The hotel deserves a 3-star rating at most. The towels are old and yellowed, there are stains on the walls in the room from drinks and other things, there are no toothbrushes/paste, shampoo, or body lotion, the buffet is very meager, and the hotel is mostly staffed by Chinese people, apparently just passing through on bus tours. Overall, there's not even a hint of a 4-star hotel here.

I had such an amazing time at the Ada Julian hotel. We stayed for a week, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff are all so so friendly, and polite. We had a brilliant time at Sea Star. The hotel and our room were spotless which is a big thing for me personally. The location was the selling point for us and did not disappoint, we were right on the beach and the hotel has its own jetty which was great. Not very classy but clean, good staff, average food, comfortable bed and very good access to the beach and city centre. Another good thing about this place>>> not crowded and noisy so you don't need to worry about reserving sunbeds. I will come back here next time for sure.

A wonderful relaxing holiday. No late night disco or loud music, just excellent food and amazing staff. Hotel is fully wheelchair accessible but my room did have a bath. The spa is a must and very reasonably priced. I am coming back next year.

Stayed at Prestige Hotel and had such a lovely spa experience. The setting was beautiful and relaxing, and we felt really welcomed as soon as we arrived. My massage was done by one of the ladies and she was so good honestly it was really calming and professional. My partner had his with Ozzy and said it was just as amazing. We both came out feeling so relaxed. Definitely recommend !!

Good Hotel and Staff. Reading the recent reviews we had reservations however as soon as we arrived we felt the negative reviews were not reflective of the hotel. Hotel was clean, Food catered for all good tastes and importantly kids found something at every meal. Other reviews mention broken glass, this does happen but I do not feel this is at fault of the hotel, staff are collecting empty glasses...
