Had a great time at Milat Cave Hotel. Although it’s not actually a cave hotel, it’s still a very nice place to stay. The best part of the hotel is their cute cat absolutely adorable!
All the staff members are kind, friendly, and very helpful, especially Seda Nur at the reception and Ömer. They really made the stay pleasant.
Breakfast is basic and currently served in the room since the terrace is undergoing maintenance.
I booked the balloon ride, ATV tour, and a private underground city tour through the hotel, and their prices were quite reasonable. For some other activities, I chose different agencies as they were offering slightly lower rates. Overall, a good experience and a comfortable stay.

The staff provided good service, were polite and friendly, and always helpful when asked. The rooms were adequate for the price paid; not exceptionally outstanding, but equipped with basic amenities. Suitable for those seeking simple accommodation for a short stay or prioritizing value for money.

It was great that it was located not far from Cappadocia's main square and not on an uphill slope! However, it might be a bit disappointing for those who want to view the hot air balloons up close and more clearly.
Although they are clearly visible, I felt it would have been better if it were located closer and at a higher elevation.
Aside from that, it was nice that they allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in, and the staff were kind and helpful.

The location is good, just a few minutes from the center. It's great that there's no noise around. The rooftop is a good spot to see the hot air balloon, just a few steps away. We went to see the hot air balloon every day during our stay. On another trip, you can walk up to the hill behind the hotel. You will see another view.
Housekeeper, Nur and Aminah are very nice and helpful.

Good location. Great views of Gerome from the terrace. Breakfast is the best we ever had in Turkey. Mr Smiles was also funny and welcoming. Made us feel right at home. He made our stay so much enjoyable. Greetings from Australia.

I stayed for 3 days with my 1-year-old baby. Communication with the hotel was very easy, and they responded quickly. The hotel has complete facilities and is very baby-friendly. The best part was the staff, who were always ready to help, always smiling, and the breakfast menu and vibes were great with friendly staff. There are two terraces with views of the balloons and other beautiful scenery. The hotel was also very kind when I arrived and was picked up by the shuttle at 8:00 PM — they allowed me and my baby to wait on the terrace and provided complimentary tea. The Wi-Fi here is excellent. The location is very strategic for those who want to explore the area.

Very strange check-out time, 11am. No one reminded me when I checked in. Then when I checked out, I planned to check out at 12:00. At 11:30, I was knocked on the door and asked when I would check out. I said right away, but a male staff member actually thought I was Rolling your eyes? I immediately complained to them when I checked out. If you don’t want to be in the hotel business, don’t do it. Don’t you know how to communicate? Roll your eyes?
