There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

The staff is incredibly polite, helpful, and it's a real community. The sea is warm and the water is crystal clear—it's a joy. The water park is fantastic for kids

Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms for families. However, the noise of many airconditioning units outside did bother us thus we couldn't open any windows at night. Pools are great for adults and children

We were very satisfied with our stay at Akka Alinda Hotel. Overall, everything was at a very high level — no complaints at all, everything was well organized. The food was good, varied, and tasty

Pool staff is also very cool and friendly with the kids. Beach is nice and so is the jetty

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the reception worked perfectly, and all services were well organized. We also really liked the bar and the restaurant — everything there was excellent

The room was cleaned and the fridge restocked daily. The pool was very large, divided into sections for children and adults, and there was never a problem with sun loungers

Every morning, there were poolside activities led by professionals. The restaurant and food were top-notch; everyone found something to enjoy, and there was never a dull moment

The pool bar staff were excellent, especially the waiter, Laktosuz, who served his signature drinks and always found time for a joke

There was the usual sunbed shortage by late morning but there were six of us, two adults and four kids and provided we got to the pool around 8ish we had a good pick of sunbeds and always managed to get six beds for us

We have had the most wonderful ten days at the Adalya Artside. The hotel is spotless, rooms are spacious and food is as good as we have ever had at an all inclusive

Highest recommendations for this hotel. We've been traveling to Turkey for several years and have never found a hotel as wonderful as the Adalya Art Side

Service in the restaurant was poor in the evening - generally you had to clean a table to sit down and eat and when you asked for water/cutlery etc a lot of the time ignored or forgotten about so had to end up getting your own

Roof top bar was fantastic and we had the timings down well so always managed to get a table (there is probably only about 10 tables). Bar staff there were brilliant too, couldn't fault them

One double bed and one single pull out bed for 2 adults and 9 year old twins. Meant we had one child in our bed the entire holiday. Not great but we made the most of it

Mosquitoes here are rife so if you do have a sensitivity take EVERYTHING with you. We found shops both in the hotel and Bodrum itself to be astronomically expensive

They quickly arranged for the police, helped with translation, and guided us through the entire process with patience and professionalism

The birthday cake was incredible—beautifully presented and delicious. The team was so thoughtful and attentive, making us feel truly special throughout our stay. Everything from the service to the atmosphere was flawless

The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with top-notch amenities, but it’s the genuine hospitality and willingness to help that really make this place special

Upon check-in, we were generously upgraded to a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

All their services were excellent. I was very satisfied.

And all day they had 2 bars, beach bar and a pool bar. The rooms were spacious and clean. They had a minibar witch had lots of drinks and were filled once a day

In the mornings there was the coffe bar and the breakfest buffe and for the lunch there were two snack bars with very good food on a ala carte menu and a lunch buffe, all so with some sweet spots for ice cream or a selection of cakes, and for dinner there was a dinner buffe and allso restourants for extra charge of 15€ per person

Juju Premier Palace is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The animation team deserves special praise — always smiling, always entertaining. They know how to create the perfect atmosphere for guests of all ages

Amazing hotel, this is our third time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect - far from noisy roads and other hotels. Animation never keeps you dull - great professional shows, very engaging and fun

But the best part was definitely the animation team — they are friendly, fun, and always make sure everyone is having a good time. There are activities all day and great shows at night

Even the tableware and cutlery. Room was pristine, not a speck of dirt anywhere. The pool, the sunbeds, everywhere clean. The hotel even smelled nice in all areas

One small suggestion: during peak times like school holidays, sunbeds by the pool can fill up early, so it’s a good idea to head down in the morning. Still, the staff was always helpful in finding us available spots

Great golf venue for medium handicappers. Two well presented courses and great facilities. There are other more challenging options locally

You fell “at home”, been to 6 other hotel’s in Belek but this feels great. Nice and friendly staffs, always helpful. I think it’s time for a renovation even if thing’s working but not top class compared to other hotel’s.

We have been at the Sueno several times and we love the hotel and the two golf courses. We love the staff and how dedicated they are.

The hotel has a very beautiful swimming pool and artworks are adorning the hotel. It has a very good valet parking service but you have to pay for it

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! Prices have definitely gone up compared to a few years back, but the quality of the experience made it worthwhile. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome

A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

Best stay we had in the region. Very spacious room, comfortable accommodation for 3 people, good amenities, 2 ac, 2 balconies, pool. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. The prices were very reasonable too

This is the most amazing little home from home. Very welcoming and perfect for self catering, although there is a fab onsite place to eat. Beautiful balcony for eating breakfast with a lovely pool view

The pool area was pleasant although we didn’t use it. I don’t know how busy it would be in peak season

All staff so helpful and friendly, pool and bar areas also clean and well appointed

The location is on the edge of Side but there are plenty of shops and places to eat within a few minutes walk. We booked a couple of tours and they do pickups from the hotel. Supermarket (migros) a ten minute walk away

There’s a free shuttle bus that takes you to the beach every morning and back again in the afternoon and the ticket they give you gets you sun-beds on the beach. Reception staff were friendly and helpful

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

We were initially disappointed, but the hotel quickly moved us to a better room, which was excellent customer service, and made us very happy. Thank You! The rooms have been renovated, but not with the highest quality

The hotel is very large, and overall, the service was good! Although we had communicated our special requests in advance, upon arrival, we were given a room with a crib, which we did not ask for

With premium branded hot and cold drinks available at the well stocked bars. There is minimal noise from the evening’s entertainment as it is located in the lower ground level away from the location of most hotel rooms

Buses regularly stop outside the hotel to take you the nearby towns of Mangavat (with numerous indoor and outdoor markets) and Side (with its well preserved Roman ruins). With one cloudy and rainy morning this week

The female staff members were always smiling, quick, and very professional. However, I need to mention one issue – the male waiters often spent too much time talking to each other instead of serving guests

We were not overly happy with the standard which our room was being cleaned as left with no towels and just a new bed sheet most days. Staff were friendly the pool bar is also nice

The room was spacious and clean, with daily top-ups of the mini bar, again free of charge. Clean towels daily and a freshen up around the room. I would recommend for all ages, families, singles and children

From sports and games in the pool, to evening entertainment and day time chats, the staff work hard and are fun to be around, they were polite and happy. The food was tasty with lots of choice

Me and my friend liked the hotel pool area beach and rooms were good and the stuff was the best they were very very nice we loved the animation

All inclusive drinks, food, Ice creams and lollies were at our fingertips. A beautiful pool and grounds made the views even better

The welcome at the hotel was very good. All the staff were very friendly. The rooms were wonderful and clean. I would like to thank all the hotel staff.

Second, every night around 1:30 AM, there was a loud running or rushing sound directly above my room. It disrupted my sleep consistently over the three nights. The staff was polite but unresponsive to these problems

I hope management addresses these for future guests—otherwise, it’s hard to recommend right now

When comparing the price with other hotels in the same category, we've found significantly better value elsewhere. It's a real shame, as we've always enjoyed visiting this hotel in the past

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times before, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed this visit. Overall, the hotel is in dire need of refurbishment, especially the rooms

The carpets in the rooms are also very worn and dated, as is the furniture – they are long overdue for an update

Our family room was huge with extremely comfortable beds, and the mini bar selection was excellent. The pool area is glorious, with plenty of space for everyone

Like most resorts, you do need to head down early to secure a sunbed, but aside from that, I have no complaints

Great food and drinks! Original brands of soda and alcohol was nice surprise and a big plus for us! Quality of food was also good, much better compared to some other 5 star all inclusive hotels

We liked the hotel very much in every way. The variety of food is very wide, you will never go hungry, those who expect an ultra taste can try the A la carte restaurant

As an at the Buddha Bar also remembered our drinks orders and would ensure you always had a drink in your hand without having to leave your seat! We used the pool in the Royal most days as it was nearest to our room

The sunbed situation is that if you want poolside beds, then you do have to get up early to get your preferred spot

All green plants and flowers are fresh and so beautiful. The beach is clean and welcoming. Cats, the little hearts, are part of this amazing place and they are full of love

stayed at this hotel because earlier this year I had a great experience in another property of the same chain in Antalya. Unfortunately, the level of service here turned out to be very different

The hotel is very small — essentially just a pool with loungers and then a public promenade and the beach

Sea side clean only sand (especially compared to hotel in close distance). The personel is polite and friendly no matter if you give them tips or not. The rooms are older but they are keeping them clean

It’s really a perfect sand beach! The service was great — everyone was friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and there is always something to eat at any time of the day

We had an amazing time at the Adalya Ocean Deluxe Hotel in Turkey! The beach is super close and the sand is so soft and clean — no stones at all, so you can walk into the water very easily

WiFi was free and worked at the beach and across the whole resort (many reviews I saw said otherwise) We went mid September and never had a problem getting a sun lounger on the beach, even when turning up at 10am or later

You can use all the bars at the resort so there was a lot of choice on what vibe you were feeling (although the same menu) Cocktails could maybe be a bit stronger but guess that's what you get with all inclusive

I've been to many AI in Turkey over the years, but this by far exceeds all. Faultless, from cleanliness, professionalism, friendliness, helpful, food outstanding, everything so close but yet spacious

The coolest thing is the beach, bartenders, restaurant staff, as well as the presence of a large number of lifeguards on the beach and in the water park

We were given an incredible room with a sea view, from which we watched the sunset every evening

Very nice hotel with fantastic views of the water. Huge, tasty variety at the breakfast buffet. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Victoria in particular made us feel like long time guests

The location is great, and the lobby is cozy. The view is nice, and you can see the bridge crossing to the Asian part.

The hotel is a bit old but overall the facilities is good. Not many choices for the breakfast buffet.
