Ayisigi Hotel in Agva

Not only they have ruined a family's holiday but also stole our money. We have booked a room for 3 adults and one child and we have payed the full amount for such a room, breakfast included (more than 9 thousand liras). For some absurd mistake in Agoda's system, the hotel received the reservation as 2 adults and one baby (!!!). It was very easy to verify this as a system mistake from the price we paid, since in this hotel there are absolutely no rooms for only 2 adults (one baby is free) that would have cost the amount we paid, not even close. We have showed them all the evidences that it was Agoda's mistake, and even agreed that it wasn't the hotel's fault if they prepared a smaller room for us since that was the information they received. We have agreed on staying in that room instead of the room we paid for, even though it was quite small for 3 adults and one 8 year-old. But then the hotel refused to cooperate and wanted to charge almost 2 thousand liras more on top of what we had already paid only to add an extra bed they had available into that smaller room! We were already opening a complaint against Agoda, and the hotel should have just done the same if they thought necessary, but first of all and most importantly they should helped us get at least something close to what we HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. The hotel could see we have paid the larger room for a larger group but they kept saying we booked it for 2 adults and one baby because that was the information written in the system. Nonsense! In the end, the staff even tried to bargain, saying "ok, how about all of you staying in the small room, without an extra bed (!) and just paying 500 liras more for the breakfast. When we refused obviously because we had already given the money for 4 people's room and breakfast, the staff was rude and together with the manager they were constantly communicating with on the phone, they just told us to leave, without cancellation or returning one cent of our money.

I don’t recommend anyone this place ،when we get there the room was not clean we have to wait 4h then the shower was not working the ppl there not the nice and he was like this what we have if u don’t like u can leave

unbelievably bad experience at this hotel. Worst hotel stay in my life.
They even didn't clean the room when we arrived the hotel, and toilet, shower, so many equipments are not working properly.

I really don't recommend to stay there.

They’re fighting with the peoples for car parks… Unfriendly behaviors.
