The best hotel for the price. We paid only 10,000 rubles for two nights in a luxury spa room. The breakfasts were excellent, the staff was very polite. If there was a 10-star system, I'd give it a full 10 👍🏻
Not far from Goreme, about a 10-minute drive, but there's parking and it's not so crowded.
A very cool, cozy place with a beautiful view from its terrace.

The cleaning was good, the insulation was terrible, it had rained, the roof was leaking, the room was leaking water, and the plaster was literally falling on your head. The gentleman who greeted us, I don't know his name but he was very attentive. They said there would be a Latin dance night on Saturday night, our room was on the top terrace floor, he warned us not to be disturbed by the noise, the gentleman said it would last until 11:30 at night, then at 2:30 at night, a few people were shouting in front of our room door. I warned him, I reported it to the reception, and she said, "Didn't they inform you?" The know-it-all lady at the reception said, "I have a child, I go to bed early, they told me the event would end at 10:30, it ended at 2:00 at night. I would never recommend this hotel. That lady, instead of warning people, should have called me and demanded an explanation, saying, "Didn't you know?" and trying to silence me is completely unethical. She could have said, "We were right, sorry." She is still trying to get ahead.

Decent hotel up on a hill. Many steps to climb to reception. Do not stay in Room 105. The cave crumbles on your head. The staff uses Google translate to communicate. Breakfast is mediocre. If you do stay here, walk down to the town and eat at Sofra. Delicious home style food.

Terrible experience. Excellent location, but in need of a complete renovation. The room was moldy, plaster falling off your head, and the bathroom had a hair-raising shower of rust and dirt. The manager was arrogant, rude, and condescending. Some nights, the music played until late, only stopping at 11:30 PM after several complaints. Dinner was repetitive and mediocre. Breakfast was limited, but good. Only one waiter was friendly and attentive.

Good morning, I wanted to review the terrible experience I had in this hotel in September with the trip organized by Turisanda. First of all, I would remove the name "luxury" from the name, because you can't call a place that if some rooms are in the basement or on the ground floor, like mine, room 114, where as soon as I entered the smell of mold immediately assaulted me, triggering a very serious allergy attack. It's not an ancient place, but it's dilapidated, everything very dated and rusty. I had to resort to cortisone and antihistamines. Following my complaints, I was offered a change to a inferior hotel near the third floor of an old Turkish house. The very rude manager told me either that or I can't change your room (some groups had yet to arrive). Then the deafening music day and night until late at night. I strongly advise against it, the dinner was repetitive, the dining room staff was kind. I also wrote to Turisanda, sending photos of the dilapidated and dirty room. Unfortunately, they won't upload the video.

I can’t say enough good things about this spectacular hotel! The staff was extremely attentive, the food, second to none! A rooftop bar with incredible cave and city views and they had a great jazz band that filled the evening with delightful music and ambiance! This hotel is a Don’t miss!,,,
