Marti la Perla - Adult Only+16 in Marmaris

A great stay in Marti La Perla: Great ambience, amenities, hospitality and food!. I had attended a conference in Icmeler and had the pleasure of staying in Marti La Perla. The staff was very hospitable and the ambience and amenities were really coducive for a relaxed stay. A lovely swimmimng pool, a small but good gym, the rooms were a bit small but overall good, clean and good view from the balcony. The cuisine had a lot of variety and drinks on the house really helped to unwind. The massage and spa experience was very good! It was a very happening place with music or bands entertaining esp on weekends! Only thing was it getting noisy in the weekends and the noise filtered to the rooms so sleep was not peaceful. Otherwise it was a great experience! And a very enjoyable stay.

I stayed at this hotel in August for a week with my granddaughter and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I went home and told my husband so we’re here now at the end of a 10 day stay. I have to say that we’ve enjoyed it just as much. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful…nothing is too much trouble. I have to add that the pool, on my second visit (October), was rather cold so no swimming this time. Having said that, they do have sun beds on a stretch of the beach and I was informed by other guests that the sea was somewhat warmer. There have been complaints from some people regarding the food. I must say that we haven’t had a problem at all. If you take the time to explore the dishes on offer we think that there is something there for every taste. Don’t forget that you are in Turkey and need to adjust your tastes accordingly. Plenty of salads and hot food to choose from but you won’t find bacon and sausage on offer (Turkey is predominantly a Muslim country!). If you do like your bacon, sausage and egg breakfast, there are countless very affordable restaurants all over the resort. We will definitely be back next year!

Our second visit to this hotel and it's improved a lot. That said ... You do need to know what you're getting into before hand. Firstly let me start off by saying that the hotel is immaculately clean, a huge step forward from 2024. Location wise... Just about perfect. Right on the beach, right on a nice Icmelar ***** with a lovely canal running past on the front. Lots of local bars within a stones throw (the majestic next door does a full English breakfast for less than £3). The hotel itself has a nice pool, but be warned there is no shallow end. It's all around 1.2m deep which we loved. Be warned you need to get down early if you want to secure a sun bed. This is something we complained about because (and this isn't the hotels fault) people are inconsiderate. People put towels on beds and disappear for most of the day. I have suggested that the hotel remove towels from unused beds. The same can be said with the beach...in both cases get down early (before 9am) to secure a decent spot. If you don't manage to grab a bed there are plenty of seating areas in the sun and shade, and a shaded area with bean bags etc... Drinks wise, despite what you may be told by a travel agent, there is one bar. There are multiple points to grab a coffee... But realistically the pool bar functions as the main one. The bar staff here are great and cocktails are included in the all inclusive. Entertainment wise we enjoyed what was in offer, generally a mix of singers and disco type parties including the occasional white party. It all stops at 12am. As I mentioned there are lots of bars open to get your entertainment fix if the hotel offering doesn't do it for you. Food wise is probably the weakest part of this hotel. There's a small restaurant and we found the offerings to be very repetitive. I have suggested the hotel looks at theme nights. If you're a salad lover then you'll be fine... There is always lots of cold food to choose from, however the hot selection is often lacking. We always found something to eat... But it wasn't great. What does help is that there is a BBQ open during the evening meal which typically has 1 -2 fresh meat options plus pizza. The BBQ area serves as a burger and pizza counter during the day. Personally... We found that during our 9 day stay we tended to eat at the hotel during the day but then had 5 nights where we chose to eat at one of the local bars. For me, Marti tends to be a slightly cheaper stay then some other big AI hotels in the area and the evening meal is the reason why. We factored this in and used the money saved to buy cheap meals elsewhere. If you go in expecting this then you are likely to have a great holiday. There are many bars less than 5.min walk away which offer great deals on high quality food (example I had a tomahawk steak as part of a 4 course meal with a free drink for £20 at the Florida bar two minutes from the hotel, another was offering a chicken based meal feirh drinks for £11, and another w

To start with the hotel was excellent (especially for the value). Immaculately clean, pool, bar and facilities were awesome. The staff were friendly and couldn’t be more helpful (same couldn’t be said for Thomas Cook). The food was good , varied enough and substantial. Don’t expect the Ritz , but for an all inclusive and especially given the location in town it was more than enough for us (including Vegetarian girlfriend). TIP 1: For the evening meal , meat is served outside by the snack bar. Numerous people (including myself) missed this initially so would have been disappointed. Could do with signage but once found was fine. The bar was very good , great for cocktails to be included which I think some people missed. Could do with a few more cocktail menus so people know what’s offer (also no Rum is available , the mojito while nice is a vodka lemonade with some mint and lemon juice). Other facilities such as the gym are excellent TIP2: This is on the top floor , really nice equipment and air con but you’d never find it unless you really look or ask. Final real point is the activities going on. There’s a full programme over the week and the ones we saw looked good , we just had no idea where,when or what was included ! While there’s a small bit of A4 by reception vaguely mentioning Aqua ,Yoga and Pilates there’s no mention of where they are and we never saw them take place. One day there was a very vague “Pool Party” poster with no further details about time or activities so we booked an external excursion. Later that night we saw on social media that there had been a huge party with inflatables ,dancing ,music and giant dressed up characters (My Girlfriend still hasn’t forgiven me for missing Bear in the Big Blue house!) . Had we had any idea we would of course have cancelled our excursion to join the fun! This summarises the hotel pretty well, it’s excellent and there’s so much going on in a brilliant location but you’ve got to be in the know. For the sake of a weekly programme of events,a bit of signage and proactive staff this would go from being a very good to excellent hotel! Thoroughly would recommend !

Just got back from 9 days at Marti La Perla and it did not disappoint! The hotel offers a range of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, beach loungers, gym etc all of which were regularly cleaned by the staff. The staff in general were amazing, all of the staff was attentive and helpful with a special mention to OZZY who was absolutely amazing every day he made us laugh and made our stay even better. The entertainment at the hotel was immaculate with live music and dancers everyday, different fitness activities in the daytime and an on site dj. During our stay there was 3 parties in the hotel including : a pink pool party, white party and a pop art party all which happened outside near the bar area which was decorated for the occasion. The hotel itself is very well equipped and maintained; there is food at almost every time of the day with breakfast from 7-10:30 and if this is missed then a lunch time starts at 12-4, the hotel is beachfront making access to the sea easy which was a big plus for us, there were 3 areas with many sun beds: one by the pool, one in a green area between the pool and the sea and some in front of the sea allowing everyone to have a sun lounger. The food was amazing with an on site barbecue which provided things like grilled chicken or kofte, homemade pizza and pide and inside there was food ranging from breads to salads to meats to fulfill everyone’s preferences alongside a bar in the food area to access drinks. The only bad experience i had here was a lack of knowledge on check out times which was my own fault leading to having to pay a late check out fee as I was on an excursion however the staff were very helpful and understanding on this matter. Thank you to the Marti team for giving us an amazing time in Icmeler!!!

This hotel is really lovely! We read some awful reviews but can honestly say they were so wrong! From the moment we arrived the staff were really friendly and super helpful! A young man on work experience greeted us and showed us to our room. He spoke excellent English and is a real credit to this hotel! The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. The best bed we’ve ever slept on in Turkey!!! We slept really well! There is air con and ambient lighting, large pleasantly decorated bathroom and a balcony. The cleaners provide fresh linen daily if you want. The restaurant was equally great, with plenty of choice, including delicious Turkish food and bland, boring chips if you really want to eat what you could get at home! We only ate out once as the food was so good! Try their food, don’t judge by appearance and you’ll be guaranteed a lovely meal! The snack bar was really nice and do awesome handmade pizza as well as burgers and other things. The drinks were nice, and what you’d expect as well as a tasty cocktail menu. They do a wicked Mojito that I highly recommend!!! The bar staff are just so nice! Friendly and hard working. Ahmet, Cihan & Omar are especially great and make the whole experience that bit more special! These guys are the life and soul of this hotel and are a real credit to the hotel! The location is fantastic with a section of private beach and is a short walk from the bustling town of Icmeler. Some great places to eat, drink and shop! Excellent access to public transport, running very frequently to Marmaris or other nearby towns if you like to explore. They also have a great spa and the Turkish bath and massage is a must!!! Excellent price and like the hotel it is great value for money. All in all, unless you are super fussy, you’ll love this hotel! It has a super chilled atmosphere, is clean and comfortable. Lots of places to sit and relax, loads of sun beds and basically all you could ask for really! We certainly recommend this hotel and will be going back again!

Hotel was amazing, staff were so helpful and friendly and went out of thier way to help anyone, food was lovely and a wide variety for everyone's dietary needs, the beach was in walking distance, restaurants all around hotel and along the beach, we had the best time and have already booked up for next year😀🙏

Fabulous Hotel Staff very Friendly and Welcoming Bed was so cozy and the pillows were perfect Cleaning Staff do a fantastic job and I love what they do with the Towels ❤️ Breakfast was nice Kettles and a Fridge in the room what a Bonus ☺️ I will be back in May 2026 So please stock up on the Captain Morgan Spice Rum I will be back Loved it
