We spent most days at the slides pool or the water park opposite the hotel. Yes, it's a bit of a faff walking over but it isn't far and was mu h quieter over there. They had a little park, table tennis and restaurant

Lovely cooking stations outside by the pool with fresh food, but this finished early so if like us you like to eat a little later, say 7. 30, most of the fresh outside cooking has finished

Moc outside space to sit and eat overlooking the pool. Cakes weren't for us but looked nice. Indoor pool was cold but nice in the hot weather. We had a couple of days of rain and thunder and used the indoor pool

They,had gardens behind with fresh produce growing, which would have been really lovely to see (but it's blocked off). Slides only open at set times but there's also a pool

This is our second time coming to this hotel and everything is very nice and fun. The animation team and shows are of very high quality. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and the sea is very beautiful

The food in the restaurant is very good and has a lot of variety. We came with our family and we would like to come again and we especially thank EREN from the animation team

One of the outside pools is heated, apart from that the inside pool is rather small, as is the sauna - absolutely fine for the summer months, yet in chilly winter a bit tricky

The outdoor relax pool is nice since it is heated. Many guests are from Germany or Turkey which is nice. Also from other countries since they come to play tennis

A lot of refubishment was going on on site which left its mark. In winter season, most a la carte restaurants and outside bars and pools are closed

Sure enough my request was met, thanks to Hakan and the night staff at the hotel being very helpful and understanding of my circumstances which was a great help to me and made my stay very pleasant & comfortable

Hakan reassured me that he would do his very best to grant my request as he had to liaise with the night staff members to do so

Hakan’s calm demeanour and communication was first class. I’d highly recommend staying at this hotel

The pools have enough sun loungers, both open and under awnings, so as not to burn out in the scorching sun (I did not succeed, I was burned on the second day)

The spacious garden with numerous pools and slides invites relaxation. The rooms are also adequately furnished

However, there are a few points of criticism: the duvets are too thin for cooler nights, and the towels seem a bit worn. The restricted opening hours for the pools and slides are particularly annoying

There is access to private beach also with pubs and restaurants belonging to hotel. They cleaning rooms every day and you don’t need to take your own towels as they offering beach towels for free

The main pool was very quiet and immaculate too. There was bar servers on rollers blades making sure your drinks didn't warm up!!! We saw some performances in the amphitheatre who were brilliant

The customer service team, especially Anya went above and beyond to help us have the best holiday ever. Our rooms were gorgeous with linen changed every day including the thick towels

The hand sanitizer dispenser didn’t work on several days during our stay, which is unhygienic considering how many people touch the serving utensils. One person in our group got sick with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea

My brother went back the next day and asked again, and suddenly they did have one available — so we managed to rent it after all. One of our rooms had an air conditioner that didn’t work

It was also hard to find available sunbeds. People reserved them early in the morning with towels, and often only half were actually being used. There really should be a better system for this

We had a really nice stay here and spent a wonderful, relaxing time by the beach. Warm sea, beautiful garden area, and delicious local food – that’s what we’ll remember the most

The restaurant and lobby bar staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The food was truly excellent – fresh, full of flavor, and with a great variety every day

Otherwise, the beach was nice, the food was varied, the cleaning was good, and the hotel itself looked lovely — but overall, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations

He went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Ugur was attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with a smile, and genuinely sweet in his manner

It’s rare to come across someone who brings such warmth and professionalism together so effortlessly. Thank you, Ugur, for making our visit so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back!

There was so much to do we only left the hotel twice for excursions. We actually loved it that much, 3 days after coming home we have booked up again but for 2 weeks in the summer

The Green Nature Resort and Spa is a brilliant hotel. The service I received from mainly Rojda was exceptional and always with a smile. The rooms, food, staff and entertainment very also very good

The green nature staff were brilliant one member that stood out especially was samet yildiz such a cheerful character, with endless energy loved the experience altogether.

Daytime games, pool activities, and night shows were all top-notch and kept the atmosphere alive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. From the rooms to the lobby, everything felt fresh and well-maintained

The entertainment team was good. Especially Memethen, he included the kids in the games and was always happy and including. Berik was also good in the poolgames and the rest of the team was nice

this is a really good place to stay and get relax, the food is really good and you have a lot of different choices, the activities were also great, different tips of games, friendly people and it was really funny, the place in general it’s beautiful and organised

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms for families. However, the noise of many airconditioning units outside did bother us thus we couldn't open any windows at night. Pools are great for adults and children

Pool staff is also very cool and friendly with the kids. Beach is nice and so is the jetty

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the reception worked perfectly, and all services were well organized. We also really liked the bar and the restaurant — everything there was excellent

The room was cleaned and the fridge restocked daily. The pool was very large, divided into sections for children and adults, and there was never a problem with sun loungers

There was the usual sunbed shortage by late morning but there were six of us, two adults and four kids and provided we got to the pool around 8ish we had a good pick of sunbeds and always managed to get six beds for us

We have had the most wonderful ten days at the Adalya Artside. The hotel is spotless, rooms are spacious and food is as good as we have ever had at an all inclusive

Highest recommendations for this hotel. We've been traveling to Turkey for several years and have never found a hotel as wonderful as the Adalya Art Side

Very good hotel, complete facilities, good staff, but the receptionist service is very complicated and takes a long time... it really wastes time for group travelers who want to check in.

***et is a good value for money hotel, the location was good, the poolside is very pleasant, but there are some malfunctions in the rooms, I have informed you, I hope they will take it into consideration

Also our 3rd bed was squeaky and the headboard not attached, it kept falling. It was raining so we were unable to use the pool. And location wise is in the perfect area, overlooking Avanos

I went to the spa for my birthday with my friends for a day of relaxation and we were given the Turkish bath and I must say the is experience was out of this world! The ladies that gave us the massage were so nice and very patient! We completely loved it and if we come back to this area we are definitely doing this again!

My stay at Suhan Hotel Cappadocia was an absolute delight. Every aspect of the hotel, from the food and drinks to the rooms and the surrounding activities, exceeded my expectations

There are opportunities to play football, volleyball, Latin dancing, table tennis, and water sports. There's also a foam party and foam pool once a week. Amazing evening entertainment, including live music

Pros: large rooms, comfortable beds, a wide selection of pools and water slides – everyone will find something to enjoy. The food is very good and varied. There are plenty of dining options

The hotel is very good The best option, especially for families with children Children's pools (4 pieces) are very fun You don't feel the hotel crowd. We'll probably come back from now on

Cons: no water refills in the room and the hotel's location is completely isolated. Getting to Side takes a while

Plenty of selection so always something there to eat and the burgers from the pool restaurant were bloody awesome! Staff were amazing as well nothing was too much trouble, even opening the barbers an hour early on our departure day so I could have a shave before going home! Only thing I'd say is if you need your sleep get a room away from stairwell as club drops people off around 2 in the morning so...

Rooms were brilliantly designed compared to many hotels I've been to. The whole kervansaray chain is top notch. Would 100% recommend for families as entertainment is very well thought out

Pool is quite small and can get busy in peak seasons. However isn't too much of a problem as the food makes up for it. Big variety and tour guides were very fun. One of the best hotels I've been to hand's down!

Towels and toiletries not changed, or if towels changed she never left sufficient replacement, so they had to be requested. Again readily resolved when asked

But we never really had trouble getting a sun lounger. The hotel collects towels and other items used to reserve beds if they are left our before 8am. I quite like this idea and every hotel should do this

Recommendation to hotel is spot check the cleaners to ensure they are doing a good job. Overall, the room was fine and it was the cleaning that let it down. The resort is quite nicely set up, although quite small

Service in the restaurant was poor in the evening - generally you had to clean a table to sit down and eat and when you asked for water/cutlery etc a lot of the time ignored or forgotten about so had to end up getting your own

Roof top bar was fantastic and we had the timings down well so always managed to get a table (there is probably only about 10 tables). Bar staff there were brilliant too, couldn't fault them

One double bed and one single pull out bed for 2 adults and 9 year old twins. Meant we had one child in our bed the entire holiday. Not great but we made the most of it

Mosquitoes here are rife so if you do have a sensitivity take EVERYTHING with you. We found shops both in the hotel and Bodrum itself to be astronomically expensive

They quickly arranged for the police, helped with translation, and guided us through the entire process with patience and professionalism

The birthday cake was incredible—beautifully presented and delicious. The team was so thoughtful and attentive, making us feel truly special throughout our stay. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was flawless

I'm currently staying at the JW Marriott Ankara, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional

All their services were excellent. I was very satisfied.

And all day they had 2 bars, beach bar and a pool bar. The rooms were spacious and clean. They had a minibar witch had lots of drinks and were filled once a day

In the mornings there was the coffe bar and the breakfest buffe and for the lunch there were two snack bars with very good food on a ala carte menu and a lunch buffe, all so with some sweet spots for ice cream or a selection of cakes, and for dinner there was a dinner buffe and allso restourants for extra charge of 15€ per person

Juju Premier Palace is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The animation team deserves special praise — always smiling, always entertaining. They know how to create the perfect atmosphere for guests of all ages

Amazing hotel, this is our third time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect - far from noisy roads and other hotels. Animation never keeps you dull - great professional shows, very engaging and fun

But the best part was definitely the animation team — they are friendly, fun, and always make sure everyone is having a good time. There are activities all day and great shows at night

Even the tableware and cutlery. Room was pristine, not a speck of dirt anywhere. The pool, the sunbeds, everywhere clean. The hotel even smelled nice in all areas

You fell “at home”, been to 6 other hotel’s in Belek but this feels great. Nice and friendly staffs, always helpful. I think it’s time for a renovation even if thing’s working but not top class compared to other hotel’s.

We have been at the Sueno several times and we love the hotel and the two golf courses. We love the staff and how dedicated they are.

The hotel has a very beautiful swimming pool and artworks are adorning the hotel. It has a very good valet parking service but you have to pay for it

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

Prices have definitely gone up compared to a few years back, but the quality of the experience made it worthwhile. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome

A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

Food, service and public areas are very nice. But the room even when it was a junior suite is old and the furniture was broken everywhere. But definitely the service and people are exceptional

The 'fruit hut' was a really cool idea. In the evenings, there was a lounge cafe on the beach with a pleasant waiter. The beach was large and comfortable. Quick and easy transfer from the airport

Loads of kids everywhere, happily playing. It felt like they outnumbered the adults. Even in the adults-only (16+) zone, there were guests with infants, and no one seemed to say anything

On Saturday, the disco at the neighboring hotel was so loud you couldn't fall asleep before 11:30 PM. Overall, the hotel is good – the food was excellent, and the staff were fantastic

Best stay we had in the region. Very spacious room, comfortable accommodation for 3 people, good amenities, 2 ac, 2 balconies, pool. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. The prices were very reasonable too

This is the most amazing little home from home. Very welcoming and perfect for self catering, although there is a fab onsite place to eat. Beautiful balcony for eating breakfast with a lovely pool view

The location is on the edge of Side but there are plenty of shops and places to eat within a few minutes walk. We booked a couple of tours and they do pickups from the hotel. Supermarket (migros) a ten minute walk away

There’s a free shuttle bus that takes you to the beach every morning and back again in the afternoon and the ticket they give you gets you sun-beds on the beach. Reception staff were friendly and helpful
