Cappadocia Kepez Hotel in Goereme

We stayed 3 days here, the room was quite uncomfortable (no chair, no table, no shelves), and the bathroom was very old, mouldy without an areation system.
The positive aspects of this place were the position in the center of Goreme and the lady making homemade breakfast.
If you book here, be ready to adapt!! It's cheap so you get what you pay for.

This is the worst hotel possible in Cappadocia, very angry staff who do not try to help you, when you go to the reception and try to solve the problem they run outside, I accidentally booked a room for another month but the same date, I came to them 20 minutes after that and they did not solve it but just kicked me out and left me on the street. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL, the staff is just HORRIBLE

Good but the rooms are too small. It’s almost impossible to move. Not recommend for 2 persons stay. Washrooms are extremely small. Breakfast is average. Location is nice as it is in main goreme.

Seriously, this.... house ( I really don't want to call this construction as a building) needs to be rebuilt. This isn't really the condition for guests to stay. Water leaks from the toilet to the bed. Though the male receptionist was super friendly, I think this hotel needs a lot of improvements to be a level that could accommodate guests.

These scammers ruined our trip.

I booked the facility three months in advance and they immediately contacted me to find out if I wanted to take the hot air balloon ride. I immediately requested a quote, and was told it was €100 per person. I agreed and booked the flight THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE.
Two hours before arriving at the hotel, I was contacted by the owner who informed me that the price of the balloon flight had magically increased to 190 €, double what had been agreed upon. They also had the nerve to tell me that 'they were giving me a bargain price' and that I would not find better.

Of course, we could not accept the offer and were left without a balloon flight. And yes, the balloon flight was the reason we were going to Cappadocia. We tried booking in other agencies but by then it was too late, all booked up.

Arriving at the hotel, they did not even deign to apologize. I repeat, I was scammed two hours before arriving in Cappadocia, I got the call as I was boarding, otherwise I would have changed hotels.

But it didn't end there, because the hotel was a complete disaster. Dirty, dilapidated, ugly and totally unsafe.
The bathroom was dirty and full of bugs (I attach photos) and the wires to the power outlets were dangerously exposed. When I put my cell phone on charge they were making strange noises.
The wifi was constantly disconnecting, impossible to even send a photo.
The room doors don't close well, this let in cold and noise and most importantly did not make us feel comfortable.

DON'T BE LURED BY THE PRICE, DON'T LET THESE SCAMMERS RUIN YOUR VACATION.
