In general, the staff was extremely helpful and kind. They helped us with all the requests. As for the location, the hotel is quite far from the center. If you’re into staying at the hotel by the pool, you’ll be fine

To my surprise, they allowed us to change the room with no charge and we got a room facing the pool. The new room wasn’t much cleaner, but I was thankful for the swap anyways and finally could sleep

We were road side, but didn't experience any noise. Breakfast is limited, but I was quite happy with toast & coffee. The pool area is nice and the rooms are clean, if a little dated

I've just got back from pleasant stay at the Alkan. It's located on a busy road, one block back from beach, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity

Can’t say that it was clean at all. But the staff was extremely helpful. Rooms are dated, the fridge barely worked. First night we got into a room on the side of the noisy road

I had a sleepless night because of the noise. Even the earplugs didn’t help. Next morning, I asked for a room change at the reception

Arrived at Cihanturk greeted by filiz and erdogan who welcomed me very friendly and professional stayed at Cihanturk several times before and and highly recommend here close to the blueport and beachfront perfect location staff all lovely showers powerful and spacious room was immaculate big comfortable double bed and a seaview breakfast was lovely scrambled eggs boiled eggs toast all jams fruit cereal...

I had a truly enjoyable experience staying at Cihanturk Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient

The staff were warm, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay

I especially appreciated the balcony that allowed me to unwind after long days out. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying with a good variety, and the service throughout my stay was consistent and attentive

Stayed here years ago and it was a great experience. This time, we were disappointed because bathroom was not clean, pillows were flat and the beds were uncomfortable. Not a notable improvement in the rooms

Very close to the beach, in the market. Breakfast is free and sufficient. Hot soup, hot pastries and their varieties are ready very early in the morning. It can be preferred by the family

The only plus is its location) the sea and the promenade are literally one minute walk! nearby a sea of ​​shops and cafes

For this price, this hotel should not be preferred unless necessary and do not believe the parking lot on the sites. There are 6-7 parking spaces for a hotel with 60 rooms and you may have to park your car 1 km away

Waits for new arrivals and pounces once you’re settled at you spot around the pool. Knows the newbies and stalks you until you end up with a massage/Turkish bath or something that costs you more than it feasibly should

A warm Efes isn’t the best! Self catering hotel primarily but not allowed to take any food or drink to the pool area. The expectation is all food will be purchased from the pool bar

Hard to get sun beds - a good old British rush to get the best spots around the pool

the best hotel in Marmaris, stayed here plenty of times before and already booked for twice more next year too! A big thank you to all of the wonderful staff and management, always very friendly & helpful but especially the entertainment team

You have to go to reception for a balance and top up. They only give you “their” rate of exchange. All set up to part you with cash. As you book into the place told that you need to pay extra for air conditioning

The prices are reasonably but soon mount up Staff great when we were spending. Some nice characters but the bar staff - possibly due to the payment/service system I found to be rather ignorant

POSITIVES Great location with its own swimming beach. Very nice view Central to everything. Staff are really nice and friendly. Great refreshing fresh water pool and siting area in its rear terrace

and it certainly does not disappoint!!! The entertainment team and effort put in to the kids club, adult pool games are second to none! We now have a pet dinosaur called Barney 😀 #iykyk All of the team are fantastic! We are well looked after by Mustafa, Sude and the rest of the team

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The welcome is warm and the staff is very friendly. Its location is ideal, situated in the tourist area and on the beach

No parkimg but valet parking is available where they park it somewhere in the back streets for you. This is not abnormal as this is applicable to all the Hotels alomg the beach strip

The food is amazing, with something for everyone. however, if you're willing to try new things and also "the real Turkey", the mealtimes are divine

It is also very close to the city center and the Grand Bazaar

There's music playing from 10am so if you like peace and quiet you won't get it at the hotel pool put the hotel has a private beach in front of the hotel and plenty of sun beds

This was our first time in Marmaris and this hotel did not disappoint. It is centrally located with all amenities within walking distance. Sunbeds are never an issue on the beach or around the pool when we stayed

Just spent another fantastic holiday at Pasa Garden Beach. It is centrally located with great access to shops, bars Marina etc. The food was lovely, always something to chose from

The hotel management could do with sorting the seating arrangement out of an evening maybe some proper table and chairs for guests to have a drink and enjoy the entertainment

The staff in the restaurant and bar were lovely and friendly. Jimmy who was in charge of entertainment was great always trying to encourage people to join in. The nightly entertainment was good and varied

The hotel has a Turkish bath and I would recommend one of the massages. The food was to a high quality, lots of selection at each meal, very flavoursome and far exceeded our expectations

Friendly staff accompanied with lovely food sat by the pool made our stay excellent. Drinks and food reasonably priced with plenty of sunbeds available with more on the private beach also

Lovely people and location right on the promenade looking out to sea. Our room doesn't have a sea view which would be nice. Shame resturant not in use later in the day

I went with my nan and had no problems was welcomed by all staff and my nan with bad mobility they gave us a reserved seat so then she didn’t walk after to toilet and to the room

Just home from club atrium on the 24/9/2025 had a amazing week the staff go above and beyond to make your holiday special and as for the entertainment team Mr You , Bam bam , Curly , Ozzy , and Simba where absolutely outstanding if I could give this place a 10/10 I would even the food was sensational cannot wait to go back

Apartment rooms were clean, can not fault the maid service! Pools were a very good size always able to get sunbeds in the morning

Wonderful quiet location, but not far from the centre and close to the sea. It comes with a private beach. Our rooms have a beautiful view over the sea. Wonderful staff and great breakfast and dinner

Amos hotel is an excellent value for money. The hotel is quiet, with noise on the waterfront :) The hotel has its own beach, which is a big advantage for Marmaris. The food is delicious, and we didn't go hungry

The chef is very inventive and has lots of fresh veg. My only wish is that we couldn't stay longer. Our children really loved the place and they had a great time

No need to worry about bad employees like in other hotels. It's run by a family and they work as hard as possible to make your stay extremely pleasurable. They constantly gave me free drinks

Close to city center while located on a quiet street. Good wifi and TV channels in the rooms. Instant hot water with good water pressure for nice shower

Great little hotel does what it says very comfortable beds breakfast basic but does the trick very nice pool so if you just want a good sleep and a base just look round marmaris then this is the places to be

Nice quiet location but within easy reach of everything you need. Beach, shops, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance, family who run it are friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned everyday if required

The Green Palms hotel is ideally situated away from the hustle and bustle of main strip but only a 15 minutes stroll to the beach and only 10 minutes away from the main shopping centre buses etc

Strategic location and beautiful view. You can see the sea directly from the balcony. I really like the breakfast they provide. Unfortunately there is no wifi here

It doesn't reach 5, and 3 is too low )) The hotel is good for a vacation or a short stay. It's really 5 minutes to the beach. There are shops in the area, from shopping to groceries

There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel 😉 it's very cool for these places. I can't say anything about the food. I had breakfast during quarantine

Nice location on seafront back road. A/C worked but was not fully functional. Toilet seat was broken, TV did not work. Breakfast was a good typical Turkish option. Reckon there must be better though for price

My massage was done by one of the ladies and she was so good honestly it was really calming and professional. My partner had his with Ozzy and said it was just as amazing. We both came out feeling so relaxed

The service is very nice. Breakfast is with alot of different food. Nice pool and pool for the kids.

No late night disco or loud music, just excellent food and amazing staff. Hotel is fully wheelchair accessible but my room did have a bath. The spa is a must and very reasonably priced

During our stay someone broke a glass near the kids pool and immediate they cleaned up and emptied the pool and did tests to see if the water doesn't contain glass

Other reviews mention broken glass, this does happen but I do not feel this is at fault of the hotel, staff are collecting empty glasses around the pool continuously. Close enough to the beach to also enjoy

About 150m from the beach and noisy bars so it' much better if want to rest in the evening. Rooms modern and clean but rather small. The food is very good as for hotel standards.

Excellent due to the location on the beachfront, irish pub which is connected to it is brilliant for entertainment maybe one of the best on the strip noticed alot of other locals staying on the beachfront coming over purely for the entertainment and the softplay for kids to be entertained for free very child friendly

I asked for a blanket, they responded immediately, provided everything. Large bed with comfortable mattress and pillows. I booked a room with a city view, but they gave me a sea view at no extra charge

Bed & breakfast hotel right by the Long Beach (Uzunyali) clean and quiet. Located within a walking distance to Marmaris center

The location is quite good. The breakfast is sufficient and nice. I would like the rooms to be a little better, but I can say that the price performance is quite good.

This hotel was great value for money, a brilliant location, with a lovely spacious room, good pool area and decent enough food and I've got to especially say also that Lucas and Eve (entertainment staff) were so very friendly with fantastic music and entertainment alongside the bar staff and a big thank you to the night receptionist who was very helpful when needed on our last night

And a big thank you to Jay Jay for introducing us to the most fantastic Turkish Bath and massage deal at the hotel where the 2 ladies gave the most relaxing, thorough treatment which I can honestly say you wouldn't have got a better deal anywhere else in the world and for those who have never had a Turkish Bath etc it is a must to try once in your lifetime

Fantastic hotel taking under consideration the price we payed. Rooms are clean, hotel staff is friendly and helpful and the most important and we were very surprised the food is really tasty, props for the kitchen staff

Theres a great yoga session in the morning to start off a day and activities throughout the day to keep you occupied. I met a lot of friendly people there who i still keep in contact with now

I'm very impressed by the hotel and the staff. Our sheets and towels were changed every day. All of the people who work there are very friendly and helpful

The staff are great, especially the entertainment Eve 🐬 lucas and the rest were great hosts,even looked after us at night when we all went out

Great little hotel, it was nearing the end of the season, not much choice for vegetarians when breakfast was served and it lacked fruits/yoghurts etc, coffee was good

Everyone mingled and got on with one another seeing as it wasn’t a massive hotel and we came away from there with great memories and lots of new friends. I would highly recommend this place to anyone
