Beautiful Hotel..well maintained. Expensive fittings. Lovely staff..excellent animation team. Food overall is good. Awful location. Sadly over run by cats who are destroying beautiful furniture and carpets...smell of cats very strong in some areas. Many people are being transferred there when they booked more central hotels..which aren't open. Over subscribed by youth football teams...many running wild till way after midnight..they are able to go to the bar and get mocktails up to midnight. Biggest down is its location..nothing around.dependant on dom bus...its a long way out of Side.

It’s our second visit to the lovely Side Star Resort Hotel. We’re currently still on holiday here. I personally cannot fault this hotel at all. We booked early and got a great price for this time of year. All inclusive. We have a lovely room. Minibar restocked daily. Free room safe. With premium branded hot and cold drinks available at the well stocked bars. There is minimal noise from the evening’s entertainment as it is located in the lower ground level away from the location of most hotel rooms. Which are cleaned and restocked daily. All the hard working staff have been very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The waiter at the pool bar during lunchtime has been very friendly and is clearly happy in his job. We’ve found the holiday very pleasant and relaxing. Buses regularly stop outside the hotel to take you the nearby towns of Mangavat (with numerous indoor and outdoor markets) and Side (with its well preserved Roman ruins). €2 per person each way. With one cloudy and rainy morning this week. The weather has so far been kind to us. Around 20 degrees C. Not too hot and a great break from the UK weather. We will be definitely come back again for our third visit.

Me and my family had the best holiday at side star resort. Despite the weather the staff at the hotel made our time unforgettable, Halil and Hakan especially made sure we were always entertained and felt like friends of ours instantly. Could not recommend this hotel enough, from the food to facilities, everything was brilliant!

The hotel is great, the activities are fantastic, and they're fun. The evening entertainment is fun. The entertainers, Leila, Eda, and Bahar, are very pleasant and nice. The step aerobics and volleyball were great. Everything was great.

This was are second visit to this hotel this year its a lovely hotel.This hotel has the best staff from the management team to the cleaners nothing is to much trouble for any off them. when we got there the room wasn't big enough for us as we had a wheelchair user with us but the next morning the room was changed no problem.the Halloween party was one of are favourite nights again helping us to and from the beach on there beach buggy like I said nothing is to much trouble we will 100% be returning and will 100% recommend this to everyone thanx for everything and see you all soon

Stayed at this Hotel for 11 nights. Check in was very good. We were allocated room number 1104 on the first floor of the main building above Reception. The balcony was very small with a small table and two chairs. Bathroom was a decent size with a walk in shower. Our room had a double bed (two single beds pushed together) and a single bed. Plenty storage space in drawers and wardrobes. We had a small fridge with complimentary drinks replenished every day and a safe free of charge. The room was cleaned every day and bedding changed when requested. On our first day we booked the three À la carte Restaurants. The Thai Restaurant was excellent. A special mention to Hallin our waiter who was particularly good especially with the 4 children that were in our company. The Mexican Restaurant was also very good and great service. The Turkish restaurant was okay but preferred the previous two. Breakfast in the main Restaurant was always good plenty to choose from. For lunch we sometimes ate in the main Restaurant or at the Snack Bar next to the pool both were very good. In the evening the food and service in the main Restaurant was excellent, always plenty to choose from. Most days were spent around the main pool we always managed to get sun beds close to the pool. The entertainment team were all very friendly. The hotel is very clean all round and cleaned to a very high standard. All of the staff worked very hard and were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
