room has a mini bar which is replenished each day two large bottles of water.
