I only needed to spend one night. The room was cozy, albeit small. Clean towels and linens. And I was very pleased with the delicious, large breakfast. The atmosphere was beautiful and pleasant. The staff was polite.

A small, cozy hotel with incredibly customer-focused staff. They offer a pretty decent and hearty breakfast, plus free hot drinks available all day. There's also a charming inner courtyard where you can relax on a sofa with a cup of coffee.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help with any issues. We truly felt at home in a warm, family-like environment. I sincerely hope to return.

Very cleaned and unique hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. All around is bell maintained and super clean. The room we stayed in had a stone Jacuzzi and a separate amazing rain shower. My kids stayed in a separate area carved in stones. There is an underground pool, spa, masaga rooms and a Turkish bath. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

This hotel was very nice and peaceful. Loved that the bar stayed opened late. I would have given this hotel 5-stars but the bar and restaurant staff tend to over charge Americans. I love the place.It is very neat and clean. Breakfast they serve is much more than we expected. Very pleasant experince to have the breakfast in a nice, well taking care of garden. Very good hotel. The owner enthusiastically introduced his family's 120-year-old hotel and let me choose a room when I checked in. In the end, I chose the sun room. Very nice historical hotel. Family business. The hotel owner Selim Bey is very attentive and tries to help in every way. It is close to the center. If I go to Ürgüp again, we would choose it again. The price is very reasonable. He also guides you and helps you where to go. It is also very nice that he keeps history alive.

Unique experience of living in a cave room. We were upgraded to the honeymoon suite on our arrival there. The hotel is in Urgup...about an hour from Kayseri airport. They can arrange for an airport shuttle on request. There is no in-house restaurant but centre of Urgup is few steps away, so there are plenty of cafes and restaurants and bistros to choose from. Me and my son had the best fun in Capadocia. Cappadocia Castle Cave Hotel and its personell was very polite and helpfull. Located on top of a mountain, it can be a bit challenging to get to without a car, but it's still a great place to watch the sunset and the hot air balloons at sunrise. My wife was sick and had a tough day, but I was grateful for all the staff's help. I'd love to visit again and fully enjoy it.

The room is very good, big and clean There are two bathrooms, and the front desk gave me a free room upgrade, which is really great The service is also very good. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and can get water for free.

generally we had a pleasant stay at this hotel! Our flight landed early and the staff let us check in in the morning so we didn’t need to wait outside. Rooms are pretty clean & nicely decorated. Breakfasts are authentic Turkish food and we enjoyed it a lot 🥰

Very nice cave hotel! Receptions are nice and friendly. They are willing to help you for various problem. We have booked a shuttle to airport in the early morning next day. Budget frendly place with comfortable beds. No mini bar and no air conditioner in the rooms. Definitely worth 5 stars with frendly staff, tidy rooms, cosy garden, and spacious balcony.

I think this hotel is the best hotel in Ürgüp. All workers are hospitable and give comfortable experince about hotel. If you check occupancy rate, you can understand about this hotel. In my opinion good feature about this hotel is price/performance ratio because you can stay hotel economically.

I just spent two days in the most remarkable cave hotel (who knew?) in Cappadocia!!! The staff, especially Halit and Kadir, were so friendly and helpful. You should be aware that the hotel is next to a mosque. The call of prayer will wake you up for sure at sunrise. It was not a big deal for us, but maybe not for you in you intend to sleep-in.

This is an excellent value hotel. We had ‘Urgup’ room which was very spacious but less like a ‘cave’ than other rooms. Strange layout with hall between bedroom and bathroom which had a random gym bench in it! Beautiful views from terrace. Comfy bed. Nice linens and pillows. Would absolutely recommend for the price.

The hotel is nice, good ambience. The rooms inside are also ver nice . The house keeping is terrible. We checked in on 20th and 21st we were out on a day trip. Cool place with amazing view. The room is cozy and clean, the service was decent even the food was not that tasty.

It's a very beautiful hotel. Staff is friendly especially the lady Fatima. The breakfasts are large and different, they make very nice omlettes. It's about 1 kilometre from the city centre so the walk does feel a bit long. Unfortunately they don't have aircons so it can get quite hot. Make sure to get the room with the Jacuzzi.
