We had been before and loved it. This time however it seemed grubby and run down. We had to ask for blankets as there is only a sheet that doesnt fit the bed. Like many reviews this resort may have been 5 star when it was first built but over the years it’s starting to fall apart. Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had as a family. Our baby (1,5 y) got the sweetest kind of attention and care at the Kidsclub. The hotel is not bad. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach. It's hard to find a free spot near the pool. The food is good; feeding a 10-year-old wasn't difficult. Lovely hotel, very good food so much choice, relaxed atmosphere, lovely room, very good value for money. Had a big powerful shower. Some staff a little rude but mainly good, quite a few staff didn't speak very good English but good German, the majority of customers were German. We had a great time and would return.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any request.
