Acropolis Cave Suite in Uerguep

I am a frequent traveler (been to about 15 countries from all corners of the world and traveled through almost every single state in the United States). I love traveling and always look for a memorable experiences, starting with hotels and local restaurants. This hotel was referred to me by a former french tour guide in Cappadocia and I am glad we decided to stay here. It is a family operated hotel but feels like a 7-star hotel. I can probably write a book about my and my family’s experience in Acropolis but in one word - spectacular. If you care about details, if you appreciate royalty treatment, this is where you go. We loved the hotel so much that we even asked the management to allow us to stay in different rooms every day and enjoy the experience, because every room is designed in a unique way, and they honored it. I have to give a serious 👍 review about the Acropolis Cave Hotel.

It was past 8:00 AM when we arrived at the hotel on the first day, and it was scorching hot. The chubby guy at the hotel hummed and hummed as he helped my friend carry his luggage upstairs. His back was soaked.

That night, I stayed in room 103. The whirring noise was deafening (I'm a light sleeper and sensitive to sound). It was around 3 or 4 AM China time. I contacted Ctrip customer service, hoping to move upstairs the next day. Ctrip contacted the hotel and got back to me within half an hour. That's a very quick resolution! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Thanks!

I spoke with the guy the next day. It was so windy, so I didn't move to the second floor. Of course, due to the strong winds on our first night, our hot air balloon ride the next day was canceled.

The hotel in the middle helped us arrange transportation to various attractions and coordinate the hot air balloon reservations. They were incredibly nice. 👍 The owner also got involved. Their dedication, warmth, and sincerity made us feel right at home and safe. In short, if we had any questions, we knew the hotel and Ctrip were there for us. It was reassuring.

We left Kappa today. Since our flight was early, the hotel even prepared a light meal to take away, which was very thoughtful.

We are big group from Québec -staying in this hotel for 5 days for conference and vaca. We are very happy this hotel, with the rooms, service and the foods here . I would love to come back and recommend to everyone

Very nice cave hotel! Receptions are nice and friendly. They are willing to help you for various problem. We have booked a shuttle to airport in the early morning next day. The reception help us to confirm our shuttle order and provided sandwiches, fruits when we left. The room is clean and quiet. You can experience the stay in cave. Wide and open public balcony.

We stayed in Acropolis Cave Suite this weekend. It is a very beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located close to the center. Ideal for a romantic holiday and also for the group stay. The rooms are amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Finally, the owners of the hotel are excellent people. Thanks for making our stay a dream holiday.

First of all, the theme of the hotel is very beautiful and very cozy. the rooms are WIDE. when i say wide believe me it is wide. also since it is almost winter time the temperature of the room was pretty important to me and it is warm. local heating system is working and also AC is working too. It is also very clean, almost spotless. rooms are smelling amazing and they are being cleaned every day. breakfast is so fulling and so tasty. in my opinion 10/10. and also the owner, Husnu Bey is so sweet and caring too. He helped our trip management. would recommend. PS. your room is going to see the prettiest hot air balloon views!
