We came for a week as a couple and have enjoyed every single moment of our stay. This place is vast ,with so much to explore. The staff are very polite and eager to help. I am sure we will come back again

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and our room attendant was such a lovely person — always smiling and keeping everything spotless every day. However, there are a few things that could be improved

I’ve honestly never seen so much food in one place — and everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The variety is incredible! The whole resort is very clean, which I really appreciate

From hospitality to food to the services and amenities you can’t fault this place. We were a bit vary as this was under new ownership but boy oh boy !! We are so happy we chose Asteria again

, exhausted after a long trip with my kids. The receptionist (a young man) insisted I pay one night in cash because of a mistake in my daughter’s birth date — even though it wasn’t my fault

He wanted euros, but I only had Swiss francs. He even suggested keeping my daughter’s passport until I paid, which made me really stressed and upset after such a long day

The indoor pool, spa, and Turkish hammam bath were excellent and very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable overall

The food was very good but it would have been even better with more options for children. Overall, a fantastic experience and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return

Antisanitizers are everywhere. The water in the sea is warm, after lunch, however, the waves are almost always small, and before lunch - calm. The nights are already cool, but during the day it is a real scorcher

I am suprised to see how she improved herself on local language, Turkish, she speaks almost like a native I loved the swimming pool, outside of the building, with hot water Food is delicious, ample and tasty Hope to come again

Wonderful Stay at Elite World Grand My stay at the Elite World Grand in Sapanca was absolutely wonderful, thanks in large part to the incredible hospitality of Zehra from guest relations

The next day, she surprised me with a thoughtful Turkish gift and told me that we had begun a friendship that would last 40 years — such a touching sentiment that I will always remember

I had a great experience during my stay. Oguzhan and Nabilah at the guest relation were extremely helpful and polite. Their warm welcome made everything smooth

Zehra also invited me to enjoy a cup of traditional Turkish coffee with her, explaining the beautiful custom of welcoming guests into one’s home this way

This is the best resort we have ever been to! The rooms are spacious and have everything you'd need for the perfect vacation with kids or without! The animation team made out stay extremely enjoyable and memorable especially Emir (Blondie)

An excellent place where I will definitely return. From kindness to food, from amenities for every claim to the beautiful beach. I highly recommend and want to thank the employees and management for their dream stay.

The a la carte seafood meal was the cherry on top of an already perfect holiday! We also thoroughly enjoyed the activities held by Alina - archery and rifle and darts, she was very patient andd attentive and helped each one of us to improve our skills and have a good time!

He was always there whenever we needed information, directions, or assistance — from booking transfers and organizing activities, to giving us details about the resort, local attractions, and even helping with restaurant reservations

We had a lovely experience at this hotel-an unforgettable experience because of the lovely staff and atmosphere. Sena kirlimis and albina provided lovely service every single day during each of the buffet meals

The hotel is clean and tidy with lots of room around the pools so no chasing sun-beds. There are very few English at the hotel but we liked that and the pools are very clean and well kept

Food every day the same and just warm even if you come when they just open restaurant. Kids kitchen food every day is the same too. Lunch you can eat outside close to the pools, so you don't need to go and change

For us, the hotel is in a great location, with a wonderful private beach. The atmosphere is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is worthy of five stars

We would love to come back here again

The room had one large double bed and two small sofa beds, which was very inconvenient for a family. Bedding, towels, and robes were also only for three people

I was very lucky to be here in my holidays with my family in this hotel, I enjoyed everything here, good , servis , clean staff and everything, I will suggest go my friend there , if they want to have a perfect vocation, must visit Sueno hotels, here in Side

We would like to give special thanks to the guest relations team – Jazira and Zeynep. They were always there for us, solving any issues quickly and with a smile. Thanks to them, our stay was smooth and enjoyable

And there were alot of things to do at the hotel. The pool is a bit cold but you can go to the beach as well

Me and my sister stayed at the hotel for 7 days. They took our luggage upstairs. The activiteits from the animation team was awesome. The halloweenparty was great, the partys to the club, the brazilian show

Xafira has its own section there with food, drinks and sun loungers all included so you don't need to take anything from the hotel serving 11am-4pm. The animation team has been good fun and really engaging

The only downside I can comment on, is there is not much around the resort in terms of night life after the entertainment has finished. We did go to the illusion club which was a really cool venue

We have taken part in many of the excursions and trips on offer from the reps and enjoyed every single one of them, especially the flying horses safari a d quad biking

The weather has been brilliant 😎 (apart from today we have had some heavy showers) We have toured round the whole hotel and had a good time at the beach

very nice large complex that offers everything a client could need during their vacation. clean environment, nice staff. highly recommended.we were there 3 timeas and the next yera we will come again.

the food was extraordinary, the waiters and everyone superlative. the hotel staff: starting from the reception to the animators and lifeguards, everyone scores 10. we have nothing to complain about

this year you have improved the quality of the food and some very interesting extra services, free of charge: that corn (very good), the coffee area - ice coffee - score 10, the baklava with milk in the evening and many others, much better than last year

an excellent hotel - lonicera world, with clean and beautiful rooms, with everything you need in the room - beware it is a 4* hotel with very good services

sun loungers on the beach, everyone must understand that it is a rule and that you are not allowed on the beach with any other glass than the plastic one

Now to Cihan Özdemir, this man is everywhere, you would see him at 8am, and still there at midnight. He must do thousands of steps. Such a friendly greeting when you see him. Now at the Black Diamond bar we met Etham

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had as a family. Our baby (1,5 y) got the sweetest kind of attention and care at the Kidsclub. The rooms are clean and the staff everywhere is incredible

Location,water world is fantastic. Super big pools and amazing slied. Animation program all day not game or turnement. In hotel not table tennis!!!! Muss change animation taem(((!!!

There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach. It's hard to find a free spot near the pool. The food is good; feeding a 10-year-old wasn't difficult. The water park is excellent, but finding sun loungers is a challenge

My son especially loved the water slides and the entertainment activities. The beach area was also lovely, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to have fun

The entertainment programs focus exclusively on Europe and Turkey. The children's entertainment is good

You can use the self service tea and juice facilities and the plentiful water fridges but for anything else you can't go to the bar who have these drinks, a server must go for you, but there doesn't seem to be any? haha! we didn't see one in the week we ate there every evening anyway and tried to go a little after the mad rush of around 6-7pm

We had a fantastic stay at Crystal Waterworld Resort & Spa! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Nasim was very helpful during our stay

Hotel is really great. Price for spa is a bit hight but the rest were perfect from the food to the hot swimming pools

We stayed half way through the pylons, which was quite sufficient, because there is no need for accommodation because there is no alcohol throughout the facility. There is also tea and tea time at 4 o'clock in the room

We stayed with our family for two days. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinners were also very good and delicious. Everything was in a clean and well-organized hotel

This place was very high quality, it was a perfect place, I could go once, I think in the following years it was closed due to some court processes and I know its situation is not clear

This is the one of the best hotels where I was. Distances are short, but area is big enough. All the time I can find comfortable free spaces at the beach, pool, messhall. I can easy reach every point with stoller

We spent the last week of November at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by smiling staff at the reception. Since lunch wasn’t open yet, we were directed to the snack bar by the pool to eat

At first, we were given rooms in the last building, but later we had the opportunity to move to a family room in the first building with a view of the entire complex and the sea

Both rooms were beautiful and well maintained. The only issue was that the balcony door in the first building couldn’t be locked (we informed the staff, and they promised to fix it after our departure)

The food was delicious, and every family member (even the pickiest eater) found something they liked. The selection of cakes/desserts, fruits, and ice cream varied by time and was diverse

He put the stroller back up for rent even after my 3-year-old child (weighing about 15 kg) repeatedly fell through the bottom because the seat frame was broken from the stroller frame, and the wheels wouldn’t turn properly when there was kid in it

For relaxation and activity, the hotel also provides a spa, disco, shop, and hairdresser. ​Food and Dining (A Major Highlight) There is plenty of variety to cater to any dietary requirements

Crucially, food is available 24 hours a day. We arrived late and were extremely grateful to find a full offering of chips, pizza, and burgers available—a lifesaver after a long journey

All perfectly! Wi-Fi works. Only the view from the balcony is not very good. There is enough food. It's a pity they don't give ice cream.

Hotel looks a little bit tired and average evening entertainment, though neither significantly impacted our enjoyment. ​We enjoyed an October half-term holiday here

Spend one week at Caesar hotel in the middle of September. Was absolutely perfect including the weather

We had a nice stay at Miracle Resort Hotel & Spa. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with great food, drinks, and service throughout our stay

The food was really delicious; especially the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The pool and beach areas were very well maintained, the sea was beautiful, and the water was incredibly clean

We had for this trip booked a Family swim up suite which proved to be even better in real life than in the hotel brochure. Large rooms, huge patio and direct access to the nice shared pool

Food was amazing, so much choice, always something different. Had to be something there for everyone. Pools were clean, not over crowded and top class lifeguards were on top of their jobs always

I recently stayed at Turan Prince World in the Select area and had a great time. The people working there are amazing! The chefs, waiters, and all the staff are very friendly, kind, and always ready to help

Hotel is great for a family with kids of all ages, it does get a bit manic with the number of people staying at the hotel, but the size of the hotel also means that the variety of facilitates are excellent

We never had a problem finding sunloungers by the pool but in the afternoons it was difficult to find them by the beaches. All the staff are friendly, helpful and incredibly hard working

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and cleaned every day. The gardens and grounds are absolutely stunning and are an absolute credit to the Hotel and all the staff who work so hard everyday to keep them pristine

There was a large selection of different cocktails which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pools were a little chilly but once you were in soon got used to it , the sea was still lovely and warm

There were lots of fun activities to do all through the day. We paticularly enjoyed the darts, aqua gym, boccia and archery run by friendly fun staff and also enjoyed the slides ,kayaks and paddle boards

The food and drink is accessible at all times during the day with fantastic options on different places to go. We found all the food venues to have a great choice with delicious fresh food

The entertainment in the evenings were fantastic with an enormous amount of hard work and energy put into them by all the team and the Halloween party was just brilliant

The housekeeping services were top-notch, with the rooms and facilities always spotless and well-maintained. The food at the hotel was delicious and diverse, offering a wide range of tasty meals to suit all palates

We came here for honeymoon, it's simply an amazing place. The beach is clean and nice, the food was surprisingly nice, I didn't expect it to be this great, they offer a huge variety of meals, snacks, sweets and drinks

The staff are very respectful and friendly, they also told us how they enjoy working there as the owners are respectful and nice

Amazing place, halal environment, very good location. Truly all inclusive food and they would be pleased to feed you. This is our second time family visit of this resort 7 years apart and they improved a lot

We actually came here for the amazing slides, which you won't find anywhere else. I recommend it to everyone, come here for the slides

However very interestingly they handle it so well. just some places and restaurant can be crowded at peak times. some details: food: the food is not amazing, some bars are good but it is 7 out of 10

In the Pool games, no children under the age of 16 were allowed to participate, which was disappointing. Then it felt like the animation team just wanted to get done quickly and finish

dessert: 1 out of 10-soooo bad. especially baklava etc so bad pools: very good but little bit crowded aqua parks: very good but little bit crowded restaurants: good,most of the time enough

Also to Yusef, the guest relations offer who has made sure we are 100% happy during our stay and always greets us with a smile. I will definitely be returning to Trendy Lara in future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Also the facilities are brilliant. Everything has been perfect so far! Special thanks to Burgu and Shamus, the best bartenders we've ever had and a real asset to the hotel

Great choice of good food,room big,comfortable and clean. In a quieter area on the outskirts of Lara area,nowhere to walk outside as it’s a main road,no shops etc

Resort does not have direct beach access but runs speed boat that gets you to the beach which has sunbeds and a pool bar. There is live music at pool bar after dinner. There are entertainment shows at the main arena

That was the second visit to the resort in 1 year. Everything was perfect, food, staff, room, and facilities. For sure, again next year.
