Food and drink are exceptional, the buffet is incredible, it’s impossible to not find something you’d like! Tables are cleared and cleaned quickly, drinks service is prompt and the overall cleanliness is admirable! I have 5 days left, I will report further and answer any questions raised! Come to the titanic, it’s by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey

There were lots of great facilities, food was decent but due to being out of season quite a few outlets and activities were not open which was a shame. But hope to come back in the summer to experience the whole resort

Rooms were clean, tidy and a good size with a really nice shower in the bathroom, balcony was good too. We did a package holiday through Jet2 and was very good value for money on what was included within the resort

I travelled to Turkey with my 6month old and partner and we had a very lovely time. The hotel is a 10/10 all inclusive was the best part 24hr food and so much to do within the facility

The staff are amazing my baby got so much attention and left with a few girlfriends lol. I would highly recommend especially for families

We were traveling with a newborn, who had trouble falling asleep — and so did I. It is incomprehensible that beach towels must be taken from the rooms; they are not available on the beach. The pool water is not heated

Water sports — the prices are completely unreasonable. Jet ski for 15 minutes costs €100. I have never seen such prices anywhere. And no, the jet skis are not better — contrary to what they claim — than in other resorts

The restaurant staff at lunch and dinner are only concerned with clearing tables; during the entire stay, we were asked only once if we wanted something to drink. The drinks (cocktails) are of good quality

There is no ventilation in the bathrooms or rooms, and there is a noticeable sewage smell. The entrance doors are not airtight — there are literally holes in them. Room cleaning is at a very good level

A major negative point is the parties held at the hotel until 11:30 p. The rooms are not soundproofed, the windows and entrance doors are not sealed, which makes it impossible to sleep before 11:30 p

The temperature displayed on the board does not reflect reality — it showed 26°C, but in fact it was 21°C. The water is too cold for children; the sea was warmer — about 25–26°C

Emre is a great waiter for our lunch time food near the pool and looks after us well at that time of day too. I think there’s amazing staff here and all work extremely hard to make this place wonderful

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly organized, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our entire stay. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service

We were accommodated in bungalows, which are comfortable and the staff really tried to make sure everything was clean and that we didn't lack anything in the rooms. The food in the hotel is excellent and varied

We’re staying in the swim up rooms, which are heated. The Teppanyaki chef is funny and makes a great interactive experience. We are still to try the other facilities but so far we are enjoying our time here

Gul and Hillary are our guest relations here and are doing a fantastic job looking after us. Gul arranged flowers for my room and helped make arrangements for a special occasion

Cinamon rolls was very my tasty. Obviously food very high quality and you can find everything what you want. Coffe my tasty just in adult pool and -2 bar near entrance

I have been there for couple of days. We had a great time with maxx assistans they helped us always. Inonü, İlker, Maksut and Mss Ebru. meliha whom our housekeeper she were great with what she does

The hotel building and grounds are stunning, and our land view suite (the cheapest room) was oppulent. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel special, and special we felt

Our assistant Ufuk took the time to ask us about our experiences, join us at the tepanyaki to advise on the menu and ensured our CIP pass was for 2 people when we checked out

What made our experience so special was the incredible dedication of our Maxx Assistants – Tutku, Mohammed, Oussama, and Oulaiya – who took care of us 24/7 with so much professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail

Very nice place for family vacation. There are dozens of attractions both for children (Aqua park, several pools, animators) as well as for adults (private beach, gym, spa, live music, disco)

Everything was amazing! The view from the mountain was really beautyfull and the shows were really good. The staff was really kind they said hello everytime and we had a good laugh at the chickens roaming the hotel

It is a special and unusual feeling to reach the beach by elevator, and if you get thirsty and hungry, there is a restaurant and a bar. Sunbeds are available to everyone

Every night there was a show which we also enjoyed, especially the Cuban show. The only thing that was bothering us was the shower; it was periodically for 10 seconds warm and then cold

Fantastic hotel perfect for families, food was brilliant all week, on arrival I asked about price of room upgrade and the brilliant reception staff and manager offered this free of charge! Ignore the negatives, yes there aren’t many English families here but everyone is friendly, great location also will book again!

I was incredibly impressed with the reception personnel, particularly Berk and Mehmet, who did everything in their power to fix an issue with my reservation. They did not leave any stone unturned

Before we arrived, not going to lie we were very concerned after seeing many negative reviews regarding this hotel but we can honestly say we had an excellent time and can't understand what everybody is complaining about! We would say the hotel was predominantly 80% German guests but this did not affect our stay at all

Having been to Turkey several times in hotels like Aska Lara, Sherwood Dreams, Baia Lara and Limak Atlantis meant we were typically used to a high standard, however had not been to the Side area before this

Friendly entertainment team but it does get too much sometimes when they come over for a chat when you try to relax by the pool. However, there is adults only pool and it is much more quiet

I’ve had such a good time here the food is amazing, the staff are so nice and the entertainment team is amazing always making sure everyone is enjoying their self’s!

Nice and quiet around the pool, because we came at the end of the season! The entertainment team is great we enjoyed playing the games around the pool

That is very difficult and I highly appreciate the hard work each and everyone of them puts! In the evenings there is either a theme party or live music. The entertainment team joins and it is always a blast

One of the best features of the hotel is its food - from the restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner and a'la cart. Food options are very diverse and everything is very tasty

Even the cats there were really nice and it was inspiring to see how the hotel took care of them by feeding them and making sure they were ok. My family and I were very impressed by the hotel and very happy about it

The room and the bathroom are quite spacious, there were various shows each evening even ones for kids, and also there was a kids playground that had a lot of games, the food was very good and the pools were quite clean and very hot, though the kids pool was under a big tree and it was colder

The hotel is literally immersed in greenery: centuries-old pines, well-groomed territory, the cleanest mountain air and stunning views of the Taurus Mountains create a feeling of complete reboot and tranquillity

Staff definitely went above and beyond in some areas which more than made up for it, they even seemed surprised to get tips! The place had so many amenities, incredible variety, tasteful, creative and fresh food! Very luxurious with a balance of modern and traditional design, the woodwork in the pool restaurant was incredible!

The hotel beach is beyond praise: spacious, well-kept, with a convenient entrance to the sea and always free sunbeds. You could swim and enjoy the sea endlessly

the outside and inside pools are heated and warm the only one that isnt is the adults only poor above the main pool

Was a bit sceptical as Turkish 5* is usually not really true 5* We arrived late- it’s a good hr from Antalya airport We were greeted by a grumpy receptionist call ‘Sa-fit ’ he was fairly obstructive and unhelpful- everything is too much for him Not letting him dampen our holiday spirit: We were surprised to find the bar & restaurant open 24hrs- children were so happy to see the snow-white restaurant...

because weather was a bit cool, we didn’t feel like going to the sea. There is a shuttle service for guests who want to go. I would like to thank the guest relations team for staying in touch and for all their help

I can’t remember her name, but the lady with glasses was especially kind and helpful. she did everything she could to help us find our lost luggage, and thanks to her efforts it was recovered

I would like to mention that everything was wonderful. since it’s November the hotel is a bit quiet, but it doesn’t feel lacking at all. We really liked the variety of food and the aqua park

On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited

Lot of place without people just dry towels. I turn about 15min or more to find a place front of the pool and what I can see ? Towels and nobody !! Lot of people put them towels and go in the beach or I don’t know where

- this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it. - noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!

The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful; they clearly love their jobs. All the food we ate was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. Kudos to all the chefs! Every area is spotless

We wanted to explore the Old Town and do some shopping, it is excpetionally difficult to get a taxi it seems the hotel has an agreement with a certain bunch of taxis which are ridiculously priced €75 for a round trip so it gets a bit expensive if you want to leave the hotel

This hotel is absolutely incredible. There is so much to see and do. You literally do not need to leave the resort for anything as there is more than enough to keep you busy for a few days

I've stayed in many high-end, famous hotels, but I've never seen staff who are so dedicated and perform their jobs so exceptionally well

Beautiful resort, clean room, excellent amenities. All inclusive was nice expect for the extra fees for certain restaurants.

There are also multiple large pools. There are multiple restaurants for extra but the free buffet has many kinds of dishes every day

This is our 7th visit and I always put an amazing review on and this is no different! The hotel is exceptional, from the food to the service, we absolutely love it! One additional shout out I want to make is to Tesa is the spa

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Dalaman. Beautiful grounds, rooms, pool, spa and beach area. Amazing array of food on offer in the buffet restaurant

Tesa’s haman and intense massage was absolutely life changing! Yes I have had many treatments before over the year and I have adored every single one but this year I needed a little bit more TLC and boy did Tesa do that!! She is out of this world but I do love a deep strong massage

Amenities-wise, the lounge chairs around the pool are great, and the waitresses on roller skates who bring the drinks add a unique and friendly touch. To order, you scan a QR code and place the drinks in the basket

Beach and pool: entry to the sea is a bit rocky, which may be inconvenient for small children, but there are places where it’s easier to get in. This didn’t stop the kids from swimming and enjoying the sea

The rooms are very comfortable, the bedding is high-quality, and the side sea view from our 4th-floor room was very pleasant. For around €250/night, or €125 per person all-inclusive, it's really good value for money

On the other hand, we were a little disappointed by the food: several restaurants were closed, and only the Italian restaurant (reservations required) was open—full throughout our stay, so we couldn't enjoy it

The self-service canteen remained, decent but nothing special. The same goes for the sports bar, which was also closed. The gym could use some maintenance; several machines were out of order

Even a Black Label is included in the all-inclusive package. It's a shame I can't drink alcohol. The pontoon overlooking the sea and the beach areas are also very pleasant
