Stayed here for 16 nights. The rooms were clean and tidy. The food was limited but was nice. The staff were fantastic. The entertainment team really made the children's days. We used the spa and it was fantastic.

We have just returned from our 3rd year at Piccolo Dream and every year it just gets better. Love this hotel been coming 11 years. Never come in September, the ambience has been ruined two years in a row on the beach. I had the best time at Maris beaches hotel. Location is great, I had a sea view room and it was such delight to wake up to the view. Room was spotless newly done. This hotel has amazing workers . The cleaners we're lovely and cleaned well. The breakfast was basic but the main meals in the restaurant were very good and a good price. Beach was lovely. It was close enough to the town without being too close. Just 10 minutes taxi ride into the town. The food was average at best. Same food on offer each day. It wasn’t fresh. Air con in our room didn’t work and the staff didn’t know how to fix it. Won’t return to this hotel which is a shame as it has so much potential.

We have visiter this hotel many times, and we had planned to visit this Elegance hotel and Marmaris again 27th June, but because of COVID-19 situation, our trip were cancelled, we are sure that the hotel and reception and personal is doing, what is needed to make our visit safe. We had some issues with our first room at the beginning of our stay, but fortunately we were able to change rooms without any problems.
