I booked this hotel for the second time. The staff were excellent, and the hotel is close to the street leading to Trabzon Square. The room was fully equipped and comfortable, with central air conditioning and multiple closets. The view was partial to the sea, making it a pleasure to watch the sea and the planes passing by at the same time. I highly recommend booking this hotel.

I did not get the chance to stay there, but the person who talked to me regarding reservation, his talking was so unclear and also he was irrationally rude. People with these kind of unprofessional behaviour are not fit enough to be in the hotel reception. I would like to draw attention of the management to this review.

Toilet has unflushed shit! Toilet bin was full of used toilet paper! The biggest issue is that they solved the problem by flushing the toilet! He said hotel is full can't change the room. Which was a big lie. They changed it after I was full of rage and disgust. Shame on you.

I arrived very late at 3am. I meet Denis who was very welcoming and warm. He continuously asked if I needed anything and was always listening. I highly recommend it for a short stay.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The room was small.

This hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and price. The behavior of the hotel manager is excellent, but unfortunately, on the first night when we arrived, my wife informed the receptionist several times and referred to the receptionist that the air conditioning was broken. You are wrong, it messed up our nerves, the temperature of the room was 38 degrees and the air conditioner was not working, but when the hotel manager realized the problem, he changed the room, and during the breakfast, the crew cleaned the table and kicked us out due to the crowd before the breakfast was over. to do

Great location, but outdated
Hotel is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom and room fixtures. It was also a challenge to communicate in English. Breakfast was okay. Great location.

Middle of the road Hotel right on Mayden Square
Arrived at the street side entrance only to find an elevator that had no indication of where the lobby was, up or down. After waiting about 15 minutes or so with a few other guests for the elevator to arrive, it was being used by the hotel staff to deliver laundry finally made it to the Lobby only to find out we'd been given a room on the 6th floor, but the 2-3 person elevator only goes to the 5th floor so up the stairs we went with our luggage. Only other issue was the shower water temp would cycle hot to cool every few minutes. Other wise the everything else such as room comfort, breakfast, etc was OK

Clean and comfortable room. English speeking staff available which is a huge plus in trabzon. But Over all Very cortious and cooprotave staff whither they speak english or not . The location has its plus and minuses depending on your point of view and reason of your visit... But to me it was just perfect.

Very very small rooms. Very narrow corridor.near otogar. I cant use the cupboard . No place to stand in the room! The good thing is mr akin in reception good polit man and speaks english well unlike most turkish. For me it was extremely below my expectation
