Begonville Hotel in Marmaris

The hotel is exceptionally dirty in the common areas and pool area. There are unpleasant odors in the restaurant and surrounding area. The rooms are clean and average. The service is often unfriendly. The pool bar staff deserves praise. Emre and his friend at the bar were very friendly. The food was very boring and tasteless. The hotel lacks any kind of elevator. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

UNCOOKED BURGERS - FOOD POISONING RISK- Two of us had a burger each at the out door restaurant of this hotel.
The burgers turned up uncooked inside and blood running out when we cut the burger to have a bite. We asked waiter to take it back and he did and apologised, asked us if want another one, or anything else. We did not order anything else as the burgers put us off from eating. We paid the drinks and left.
The prices were ridiculously expensive. I would not recommend this place to eat for anyone, as there's a risk of food poisoning. There are much better restaurants nearby with better quality of food at less price.

The worst place ever. There are so many better places to go. Highly avoid! I have been Turkey so many times and never experienced such bad service. Firstly when we arrived we were only given 1 key between 3 friends and when asked for another key so we could come and go as we please separately we were told it would be an additional €10 per key. We then asked for towels which were priced at £1 per day each. During our stay they do not provide fresh towels and bed sheets in the room until 3 days into your stay and even then you don’t know if they were done … I expect not as there were stains on the sheets. Each day they came they would fold up the towels and put away.. even ones we had put on the floor in the bathroom for drying our feet, so you had no idea which towel was dirty and which one to use for your body. The aircon is locked between a metal box and can only be turned on or off. The minibar provides 3 waters upon arrival and is not restocked at all throughout the stay. Let’s not even talk about the food. Only 2 different options each meal time which was not appetising. We came to find out that a few weeks before numerous ambulance were called due to food poisoning. The drinks are also extremely warm. On our leaving day we asked for help with our luggage as we were on the third floor with no lift for the staff to be extremely rude and say the bags are too heavy. As soon as we checked out they cut off our wristbands and said no more food and drinks as we have checked out even though our flight was not until 10:55pm. I would never stay here again ever! I have never had this experience at any all inclusive holiday. You are better off going across the road to family restaurant which is a bed and breakfast and serves amazing English food.
