This is a great location for families with kids. Nothing too fancy. It's an old hotel but with plenty going on. The football pitch was a hit with my kids. The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex. Despite this, F&B Manager Gökhan BEKTAŞ and his team were very attentive and friendly.

Ms. Duru was incredibly helpful, and we instantly knew we'd enjoy our stay the moment we stepped into the hotel. This hotel offers excellent value for money; you truly get more than what you pay for. We were extremely pleased with everything and will definitely be visiting again next year.

It was a very plesant stay with unlimited food and drinks wich were all amazing. In the mornings there was the coffe bar and the breakfest buffe and for the lunch there were two snack bars with very good food on a ala carte menu and a lunch buffe, all so with some sweet spots for ice cream or a selection of cakes, and for dinner there was a dinner buffe and allso restourants for extra charge of 15...

Overall, it's a good hotel, but they have a strange policy: a one-night stay is ~$400. For bookings of three or four, the price is more reasonable, closer to $200. There's a good coffee shop on site, and the room has a beautiful view of the mountains.

Rooms are great and very spacious but there was slight damp smell when we entered the room because the extractor fan wasn’t working properly. The Sueno Deluxe is an amazing hotel with everything you could want for a stay with family or friends. In November the outside areas are not available but inside the teams running the bar offer exceptional service and the buffet for breakfast and dinner offer an incredible variety of food. Despite the weather the staff at the hotel made our time unforgettable, Halil and Hakan especially made sure we were always entertained and felt like friends of ours instantly. Hotel is very nice food is amazing you can use the bar 24/7 and the stuff was so good. If you have a problem about anything they sorted it out straight away . Hospitality is very good. Animation team was 10 out of 10 I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends
