From the reception to the valet to the security all honest down to earth people. Spent 5 nights at this hotel and I have complaints. Most of them speak English, Arabic, Turkish & Kurdish

The is a fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff work really hard and are super friendly ready to help. Amazing pools and sun beds available. Can’t fault anything and would recommend to others

More about the disabled: in the restaurant, on the beach and in the pool there are places marked with a wheelchair icon. You can take them, but no one forbids you to use any other

We stayed from May 24 to May 30, 2025 We liked absolutely everything: Spacious rooms, large territory, huge swimming pools, nimble waiters in restaurants

There is a special wheelchair on the beach with wide wheels. We used all of them The guests are very different - from babies to pensioners. To communicate with the staff, you need English, although some speak Russian

I know this is out of the control of workers but, it is super crowded even though we did only come in June. This inevitably does reduce the amount of level of customer service slightly due to large numbers of people

There were separate ones: for vegans, with pickles, with cheeses, with spices, with jams, as well as with national cuisine, some region of Turkey. For 6 days, we never ate the same thing twice

Lovely weekend away and this all inclusive hotel. Alpha rooms had not made our booking as it turned out when we arrived but the staff here are so helpful we got a beautiful room and a free upgrade with a terrace

It is the first time I am visiting this hotel, and I can tell you that I am really very satisfied. The hotel is located just a few kilometers from Side and Manavgat

There is a large pool with plenty of sunbeds and a pool bar. One of the waiters comes whizzing by on roller blade which is very impressive and he always says hello and always smiles

Lovely people and very welcoming despite not much english people they treated me as one of their own got some stuff for the family the food and entertainment was good tried some other foods I didn't know about whilst here

Irem from Guest relations is very helpful and speaks excellent English. Irem also helped us book into the Chinese restaurant and sat and talked to us and explained more about the hotel which was very helpful

They provide lots of toiletries and the fridge is restocked daily. All the staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. Ozzy one of the entertainment reps is friendly helpful and speaks good English

Came here as a last minute trip to escape English weather and we are not disappointed this Hotel is fantastic one of the best we have every stayed in. The rooms very spacious and very clean

The food is excellent and so much variation and they cater for vegan, vegetarian and meat eater. There are many restaurants to choose from including a la carte, chinese restaurant

Room was bigger and all was perfect Breakfast also good It lacks a fresh coffee machine which can make big difference Notice. Only issue staff for non sense keep knocking door asking or checking which is annoying

The room was clean. The facilities were complete, and the service was attentive. The hygiene was excellent. I hope they add more variety to the breakfast.

Excellent experience with Wanda vista hotel the room was big and clean. Also have to mention that Okan, Azar and Taner at service are super nice and helpful. I 100％ recommend this hotel .

Just spend one week in orka Lotus beach hotel and I’m very, very satisfied… Great location, lovely atmosphere,delicious food and views made a huge impression on me and my family, rooms very comfortable and clean with A/C

Some days the music was a little loud but we still loved it. We didn't use the smaller pools or the adults only one as they weren't heated. The waterslides were open every day from 10. 30 and again from 2 to 4 (approx)

Great fun but be warned the water is freezing! The beach is great, only steps from the pool and with a beach bar too. The scenery surrounding the area is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing

•Rooms are very clean ( Süreyya hanım very carefully for cleaning), large, beautiful sea views. •Beach is large, no music 😌, sea is very organic 10/10. •Patisserie has very good view, we spend quite a lot time there

My family and I stayed in the Orka Lotus Beach for a week beginning March 17th in a family room. Here's a little breakdown of our thoughts. Room - The room (6611) was perfect for our family of 5

We particularly appreciated the staff serving cocktails in the Marin Bar, the cleaner of our room Guylan who took excellent care of us, the security guard Abbas, the guest services guy Effy and so many more of the staff too numerous to mention! All the facilities - beach area, pools, bars etc fabulous

The entertainment is also amazing. The resort is great for everyone - kids, couples and young people with the night club. Our only downside was the main bar near the entertainment can get very busy in the evening

We stayed at the hotel for 10 in a basic room. Every member of staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The food was exceptional with a wide range of different cuisines, always beautifully presented

Also a coffee bar the iced coffee are ! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and a special mention to Hussain, who went above and beyond with his kindness and hospitality. He really made our stay unforgettable

The various pools give lots of options as there is loud music at the bigger one then a quieter pool near the beach with its own beach bar. Room was spotlessly clean and maintained the standard throughout the week

Staying at Baia Salima Kemer was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is located right where the forest meets the sea in Beldibi, Antalya, so you can enjoy both lush greenery and the coast within one resort

We quickly learned that we were one of the few British families staying, the majority of the other guests were Russian, and a lot of the entertainment was spoken in Russian, worth noting if you’re very social

Cleaning and towel changes were daily. The grounds were large and well-maintained. The pools were comfortable and large, with plenty of space! The pool was equipped with a ramp for people with disabilities

We went on 2 excursions (not through a guide), the price is 2 times cheaper (Green Canyon and Aquapark), there were very few people everywhere, there are a lot of closed hotels around! Swimming pool is very big, indoor and outdoor. A little away from the Europe side of the city Center, but one cone walk to the metro station, 10 min away and it takes 20 min to get to the heard of tourist locations

The hotel is located about 45 mins away from the airport in a quiet neighbourhood. The pool is one of the largest I've seen at a hotel and the rest of the hotel amenities looked fantastic

They directed us to an incredible hotel buffet breakfast that had everything you could ever want. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and had fantastic views of the pool and sea

The rooms are nice, but they are not at a 5-star quality. Bathrooms are excellent though. The hotel breakfast lounge and pool are also excellent

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Polat hotel as part of the Turkish Airlines layover hotel program. I was absolutely impressed with our stay here and only wish we had more time to spend

We stayed here with family for 3 nights. Staff at reception, restaurants, gym and cleaning were all very polite. Rooms were large and comfortable. Good size of the gym with lots of machines and weight training options

This is a great location for families with kids. It's an old hotel but with plenty going on. The football pitch was a hit with my kids. The pool is well kept and the two slides are ok

The sea front is stunning with mountain views, it looks more like a huge lake and the sea was crystal clear with loads of fish

If you're expecting Marco Pierre quality then pay for a more expensive hotel! The room we had was exactly what we needed but here is my only real complaint, the mattresses and pillows are awful and we all slept so bad, so by the end of the holiday we were craving our own beds and felt tired

Access to the pool, sea, and other amenities is very easy. The sea was Blue Flag-winning. The pool was clean and refreshing. The restaurant was spacious, with delicious and varied food

Because it's on a side of a hill you do lose the sun earlier than other locations, so if your sun worshipers bear that in mind. The food was all good but the breakfast could be improved

A group of 130 people stayed here between September 30 and October 5, 2025, to celebrate our school's 42nd graduation anniversary and reminisce. My wife and I stayed in room 1210. The room was spacious and comfortable

We were also pleasantly surprised by the beautiful October weather - sunny, warm, and perfect for both beach time and exploring. The hotel is not far from the ancient town of Side, which is definitely worth a visit

Everything felt well organised and taken care of during our stay. For a 5-star hotel, the pricing is reasonable and offers good value for the quality and service provided

We spent most days at the slides pool or the water park opposite the hotel. Yes, it's a bit of a faff walking over but it isn't far and was mu h quieter over there. They had a little park, table tennis and restaurant

Lovely cooking stations outside by the pool with fresh food, but this finished early so if like us you like to eat a little later, say 7. 30, most of the fresh outside cooking has finished

Moc outside space to sit and eat overlooking the pool. Cakes weren't for us but looked nice. Indoor pool was cold but nice in the hot weather. We had a couple of days of rain and thunder and used the indoor pool

They,had gardens behind with fresh produce growing, which would have been really lovely to see (but it's blocked off). Slides only open at set times but there's also a pool

This is our second time coming to this hotel and everything is very nice and fun. The animation team and shows are of very high quality. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and the sea is very beautiful

The food in the restaurant is very good and has a lot of variety. We came with our family and we would like to come again and we especially thank EREN from the animation team

One of the outside pools is heated, apart from that the inside pool is rather small, as is the sauna - absolutely fine for the summer months, yet in chilly winter a bit tricky

The outdoor relax pool is nice since it is heated. Many guests are from Germany or Turkey which is nice. Also from other countries since they come to play tennis

A lot of refubishment was going on on site which left its mark. In winter season, most a la carte restaurants and outside bars and pools are closed

Sure enough my request was met, thanks to Hakan and the night staff at the hotel being very helpful and understanding of my circumstances which was a great help to me and made my stay very pleasant & comfortable

Hakan reassured me that he would do his very best to grant my request as he had to liaise with the night staff members to do so

Hakan’s calm demeanour and communication was first class. I’d highly recommend staying at this hotel

The pools have enough sun loungers, both open and under awnings, so as not to burn out in the scorching sun (I did not succeed, I was burned on the second day)

The spacious garden with numerous pools and slides invites relaxation. The rooms are also adequately furnished

However, there are a few points of criticism: the duvets are too thin for cooler nights, and the towels seem a bit worn. The restricted opening hours for the pools and slides are particularly annoying

There is access to private beach also with pubs and restaurants belonging to hotel. They cleaning rooms every day and you don’t need to take your own towels as they offering beach towels for free

The main pool was very quiet and immaculate too. There was bar servers on rollers blades making sure your drinks didn't warm up!!! We saw some performances in the amphitheatre who were brilliant

The customer service team, especially Anya went above and beyond to help us have the best holiday ever. Our rooms were gorgeous with linen changed every day including the thick towels

The hand sanitizer dispenser didn’t work on several days during our stay, which is unhygienic considering how many people touch the serving utensils. One person in our group got sick with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea

My brother went back the next day and asked again, and suddenly they did have one available — so we managed to rent it after all. One of our rooms had an air conditioner that didn’t work

It was also hard to find available sunbeds. People reserved them early in the morning with towels, and often only half were actually being used. There really should be a better system for this

We had a really nice stay here and spent a wonderful, relaxing time by the beach. Warm sea, beautiful garden area, and delicious local food – that’s what we’ll remember the most

The restaurant and lobby bar staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The food was truly excellent – fresh, full of flavor, and with a great variety every day

Otherwise, the beach was nice, the food was varied, the cleaning was good, and the hotel itself looked lovely — but overall, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations

There is a Pine Restaurant which only opens up lunch time and provides burgers, salads, wraps etc but would not recommend as food was cold. There is a Lobby Bar is open 24 hours providing coffee and alcohol

There are so many positives with this hotel, too many to list however, my top points are: staff were great, family rooms (2x bedrooms + 2x bathrooms), pool is big allowing inflatables for the kids, beach with jetty, boat trip from hotel, music, DJ sessions and entertainment

The hotel is located a few miles from Marmaris centre which we liked as it wasn’t in the middle of the tourist hot spot but was still convenient using the Dolmus bus to get about

Things to consider are: temperature in peak season and the amount of guests at the hotel (peak season) means seating at the beach bar for evening entertainment is limited

My stay here was great for all the time I was there. Amazing food, drinks, activities, different bars and snack bars, restaurants, parties at night. It was bliss BUT I was scammed by the shop selling bags and perfumes

I bought perfumes in the shop and when I wanted to leave one of the sellers wanted to gift me a magnet and he insisted I should leave the bags and perfumes at the check out counter as the other colleague will keep an eye

The expansive outdoor pool is a delight, offering ample space for guests to unwind on the beach chairs. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding personnel, especially Berkeley and Ekram

This was to give the other guy time to swap my good colognes with bad ones. When I got home I opened them and they were half filled, soo old bottles with coloured fluids in them

I had an option to buy out of the hotel but chose them and all I got was disappointment

He went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Ugur was attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with a smile, and genuinely sweet in his manner

It’s rare to come across someone who brings such warmth and professionalism together so effortlessly. Thank you, Ugur, for making our visit so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back!

There was so much to do we only left the hotel twice for excursions. We actually loved it that much, 3 days after coming home we have booked up again but for 2 weeks in the summer

The Green Nature Resort and Spa is a brilliant hotel. The service I received from mainly Rojda was exceptional and always with a smile. The rooms, food, staff and entertainment very also very good

The green nature staff were brilliant one member that stood out especially was samet yildiz such a cheerful character, with endless energy loved the experience altogether.

Daytime games, pool activities, and night shows were all top-notch and kept the atmosphere alive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. From the rooms to the lobby, everything felt fresh and well-maintained

The entertainment team was good. Especially Memethen, he included the kids in the games and was always happy and including. Berik was also good in the poolgames and the rest of the team was nice

this is a really good place to stay and get relax, the food is really good and you have a lot of different choices, the activities were also great, different tips of games, friendly people and it was really funny, the place in general it’s beautiful and organised

Here you can spend time with all the people you love and make memories that you will never forget. thank you to all the staff for this amazing experience. i hope to see you again one time
