Rooms were brilliantly designed compared to many hotels I've been to. The whole kervansaray chain is top notch. Would 100% recommend for families as entertainment is very well thought out

Pool is quite small and can get busy in peak seasons. However isn't too much of a problem as the food makes up for it. Big variety and tour guides were very fun. One of the best hotels I've been to hand's down!

Towels and toiletries not changed, or if towels changed she never left sufficient replacement, so they had to be requested. Again readily resolved when asked

But we never really had trouble getting a sun lounger. The hotel collects towels and other items used to reserve beds if they are left our before 8am. I quite like this idea and every hotel should do this

Recommendation to hotel is spot check the cleaners to ensure they are doing a good job. Overall, the room was fine and it was the cleaning that let it down. The resort is quite nicely set up, although quite small

This year the name was changed and the owners changed, the price was reasonable, so we decided to take a chance, we came here, we didn’t regret it at all, everything is fine, the only minus is cleaning, cleaning is bad, but I think it’s temporary

Great hotel all inclusive is definitely all inclusive. A few areas may need updating. Swimming pool is huge so plenty of room to swim. Indoor pool is great for a late afternoon swim and a Turkish bath

All the food was delicious and there were many options to eat. All the drinks were good and of good quality. It also had many fun and interesting programs for children and adults. There was also a children's playground

You can order your taxi from the hotel. They take you there and pick up after. Highly recommend and the staff very friendly and professional. Plenty of different variety of food in the restaurant to choose from

Rooms are very nice and clean with mini bar full with water, juice, beer. Bathroom have all the little perks like shampoo, soap etc. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea (if you choose a sea view room)

There are a number of restaurants that cater to all tastes, the buffet restaurant is huge and covers all tastes, great for children. The pools were never too busy and the private beach was nice for a early morning swim

Warm towels in the spa area to use on sunbeds, restaurants and bars everywhere, and waiters serving you at your sunbed—I don't have enough words to describe this perfect resort

The main pool was busy and sometimes confusing, the entertainment through the day in different pools needs to be more understandable for guests either put it on the App or make it more visually rather than a sign that just says pool games?? We had a great promo deal for this hotel and we really liked it. Great aqua park, very good food, staff very pleasant and solid daily and evening animations and shows. Sea was so calm it is a great thing for small kids

However, we did not feel fully taken care of, when I first reported the strange behavior of two guests at the reception, security didn’t even check whether those people were staying at the hotel or wearing wristbands

I was traveling along the Turkish coast and stayed at this hotel for 5 days. I had a superior room with partial sea and garden views. I mostly lay on the pier, from where I jumped into the sea

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with the kids’ room at Nomi kids club nanny service and children’s activities during our stay! As parents of young children, it’s always a challenge to find a balance between family time and a little relaxation — but the team here made it so easy
